Can I join - I'm 4 + 6 today with my first, I've previously had a chemical and am 36 so was v anxious but it didn't feel like this and my line has progressed so hopping in here

Hi everyone can I join. I had a positive test this morning at 10dpo. I worked out I would roughly be due 15th September. One previous mmc before and a couple of chemicals but also three full term pregnancies

When did everyone do the referral? I’m only 4+1 today and wondering if it’s too soon?

So nice to see so many bfps! Hope you're all feeling ok. I'm 6w today, feeling worse by the day although surprising myself at how much better I'm coping with the tiredness this time, I suppose having a 21mo who doesn't sleep through the night has made me used to being exhausted ha! Does anyone have any feelings about what they're having? My partner already thinks boy!

I’ve had 2 boys so I’m convinced it’s another boy I’ll be well and truly outnumbered as my dh has a son as well so if I’m right that will be 4 boys.

Yey, so happy, 4+5 today and got the 2-3 Weeks Pregnant on CB Digital test! 🥰

Feeling so reassured that hormones are rising as they should!
going to save my last test for next week to see 3+! ☺️

Hey everyone, happy Wednesday! And welcome new joiners!

Not much to report here, I’m starting to feel a little queasy which is pretty much right on schedule. OH and I are going to have a special meal tonight because if/when morning sickness hits I will be consuming nothing but ritz crackers and lucozade.

I stopped testing ages ago - I tested on a cheapie at 15DPO and then got a “dye stealer” on a FRER at 18DPO so stopped after that. Usually I test from 10DPO, mainly so that if it’s negative I can start moving on to thinking about the next cycle. But we were at the in-laws’ over Xmas and I consciously didn’t take any tests with me. By 15DPO with no period and suddenly being whacked with fatigue I wasn’t very surprised by the result! It was nice to find out when I was already in wk4 - when you find out at 3+3 the first trimester feels soooooo long.

Good to see a WhatsApp getting going - I’m still in a FB group from kid 1 and it’s great. I’ll probably hold off joining until after 9wks or so, but hopefully will join you after that!

whatsapp group sounds good. I'm still in a Facebook one from my first and it was so supportive. I probably won't join for a bit. I had a late loss last year and I think my anxiety mixed with reading about others too often won't be good for anybody's mental health so I'm here but probably won't be the most active. 😊.

the sickness and the exhaustion has kicked in. I'm 6 weeks so it's right on cue. I'll have a scan. At 9 weeks but I haven't actually notified my midwife or anything yet.

I am in a FB group too from my first baby and it was nice as allows to post questions anonymously too

So I think I am about 5 weeks & 3 days now...slightly concerned as I dont really have any symptoms...a bit tired but no nausea or hightened smell or anything like that. I've been having some slight cramps which I think is panicking me. No bleeding or anything though!

I have booked an early scan for 24th when I will be about 7 & 5 so hopefully that provides some reassurance!

@JunkJane Sorry, I am a bit late reading this thread and probably would not have seen it if I hadnt been generally browsing, since I am, sadly, not due in September or at all yet. I just wanted to say sorry you had to go through this. I had an MMC in 2023 and a typical Chemical in May 2024, typical in that my positive got darker and then lighter and lighter until I hit exactly 5 weeks when it completely disappeared and bleeding started. However, I had another Chemical in October and that was the same as yours, reasonably strong one day and completely gone the next! I have since been diagnosed with high NK cells so I am thinking it was a rapid attack by my immune system. I will be on steroids next time from a positive test, which may or may not work, no guarantees unfortunately. That said, I will also be on progesterone from positive as a precaution, but also from a positive. Both private prescriptions though.

Is anyone that had a C section with first baby planning on having a C section with their September baby too?

I had a great experience, so thinking of just opting for an elective around 39 weeks

I ovulated on the 18th December and my test said 3+ weeks a few days ago aswell with evening wee, my sister was suprised as she only got 3+ weeks at 6 weeks with morning wee, she also said maybe it’s twins 🤣 hope not! I’ve booked an early scan for 26th January, have you booked yours yet?

I’m 5+4 weeks today and I’m the same, no symptoms, I did have very very light spotting yesterday, which I believe is normal
