Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🥹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

H and M or asos granted they are not great fits but will do! It’s so frustrating finding clothing expensive this time round don’t remember it being this expensive with my other two!

I’m almost 20 weeks is anyone struggling with low moods?? One day I can be find and the next day really low and just want to cry

@LunaBear26honestly as much as I hate buying from them, SHEIN maternity wear is actually the most decent for a reasonable price. Totally get if you don’t want to shop there though!

20 week scan tomorrow and worrying myself stupid. I don’t really have much of a bump and anterior placenta so not felt anything. I don’t even feel pregnant!!

@ErickBroch i am the same my 20 week scan isn’t for 2 more weeks and feel totally not pregnant, I’ve been paying for scans as my anxiety has been though the roof (ivf here and was many tries so it’s been an anxious pregnancy up to now) I was so stressed I booked and went for a scan this am at 18 weeks and everything was fine. It’s such a long wait between scans isn’t it.
all will be fine just like mine was this am it’s crazy how little scans are offered

@ErickBroch mine's tomorrow too! Also feeling the anxiety of it all :( I haven't felt much movement either (though I don't know where my placentas are, they didn't say anything about that at my 12 week scan).

I did have a 16 week anatomy and heart scan and everything looked good then so hoping things are still good in 2 weeks time.

Not felt movements yet I don't think, but I also have an anterior placenta.

Good luck with your scans! Mine is 2 weeks away too, will be 20+6 by then! I am already being beaten up by this child though 😂 been feeling him since like 14 weeks, but some days still don’t feel much which can be scary!

Just to update my scan went well! Was even better that my previously low lying placenta is now high(!) so I got to come home and book a holiday to Greece

@ErickBroch that's good, I didn't even know the placenta could move haha! And nice to plan a holiday!!

Mine went well too, but it was almost an hour and a half long so my back and legs were starting to cramp near the end! One placenta at the back and one at the front which makes sense as to why I've not been feeling loads of movement yet. Babies were moving a lot during the scan though which was good! It's crazy what they can see on the scan, isn't it?!

not sure on a WhatsApp, think one was mentioned at the beginning of the chat, but few of us have asked and not got response 😂 I assume there is, as the chat in here is quite quiet compared to most, suspect it’s all happening on the WhatsApp! Hopefully someone can come along and help with that part ❤️

@sinmiedohope you’re feeling better now! I’m 20+4 and still nauseous/sick. It is exhausting and taking away some of the pregnancy magic tbh.
I haven’t seen a WhatsApp group, but happy to set one up if there are a few of that are keen.

@appleandcheese I'd definitely be keen! My June 2024 WhatsApp group is still very active and supportive. Are you on antisickness meds? I’ve finally settled (thank goodness) on a combination of Xonvea, metaclopramide and ondansetron.

@missmoosh I saw references to it too but wasn’t sure. HG is so awful so sorry you’ve suffered too! I’m doing ok now (21.5), how are you?

@sinmiedoi am also on a hefty concoction of medication lol still feel terrible if I do too much (which is like basic life things)! But better than I was. Had it in my first pregnancy as well and threw up daily for the whole thing including labour lol.

Hi @sinmiedo@appleandcheeseand @missmoosh! Sorry to hear you’ve all suffered with sickness too. I’ve only recently stopped being sick all the time but still retching lots and needing omeprazole. Have you all had 20 week scans now? Crazy to be half way through or more!

Thank you for the sympathy @sinmiedoand @gardenflowerposter. Sickness is horrible. I’m getting by with Xonvea, and keep trying to cope without, and then massively regret it. Working and parenting feels impossible without the anti nausea meds.

I had my 20 week scan yesterday. Was so lovely to see little one wriggling around. I hope all of your scans have gone well too!

i also had my 20 week scan this week, baby boy was yawning and holding his head bless him!

I have my 20 week scan today and the anxiety is crazy. Can’t sleep can’t eat these things are supposed to be happy but after loss it seems so hard
