@BGxxx the little boots strips!! 5 in pack for 4.99 they show great progression! Was using clear blue salt detection with the one blue line but didn't like them lol wbu?x

MyGardenDaisies · 22/01/2025 11:23

Hey! I’m also in the nauseous and queezy club 🤢
6+5.

Eliffant · 22/01/2025 11:51

7 weeks today and I'm feeling a little bit sick but as long as I have something little to eat every few hours it's ok. What's really affecting me though is the tiredness. I wake up in the morning feeling like I've barely slept! I also keep getting a bit dizzy and lightheaded too but I've got a GP appointment about that because I don't think that's normal.

DogMum99 · 22/01/2025 12:35

Random but can we have milkshakes from McDonald's? Craving a chocolate one so badly!

Fashionlover123 · 22/01/2025 13:48

I’ve been given cyclizine from the GP today, has anyone had it before & has it helped them??

I got prescribed this. It works here and there for me. I’ve been able to eat but sometimes I still feel nauseous & throw up but I’ve been prescribed Xenox as well so I’ll see how I get on

Melusina123 · 22/01/2025 14:43

@Fashionlover123 cyclizine didn't really work for me but I've since read that it takes a few days to really kick in. I've just been prescribed Xonvea so starting that tonight.

Hello beautiful mums! ❤️
Just found out I am pregnant after trying to conceive for the past 7 years. I haven’t told anyone yet and I am glad I came across this community where we can support each other🙏 According to my app, I am 5 weeks and 3 days , feeling ok-ish, just having cramps similar to pms. How is everyone else feeling? 🤗

Strawb28 · 22/01/2025 17:50

@Mpk23 such wonderful news! I'm 4+2 and feeling pretty good! It was 6+1 when my sickness and symptoms kicked in with my LG!! Just have the wee anxiety feelings! I'll be happy when I can have an early scan xx

PickleThePenguin · 22/01/2025 19:22

I am 4 +5 and am having mild cramping, backache and nausea on and off. Started on heart palpitations yesterday which I wasn't expecting!

Definitely feeling anxious but some of that might be due to having to tell work I'm pregnant already, as I work in a lab so am exposed to chemicals. Which feels way to early but I don't want to put baby at risk!

Sept25bub · 22/01/2025 19:40

Ah I see I’m 5 week + 4.

KittyFantastica · 22/01/2025 22:22

Hello @Mpk23 welcome to the thread and congrats! I'm also 5+3 today, when's your due date? :)

Trinityhome · 23/01/2025 06:20

Congratulations everyone!
I’ve just found out I’m pregnant with baby number 2. I have a 3.5 year old LG.

I loved the due date group I had with my first pregnancy and it ended up in a Facebook page which was so lovely.

Looking forward to this journey with you all x

ZoeOutdoors · 23/01/2025 06:23

I found the fb group that was made so helpful with my other babies

cookies10 · 23/01/2025 06:58

Hello everyone! Tentatively joining as just found out I’m pregnant with our first. AF is two weeks late so I think my cycle has unusually been about 6 weeks. Therefore I have no idea what my due date is, but trying to adjust for the delay, I think 30 Sept/potentially 01 Oct so might have to join the October crowd separately as well!

Mpk23 · 23/01/2025 07:37

Thank you dear @KittyFantastica ! Congrats to you too! My due date is Sep 22nd ♥️

I think I’m the same 30th / 1st - exciting!

FMc208 · 23/01/2025 08:41

Morning all,

I’m 5+2 today and no real symptoms yet, a bit of nausea and I think my boobs are a tiny bit tender but nothing unmanageable. I’m starting to have all sorts of worries about lack of symptoms - even though I know they don’t tend to appear until after 6 weeks and I hardly had any with DD in the entire first trimester!

I’m just desperate to see a heartbeat! I think I’m going to book an early scan for around 7+1 but it seems ages away!

Ah amazing, congratulations!! I’m so new to this, do you/anyone else know if an early scan at say 7 weeks will be able to work out my due date or will I have to wait until the 12 week scan for that?

It’ll give you a rough date but to be honest, your due date changes at your 12 weeks and then sometimes again at your 20 week scan. I think I’m going to go for a scan at 7 weeks just to check all ok :-)

Herecomesbaby · 23/01/2025 09:06

Hi everyone, I want to join in 🥰
7+4 with second baby.

I've have two scans due to various issues, some hopefully helpful information for anyone considering one. First scan was NHS around five weeks, gave a very rough estimate of weeks and was pretty much here's your blob everything looks ok. Second scan yesterday was private and so much better, went all through the parts of baby that can now been seen, estimated due date, saw a beautiful heartbeat and lots of photos to take home. Unless anyone's extremely worried I'd suggest waiting till over 7 weeks and really make the most of that first scan xx

Ah the things you learn, thank you so much haha. And I think I’ll be going for the 7 week scan too!

Scarftown · 23/01/2025 09:30

I'm 8 weeks today and in theory if I wrote the date and time down correctly I have a scan today and I'm so anxious. Never had nerves before but really feeling it today.
