Hey, anyone else due July 2026? I got my first faint positive at 10dpo on Thursday 23rd October, I’m now 14dpo/4 weeks pregnant. Feeling nervous as still very early my period was due tomorrow. I’ve booked an early scan for in a few weeks so hopefully everything is all good, now just an anxious wait

I do think I’ll do an early scan this time, more so to make sure I can share the news at Christmas (due to be 12 weeks the week before!) and I know NHS scans can be a bit later.

i won’t book it until nearer the time, I’d like to go as late as possible but also know my own nerves will demand I know everything is ok. It’s just a nerve wracking few months! But each day that goes, the chances of a healthy beautiful baby go up, so keep reassuring myself with that!

wishing everyone a worry free few weeks until those scans!

Newchapter23 · 28/10/2025 17:54

@ThePatternAmber ahhh not long then! Let’s hope it comes quick enough!

@MichLou18 yes your allowed private and nhs hun won’t be a problem! Glad to see you have booked!

im not sure if anyone would be interested but I find it really difficult to keep up on threads if anyone is interested in a WhatsApp group let me know I don’t mind creating one xx

I have had light cramping since Friday (very mild and only a few mins a time , twice a day if that). But tonight my stomach hurts - very fortunate to have not lost before but can’t help let my mind wander- no other symptoms and I am under the weather anyway so reassurance? It’s so early so I know it’s common

Try not to worry too much cramping is very common as long as there is no bleeding but any concerns please ring the EPU. I have been getting cramping on and off when I have googled it / chat gpt it says the cramping is from the uterus expanding xx

Hi! Due baby #5 on July 5th. My older children are nearly 2, 8, 9 and 11. This one was a bit of a surprise but we're happy.

BeFastDreamer · 28/10/2025 23:52

Congratulations!! Feels crazy seeing July 2026 when I’ve been pregnant since February 2025 🤣🤣 all the best and wishing you a healthy pregnancy! 🩷

PlummyDog · 29/10/2025 07:43

My flo app says I’m 5 weeks today, co-pilot says 5 weeks 2 days and Chat GPT says 5 weeks 6 days! Last period was 25th sept. Is there anyway of knowing for certain at this point?

I would say that you are 5 weeks tomorrow based on your last period ā˜ŗļø

I'd say 4 weeks 6 days too. My last period was the 28th Sept and I'm 4 weeks 3 days

PlummyDog · 29/10/2025 11:33

Thanks everyone! This is all new territory for me! Didn’t find out about my first until I was six weeks!

My first day of last period was 25th September too :) 5 weeks tomorrow x

Hi all! Tentatively joining, had my first positive test on Sunday evening and NHS due date calculator says 6 July due date, same as @ThePatternAmber . This will be my second, I have a DS who's just turned 2. A bit nervous as I had a chemical pregnancy the month before my pregnancy with him!

Iwishyoutoknow · 29/10/2025 15:09

Also joining tentatively! Period was due yesterday but I have very irregular cycles so not 100% sure on due date- maybe around the 7th July.

I also have a history of loss so trying to stay positive. We’ve been trying since January as well so it’s been quite a long time coming. I have a 2 year old DC already. I think I’m going to wait until I’m 5 weeks to contact regarding booking in appointment.

Juicytoot287 · 29/10/2025 15:22

Congrats @Iwishyoutoknow and @Lgn90 !!

we are all here so early. It’s nice to share - especially during a period of such nerves when many don’t share with family and friends.

i saw there was a WhatsApp - I will join this when I’ve told other people I think so closer to christmas

definitely something quite magical that we made be spreading the news at Christmas!!

Lgn90 · 29/10/2025 15:29

@Iwishyoutoknow I was going to do the same re booking appointment! and not book an early scan until 8 weeks

@Juicytoot287 Agree will be SO nice (hopefully) telling people at Christmas, however I think it will make the run up to Christmas in terms of drinks and parties quite difficult!! Although might feel too sick to want to attend them in the first place haha

PlummyDog · 29/10/2025 15:38

I’ve been planning how to tell people at Christmas- I’m trying to replace any thought of loss with something I’m looking forward to (scans, buying a pram).
I’ve booked my flu and Covid jabs for tomorrow and meeting with our fertility expert tomorrow as well. I feel better if I’m proactive which is unusual for me as I’m so convinced I’ll jinx things all the time.

Andrasa · 29/10/2025 15:45

I think I might book a nipt the first week of December so I feel confident telling family etc. would be nice to know the gender that early too!

somuchtothinkabout11 · 29/10/2025 18:04

Hello, I've never been here before, just done my first ever test as period was due last week and i've had sore boobs! Confirmed i'm pregnant, guessing due 3rd July ish. I had the mirena coil removed in January and we were just seeing what happened. Did get a regular cycle back quickly so it was easy to know I was late but to be honest totally shocked and a little bit numb at the moment. What to do now..... (other than lots of googling!!)
Great to have this group. x

Juicytoot287 · 29/10/2025 18:23

@somuchtothinkabout11 welcome! That’s so exciting for you! Don’t worry, lots of people to share and talk here. A lot of us are on no.2/3 so can offer some support of what to expected too.

@PlummyDog love that! Replace the worry with joy. The way I’m seeing it is being excited or worried won’t change how I feel if anything ever (god forbid) went wrong - so why feel negative now! Soak it in and be excited!!

I don’t really drink so Christmas doesn’t worry me - I’m more worried about missing out on the cheese!!! My last baby I wasn’t pregnant over Christmas so this wasn’t a worry šŸ˜‚

PlummyDog · 30/10/2025 17:54

How is everyone today?
I spoke to my fertility expert today and ordered a bunch of supplements! Having pains in my left ovary and left thigh which is totally normally according to Co-pilot 🤣.
I do miss the ignorance of my first pregnancy when I was just blissfully floating along!

PlummyDog · 30/10/2025 18:05

Also I had my flu jab but they wouldn’t let me have my Covid jab as they system got confused- I get the flu because of pregnancy and Covid because I’m autoimmune compromised. Should I push for this? I’ve never actually had Covid but this is only my second year with RA.

Juicytoot287 · 30/10/2025 18:25

@PlummyDog hey, when booking flu was it good enough to just say you’re pregnant to get it for free? I assumed I had to wait for my form after booking appt

I just booked it online- I think there was a tick box about being pregnant but definitely didn’t ask for any proof.

dreamum · 30/10/2025 20:04

Hi I’m very tentatively joining. I got my BFP today, if my dates are right I’m due around the 9th. This will be our 3rd baby!.

Gryffindoratheart · 30/10/2025 21:11
