@SpicyMothhes so bloody adorable 🥰 very cute!! i hope you get somewhere with your support for him as much feel such a worry for you.

well my family all have adhd, I’m sure my dad is on the spectrum too. So she’s bound to be a bit neuro spicy as they say 😅

Hi all, I used to post on the thread as kc92, but deleted my account / socials when I got a new job - the scrolling was too distracting. Came back to join another due date club, for baby #3 hopefully, and was curious if this was still active.

@TripleESept24 you should be so proud of yourself for getting you & Esme out. My DM did the same when I was 10, and I'm incredibly grateful for her strength in it.

@SpicyMoth I hope you & Bear are doing ok. He looks adorable! The hair!!

Hope everyone else is doing well, crazy to think we'll have two year olds shortly.

@howluckyarewecongratulations!!! You’re braver than me 😅 we’re all good thank you. Enjoying/battling the toddler stage. Crazy how quickly they grow up

I still enjoy reading everyone's updates even though I was such a long-time reader and last minute contributor. We welcomed our second in April 2026 so are in peak 2-under-2 right now! Going on our first flight as a family of 4 next week 😦

howluckyarewe · 18/06/2026 21:01

@WinsandSam thank you! Brave or insane, I'm not really sure which tbh. Likely a third boy based off the dating scan, so it's going to be a chaotic house.

@sorchanim congratulations!! 🎉 How are you finding two under two? I've avoided it both times, though narrowly - this one will be a Christmas baby.

Yes, I also enjoy seeing everyone’s posts and hope everyone is keeping well.

A bit of me would love to roll the dice with a FET but the cost and my age means I am reluctant. DS is still(!) breastfeeding and co-sleeping overnight; he’s never slept through and I haven’t slept longer than two hours in one go for at least six months. So, that’s probably also contributing to erring towards being one and done!

DS is a wonderful little boy. He’s very bright and curious, though we’re still waiting for him to get going with his speech. Feels like we are the only ones, sometimes!

I still can’t believe how lucky we are to have him. He’s amazing. 🤩

@Decaffe congrats on breastfeeding that long. 😍 What an accomplishment! I weaned in March, and the drop in hormones made me immediately broody. It's definitely a hard decision how many to have, and I can only imagine how much harder IVF makes it.

Clearly I'm scrolling Mumsnet way too much tonight, but I'm currently exhausted in PJs at 8pm.
