congratulations.

Hi girls! Found out last week I’m pregnant but not sure exactly how far I am. Going by my LMP I’d be 5+5 today or going by when I think I ovulated I’d be 5 weeks tomorrow! Took these tests today and would probably go with being 5 weeks tomorrow!

Hope it’s ok to join. Due date is 27/01 so I’m currently 4 weeks 1 day. I’ve already got a 3 year old and was hoping I’d be less anxious this pregnancy but so far anxiety has been high! I’ve not seen the same line progression on tests as I did with my last pregnancy so it’s hard not to compare and worry! Having a few minor symptoms though so praying all will be ok 🤞🏻 I hope everyone is getting on ok x

I’m just ahead of you at 7wks 3 days and I’m the same. Sickness has been horrible and actually being sick too. Had to pull the car over on the way back from my food shop yesterday.
Aw I really feel for you having to teach a class while feeling like that 😥hopefully your meds will take the edge off. I hope your first day back goes smoothly x

@SureLook I'm 6+5, finally bit the bullet and booked a scan for 8+3 (going away just as I hit 8 weeks so if it is another missed miscarriage I'd like to enjoy my weekend away before bad news!)

All is well, strong heartbeat found, all in the right place, measuring ahead which makes EDD 30/12/25. Cramping was due to a lot of gas and constipation, she saw the trapped gas on the ultrasound, also have an inverted womb that’s trying to flip into normal position. Everything perfect 🥰 see photo

Well I have had a good day symptoms wise! After a week of awful nausea I woke up this Morning feeling somewhat human. Some very mild nausea waves throughout day but nowhere near what I had been feeling. I won't get too comfortable as I am sure it won't last but it has been nice to get some respite and catch up on some things I have let slip like the washing pile and having a shower 😳 I swapped over from 1 B6 vit a day to a smaller dose taken twice a day so I don't know if that has made a difference or just a coincidence. Either way I feel grateful to have have had a day to feel a little like myself.... bracing myself for waking up back to the nausea and rushing to the toilet tomorrow AM

@Bexxy28 second baby too! I had an MMC in January so I'm a bit anxious. How are you doing?

@SureLook No I’ve been testing every other day. Yesterday’s was maybe slightly darker but I think my tests were darker by this point with my first DC. But wondering if perhaps I ovulated later than I did that time. Time will tell. I’m going to leave it a week now before I take anymore as it’s not good for my mental health but I’d still like some reassurance that it’s progressing. I hate first trimester! 😆

@oldmcdonald87 I'm testing every second day too. But I had a wobble yesterday and was convinced my test wasn't darker so my partner made me do another one and it definitely was. I think we can get consumed with it! Also, after my MMC I know that line progression means nothing sadly. But I don't want to stop 😂

@SureLook Really sorry to hear about your MMC. That must have been awful.

Yeah I’ve also seen posts where people’s tests have been fairly light/show no progression and they end up having a healthy baby. The anxiety is so hard isn’t it. The first trimester wait feels sooo long. Are you going to have an early scan? I didn’t with my first but if my tests keep worrying me, I may have to convince DH this time.

@oldmcdonald87 thank you. It's definitely adding to the first trimester anxiety! I'm going to book one for when I'm seven weeks. I'll be a wreck cause that's when my MMC baby passed. Then I'll do the NIPT at nine weeks and then wait until the 12 weeks.....maybe 😂

Pain has eased off today I was getting scared.

@HazelPeer glad to hear it. There will be lots of twinges and cramps at this early stage.
