Hey, anyone else due July 2026? I got my first faint positive at 10dpo on Thursday 23rd October, I’m now 14dpo/4 weeks pregnant. Feeling nervous as still very early my period was due tomorrow. I’ve booked an early scan for in a few weeks so hopefully everything is all good, now just an anxious wait

Had early scan yesterday at 8+4 and baby measuring correctly and heartbeat fluttering away-definitely feels more real and feel more connected to little bean today. I have a 17 and 15 year old so definitely also feels like starting again! Have a few Christmas events coming up where it will be obvious I'm not drinking nor eating stinky cheese and pate which I normally love at Christmas but we are trying to hold out until after 12 week scan in new year to tell people.

blossomhoney2 · 11/12/2025 18:53

hope everyone’s doing well. I’m feeling so nauseous still. I’m counting down the days until first trimester is over and hopefully I feel a bit more ā€œnormalā€. I had another scan today and a nipt test so looking forward to finding out the gender hopefully before Christmas.
congrats @Limmers14 from being discharged from the ivf clinic. This is my second ivf pregnancy so I know how tough the journey can be, hope you enjoy telling family this weekend.

Willen20 · 11/12/2025 19:10

Hola ladies. I am 7+3 today after 2MC a MMC and an ectopic. Had an early scan on Monday showing slighty ahead by a few days heartbeat good and no concerns! Anxiety reduced a little bit but am considering paying for another scan before the 12 weeks just for my peace of mind.

Been told today i wont be contacted for my booking in appt until 10 weeks tho most of the online guidance says 8 weeks but hey ho.

Energy levels are Zero and not enjoying food despite being a big foodie. But feeling blessed. Praying we go all the way this time!

Limmers14 · 11/12/2025 20:29

Thank you @blossomhoney2! it’s been a journey. I actually had a counselling session this week to help me process the fact I’m actually pregnant now and work through some of the weird feelings I’m still having. How did you find IVF and then becoming pregnant?

souiii · 11/12/2025 22:49

@Limmers14 congrats on being discharged from the clinic! We were doing IVF but by some miracle got pregnant naturally while waiting to start the cycle for transfer.

Definitely taken me a little bit to settle into that I am pregnant. Spent so long trying to get here and now I'm here it is like what the hell do I do now?!

AmberRose26 · 12/12/2025 05:04

Hi, can I join? Currently 11 weeks today due date 2nd of July with IVF pregnancy , had 6 misscarrages prior so very nervous but had 3 scans at 6+3 , 8+3 and 9+5 baby growing fine and was measuring ahead so .. so far so good .. had my booking appointment yesterday with midwife and have my 12 weeks scan next week, was feeling very nauseous from 7 weeks and even had a few days where was bed bound with sickness, but the last two days my nausea seems to have just ā€˜disappeared’ which I am glad for but also worrying now that something may be wrong, anyone else’s symptoms starting to ease off at 11 ish weeks ? I have a hematoma so I am hoping that’s getting smaller and not effecting baby at all !

Catlady1991 · 12/12/2025 08:05

Does anyone track their RHR? Pre-pregnancy my HR was around 54-56 bpm. When I first found out I was pregnant and for the first few weeks I went up to 60-64 bpm. It has since dropped back down to 56.8 … has anyone experienced this? I’m now 9 + 4, had a scan at 7 + 6 and everything looked great

SummerSolstice25 · 12/12/2025 11:00

I got the results of my NIPT test yesterday and all low risk thank goodness. I can’t tell you the relief I felt just to get that little bit of reassurance. 12 week scan next week šŸ™

Yeh mine was average 60-65 before pregnancy and at when I turned 6 weeks it went up to 70 then since has dat around 70-75 (am now 11 weeks)

Juicytoot287 · 12/12/2025 11:46

My RHR is higher than before by the looks of it , around 70-73

im in a and e! The maternity ward doesn’t want to see me unless there is pain or a bleed but A and E want me to be seen. I feel like a nuisance, but also they have put a worry in me now so I’d like to be checked over too

Oh no! Are you okay?

On resting heart rate, mine has gone up around 5/6 beats. Mad. I did a long distance multi day hike recently (don’t ask) and it was a challenge keeping my heart rate and breath from raising too high for comfort!

I had a scan at around 7+4 and I have my 12 week scan post-14 weeks due to me being out of the country. I thought I’d be fine with that 7 week wait but have started to feel really anxious with us being away at Xmas (including in remote places) and so have booked a scan for next week where I will be 11+1. Crossing fingers all fine as it will then feel a lot easier only needing to wait 3 weeks before I am back on home soil and being tested etc.

We aren’t telling anyone until we are home but it is so sweet thinking of all of you giving your families the best Christmas gift ever 🄰

Has anyone had spotting and cramping and it turned out ok? Both started this morning at the same time and have been persistent all day. I’ve called EPU and booked in for a scan on Tuesday, trying not to overthink it but I’m feeling a bit worried. I’m 10 weeks

No spotting but have definitely experienced ā€˜new’ cramping for me. I have a private scan on Thursday to put my mind at ease (see my comment above). My SIL had spotting at 13 weeks and all was fine (and baby now a healthy 6 mont old) but it was scary for her. Fingers crossed for you - sending hugs!

so I’m only 8 weeks but I’m already feeling the struggle of what to wear…jeans and trousers don’t really fit anymore they’re really uncomfortable and I’m starting to panic that I genuinely will have nothing to wear to work 😭 but it’s way too early for maternity clothes! what’s everyone else doing?? šŸ™

Same here. I’ve already bought a maternity bra as my boobs were getting out of control - they’ve calmed down now but I’m grateful for the comfort! Anything too restrictive around my stomach bloat makes me feel gross. I had to buy new hiking trousers after having bought some in September that didn’t feel right come December. I haven’t worn jeans at all. I am a fan of the brand Toast - it is expensive but I have lived in some old season Minako trousers similar to these (sometimes with leggings underneath for more warmth) and intend to stock up on similar: https://www.toa.st/products/minako-garment-dyed-linen-trousers-light-sage

Thank you for the recommendation! I bought a non wired bra only a few weeks ago just for comfort and I already know I’m going to need a maternity bra soon šŸ˜ž it’s expensive being pregnant šŸ˜‚

nekophoenix · 12/12/2025 22:18

On bras - I have long been a nonwired comfort queen (am a DD+ girly and it saved so much digging in) and having tried quite a few, while I am not hot on the Kardashians I really do rate Skims (flipping expensive but I basically rotate 3 different types / styles and restock once a year when they have a sale!)

I'm already living in stretchy trousers again, I'd only just started to fit back into my jeans since having my first 15 months ago!
The evening blost is real, my 3 evening snacks every day probably aren't helping but I feel like the very hungry caterpillar at the moment

Greengardener1 · 12/12/2025 23:01

Apologies for the TMI šŸ˜… but has anyone had any issues with thrush in first trimester? I am on my second spell of it and only at 9 weeks, been told this will likely continue throughout pregnancy 🫠

I’m exactly the same šŸ˜‚ constantly eating! I’ve just ordered some stretchy trousers from M&S that I hope are suitable for work and also weekends, I’m not really much of a dress person in the winter. I do have one pair of jeans (again M&S) which are fairy stretchy so they should do me until I need maternity specific clothes…I hope!

I’ve heard really good things about skims too! Perhaps worth the investment - thank you!

Oh could you share the trousers you've gone for? I ordered some just before I found out I was pregnant and returned as not stretchy enough once i knew. Really need a non jeans option (often wear dark jeans for work).

First pregnancy I think I just got a size bigger pair of leggings and wore a lot of big jumpers, and moved into maternity tights and loose dresses before i needed other mat clothes. Probably my look again from January onwards...!

I went for these! I usually wear jeans and a blouse or jumper, so it’s fairly relaxed. Hoping these look smart enough but are comfortable!

Juicytoot287 · 13/12/2025 17:22

Hi all,

had a reassurance scan given a wee scare but both of the twins are wriggling away and measuring bang in where they both should be. One day between them!

im getting bigger / bloated quickly and my leggings today hurt at the waistline just the pressure. I think maternity wear is coming sooner than I thought!
