Snap, mine is also currently 22/09 @Mpk23 So lovely to have people on the same/a similar schedule!

@FMc208 I'm 5+4 and no symptoms here yet either. I didn't get any symptoms at all besides a tiny bit of bloating until 9 weeks with my son. Then it was sickness every day until 16 weeks 😅 Even though I know it can be fine, it still makes me nervous. I had two early losses, as well as the late loss of my son, and never had any symptoms with the two early ones.

The waiting game sucks.

Hi everyone, I want to join in 🥰
7+4 with second baby.

I've have two scans due to various issues, some hopefully helpful information for anyone considering one. First scan was NHS around five weeks, gave a very rough estimate of weeks and was pretty much here's your blob everything looks ok. Second scan yesterday was private and so much better, went all through the parts of baby that can now been seen, estimated due date, saw a beautiful heartbeat and lots of photos to take home. Unless anyone's extremely worried I'd suggest waiting till over 7 weeks and really make the most of that first scan xx

Thank you, this is really helpful xx

FMc208 · 23/01/2025 10:30

Just booked an early scan for 2 weeks time when I’ll be 7+2. We saw DD at 7+4 last time so I’m really hoping everything is the same and this baby is there with it’s heart beating away 🥺

YKM2829 · 23/01/2025 10:50

Got my early scan booked for 7w4d, just want to see everything is alright and we're super excited and will probably end up paying for more just because 🤦🏽‍♀️

ThatSnugSwan · 23/01/2025 12:31

5+4 today. Only symptom I had at the very beginning was sore boobs but nothing now. In my first two pregnancies I didnt have much symptoms either apart from the very beginning. My nurse (Im in Ireland) has sent a request to the EPU for an early scan due to a previous miscarriage so hopefully hear off them soon for an appointment

KittyFantastica · 23/01/2025 14:42

Hello @ThatSnugSwan lovely to see you here ❤️

Melusina123 · 23/01/2025 15:24

I feel horribly nauseous today. Can barely move from bed, just want to lie here with the lights off (fortunately I wasn't working today anyway). Started Xonvea last night but so far not much effect... The problem is I don't really get vomiting (vommed twice on Tuesday, the only times I've ever vomited in pregnancy), I just get really debilitating, all day nausea. Which I guess the drugs don't manage as effectively as the vomiting.

Tomorrow is halfway mark until the next scan, and over the weekend is the gestation where I've lost two pregnancies. 🕊️🕊️ Will be glad to get past that milestone but they were MMCs so i just won't breathe until the next scan.

ThatSnugSwan · 23/01/2025 15:30

@KittyFantastica And you 😊 How are you feeling?

BGxxx · 23/01/2025 16:06

@Melusina123 I found around the mmc a really weird time, and it just makes scans such an anxious time! Hope the wait goes fast xx

Fashionlover123 · 23/01/2025 17:54

@Melusina123 I’m getting the same. It’s awful x

OrchardBlack · 23/01/2025 18:02

Checking back in!

Had a v early scan at EPU yesterday due to previous ectopic and MC. All is well! Little blasto is in the right place this time, she did a proper MOT while she was down there and said she couldn't see any issues and I've definitely ovulated from my right side (with my left one having lost the tube from surgery during the ectopic)

So all in all, much more cautiously optimistic. Every single twinge, pain, cramp, has got me so worried but trying to keep reminding myself it's in the right place and to relax as much as possible.

I'm about 5w 5d now. Dreading the 6w mark and the sickness!

thismotherhoodthing · 23/01/2025 19:19

8w 5d today and had my booking in appointment. I have the same midwife as my last pregnancy which is weird! She's not that great either but oh well.

@Melusina123 same, and I'm really struggling with work. I feel like I'm eating constantly to stop myself being sick. Also getting such bad headaches. That will be an important milestone for you to get out of the way and move past - sending love

FMc208 · 24/01/2025 04:35

I just took my last digital
hoping to see 3+ as I’m 5+3 but it still says 2-3 and now I’m super worried… I did take a cheapie easy @ home and it was a dye stealer though but the digital has me worried…

MyGardenDaisies · 24/01/2025 08:12

Morning! 7 weeks today 🥰 baby is the size of a 🫐!
getting food aversions now, which makes meal times tricky 🤢

Eliffant · 24/01/2025 08:28

I've had a small amount of blood last night and this morning (I'm 7+2) so I'm worried this is the end for this pregnancy. Do miscarriages normally start very slowly?

I can’t answer re miscarriage, I’ve never experienced one.
But if you ring your maternity triage, they will be able to advise or help make an EPAU booking for you.
fingers crossed all is well x

I've contacted my GP so waiting to hear from them. I never had any bleeding in my last pregnancy so I've got no idea what's normal or what's bad news

I've had two previous miscarriages and both started heavy with stomach pains / contraction cramps... Fingers crossed for you x

@KittyFantastica And you 😊 How are you feeling?

We've had the results back from our little boy's cause of death review, so hasn't been the cheeriest week. Lots to unpack that could affect this pregnancy.

Thus far, I'm 5+5 today and no symptoms at all. If I hadn't had the positives, I'd never know I was pregnant. Was like that all the way up to 9 weeks with my son though, so hoping this one is just shy too.

How are you doing?

jjj2024 · 24/01/2025 11:35

@Eliffant sorry to hear this, i hope your GP gets back to you soon. If it's any reassurance at all I had multiple instances of bleeding in both of my successful pregnancies and they are now two boisterous kids, so it doesn't always mean the worst. it's terrifying to see though when it happens and i hope you get some answers soon.

jjj2024 · 24/01/2025 11:36

does anyone else feel like time has stopped? i'm also experiencing so few symptoms (6+2), i'm starting to question if i'm even pregnant? haha

Eliffant · 24/01/2025 16:15

@jjj2024 @Aandk64 Thanks both. I've got a scan booked for Monday now. Still bleeding but still only a small amount. Feeling a bit more optimistic than this morning though because I've now found out bleeding isn't uncommon in the first weeks

Best wishes for Monday @Eliffant

Mooey89 · 24/01/2025 17:42

Had an early scan today, supposed to be 6+3 but only measuring at 5+4. They said they think my ovulation was just later so I’m hoping that everything will be ok.
has anyone else had this?
