Unfortunately it's bad news. Having to deliver today and no chance of keeping baby alive. We are utterly heartbroken and devastated. Really thought this was our turn after 4 missed miscarriages. The world is so incredibly cruel 💔

I'm so sorry. Look after yourself xx

dubkitten · 03/09/2025 19:21

Oh @Moosey898 my heart is breaking for you. Thinking of you and your family. We are here for you whenever you need us

RealTealQueen · 03/09/2025 19:44

I’m so, so sorry to hear this @Moosey898. It’s heartbreaking. Sending all my love your way. Xxx

Henbags · 03/09/2025 19:53

Oh @Moosey898 I can’t begin to express how sorry I am. Sending so much love to you now xxxxxx

curliegirlie · 03/09/2025 20:20

Oh @Moosey898 I cannot even begin to imagine. I was overjoyed when I read they’d managed to do the stitch. This is just too, too cruel, especially after the journey you’ve had. I just want to give you a huge, huge hug. I know you probably don’t have the headspace for this yet, but I hope this means at the very least that next time they’ll offer a preventative stitch, before it needs to be an emergency one Flowers

My personal opinion, that out of respect to @Moosey898 this thread should holt here and maybe someone create a new “due in January 2026” thread? Seems a little insensitive to carry on posting here considering all her and her family are going through.

Yellowdaff25 · 04/09/2025 09:24

Hi sorry, I had not read the previous posts before posting and did not mean to be insensitive. So sorry x

AiRoo · 04/09/2025 09:34

@Yellowdaff25 oh no, sorry that wasn’t aimed directly at you, I just think we should all just move out pregnancy chat elsewhere.
I really hope all is ok with you though.

I think that would be a good idea. Just out of respect x

See what @Moosey898 says and go from there. She may actually want the thread to carry on. We had a similar situation in my June 2018 FB group: one of the girls had her baby at term, but he was stillborn, as he had a true knot in his cord. It was devastating, but she chose to stay in the group, cheer us all on from the sidelines and she had her rainbow baby a year later. People's responses to the trauma of baby loss are all different.

And we all remember his name and birthday and mark it every year.

Edited

I agree with this as I would want Moosey to feel like we are still here for her and that she is always one of us, don’t want her feeling like we are leaving her out.

I might only know you all through this group but thank you for every kind word, it means the absolute world to me.

Our tiny, perfect daughter Ava came into this world alive today after surgical intervention, and was adored for all 1hr 22min of her too short life, and will be loved and deeply missed forever. ❤️

I will be cheering you all on - may be visible, may not, I'm not sure as yet what that will look like. But I honestly want each and every one of you to have a smooth pregnancy and birth of your gorgeous babies xx

I have no words @Moosey898 . It’s just too sad. I wish I could give you a big hug. Ava was lucky to have you as her mum. I wish you’d had more time together. Xxx
