if like me you’ve just got your BFP, then it’s likely you’re due in January too!
congratulations.

@SureLook thank you that’s good to know! I’m in Scotland so also a bit different, the nhs website says ideally before 10 weeks for booking appt but have seen a lot of people saying they tend to now go a lot later post Covid so hopefully all ok.

The tiredness is another level too, I’m in bed for 8 most nights now!

I tend to eat more of a morning and early afternoon then somthing small and light around half 4 or 5. Im asleep by 8 most nights ha. I wake multiple times tho and start my day super early! Half 4 it started today xx

Hahah seriously why is multiple takeouts a day so so appealing hahaha I could easily do this somthing about cooking and eating from home is just mehhh haha. Xx

My gp didn't even put my referral in (uk) I rang the hospital I've chose to give birth at i was 8 weeks and she put me down as urgent because I was over 7. I got my appointment few days later for next week, I'll be 11 weeks x

Thanks. I’ve had three previous MCs so I asked if there was anything we could do to help this one and my GP referred me to EPU to get me under the care of a consultant, I think.

I’ve just got back from EPU. Scan is showing a growing baby, measuring about a week bigger than expected. They’ve given me a progesterone prescription to take for 6 weeks. I had to specifically ask for that though. She has no concerns. She’s discharged me but said if I have a wobble and want another scan, I just have to phone them, which is lovely and will save me money on private scans. Fingers crossed everything keeps progressing. I’m feeling cautiously optimistic.

That's great news @RealTealQueen ! Did you ovulate earlier than you thought then? Hope it's given you some reassurance

Nope, I’ve got everything tracked in my app. Can’t explain it! But I suppose we’re talking millimetres so this early it doesn’t take much to be off a few days. My husband jokingly asked “who’s the father then?!” 🤣

Not good news at EPU 😔 they determined pregnancy of unknown location so it’s either early
miscarriage or possible ectopic pregnancy. Due to go back to have my HCG checked on Thursday and based on the result, may need a further scan. Devastated and scared. Bleeding is still just light spotting.

@oldmcdonald87 So sorry to hear this ❤️ I had an ectopic on 1/4/25. (Pregnant again before I even got a period so there is hope even though I know it won’t feel like it just now). It’s absolutely awful. I didn’t need to have any intervention though (no methotrexate or anything). Let us know how you get on. Hopefully you will be the same as me 💕 Sending you lots of love xxxxx
