Hi everyone, just found out I'm pregnant today at 9dpo, I wanted to make a thread for people to join who will be due in September 2025!

15dpo today and period is due today. Got my first positive at 9dpo and was very clear no squinting. Took a few tests and all positives. Sore boobs since then. So today took my last test and got positive on a digital. I wont test anymore now. Booked in to see the nurse this week to register the pregnancy. I just hope I can relax now and stop fearing another miscarriage. I have two children and the last pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage. Im praying it was a once off and this is our rainbow baby 🌈

I'm 5 + 1 today (I think) and bit concerned that symptoms don't seem to be getting any stronger - if anything, they are lessening. My main symptoms have been insomnia and sore boobs. My boobs feel less sore than a few days ago, insomnia comes and goes. Heart rate is still elevated and still strong lines on the test.

It's my first pregnancy so not really sure what to expect - has anyone experienced strong tests but reducing symptoms? Should I be worried?

I am 5w4 days today and my symptoms arent as bad too, i just have fatigue thats about it, this is my second pregnancy, with my first the symptoms went and then out of no where came back again x

Well the fatigue has definitely kicked in. Just had an hour nap in the middle of the day. And to be honest felt like I could have had one yesterday too 🤣

Middle of wk6 - nausea, fatigue, brain fog, acid reflux and sore boobs, I’m feeling sorry for myself!

@ThisOrangeCat symptoms don’t mean very much in wk5 - some people get lots and some people get none, and regardless most people go on to have a successful pregnancy! If you’re feeling OK I’d try to enjoy it, you never know, you might get walloped with vomiting tomorrow.

AHH yes I remember week 6 as being when it all starts to properly kick off.

I'm at the point where I'm sort of second guessing myself, are my boobs sore or is it because I keep squeezing them to see if they are? 😂

Fatigue, insomnia, pulling feelings, sore boobs and sleepiness are my current symptoms.

going to do the last CB digital weeks test in a couple of days to see 3+ and then next up is scan next Sunday 🥰

I have told my GP and he was congratulating me. I find the little steps and things making it feel so real!
also calculated when I will finish work and very excited for more time with my toddler and obviously the new baby ❤️

7 weeks today and feeling pretty crappy. Mainly cause I feel like I weigh about 200 stone. My jeans are all too tight from the bloating and I swear I have gained a tonne of weight when you factor in Christmas too. Wish I had energy to do a bit of exercise but unfortunately not. Forgot how fun this part was! 🤣

4w+6 first pregnancy and got pregnant first cycle after coming off birth control! Tested positive on 2nd Jan. So far sore boobs and nausea, emotional as hell, Ive cried my eyes out listening to Puff the magic dragon lol, and then had a huge wobble when the test I took was not quite as solid dark as the day before and I thought it was all over (by the end of the day it was back to usual dark lines). I have PCOS so was expecting lots of issues with TTC so a massive shock! Due 17th Sept

5 weeks today, no symptoms apart from occasional nausea and bloating, and insomnia, which is a new one for me! I’ve requested to join the whatsapp group :)

lol 5+4 today and thought I would use my last CB digital to see 3+, but think it’s faulty one or I flooded if, as after flashing the timer it went blank. 🫠

I have symptoms so I take it as a sign to just stop testing 😄 I bet majority of people just test once and then stop anyways.

Yesterday I made the first purchase -matching Christmas PJs for my toddler and baby to wear this year 🥰

Got my early scan today, I'm 7+1. Fingers crossed the bleeding is nothing.

Christmas pjs is cute. I can't buy anything this early. I was the same in last pregnancy and don't think I bought anything until 25-30 weeks as I was so worried.

Congratulations to everyone! I’m also due 1st September. 7+1 today. @thismotherhoodthing fingers crossed everything goes okay. I had some light pink discharge last Wednesday and I had an early scan, everything was fine. We were able to see a heartbeat 🥹 we do have a rescan for next week Wednesday. I’m having some light pink discharge again this morning though

@Hidden12 so glad everything went ok for you. I bled in my last pregnancy so I know it can be normal but just don't want to take it for granted - fingers crossed!

@Earlgrey23 Puff always makes me cry so I’d better stay away from it (damn you Jacky Paper!). I teared up this morning watching the Wiggles with my toddler. So basically I’m in a state, emotionally.

@Wisher88 I hear ya. every now and then i poke a boob and go, “ouch”, just to see if they’re still sore.

I am also now in the eating constantly in an ineffectual attempt to stave off nausea phase. Going to single-handedly clear the UK of ritz crackers.

I am cautiously joining if that’s okay! Got my BFP at 9dpo and today is the first day of my missed period so officially 4 weeks today. If this sticks it will be baby #2.

is anyone else early pregnant with their second?

Having had two early losses and the death of my son to premature labour at 19 weeks in September '24, I can't even imagine buying anything yet. We bought our son's crib at 18 weeks and lost him a week later, so we learned a very traumatic lesson and won't be buying anything until 30+ weeks.

I will make a blanket though, probably if I get to 12 weeks. I crocheted and knitted our little boy several things and he still got to have them 💛

@camelinastorm i’m sorry to hear it. Sending hugs, it’s such a difficult journey.

@KittyFantastica i can only imagine how heartbreaking it was to return home to a crib. We didn’t buy anything for our first until the third trimester. A blanket sounds absolutely lovely though.

@FMc208 if it sticks, this will be our second earth-side; fifth pregnancy though unfortunately! Lots of 2nd/3rd timers on here though.

Just got back from our scan and all was good. Scan was super clear and could see the little heart beating. Baby measuring 7+3 at the moment so a bit further along than I thought. Makes my due date 30th August but please don't kick me out the group 🤣 I've another scan in a few more weeks so still keeping my fingers crossed !

i had the same with my first and fhe due date got brought forward too.

The nausea has really kicked in now. I've been taking pre-natal vitamins with B6, and I'm also keeping a packet of crackers on me at all times, but nothing seems to work. Any tips???

5 weeks today, just got my invite to badger notes is anyone else using it? Does the booking in appointment come separately?
