So we’ve been TTC baby #2 for 5 months. Had a positive test in April that sadly ended in a chemical pregnancy. So this is cycle 3 since then and got a very faint positive on an internet cheapie last night at 9dpo. I went out and bout a CB digital today and have got my BFP confirmed today on it 😊
My EDD is 4th April 2025 going from LMP and cycle length.
I’m aware it’s very early days and anything can happen that’s why I’ve decided not to tell anyone I know until after my period is due which is Friday. Just can’t keep it to myself and would love for others to join and talk to who have recently found out they are expecting in April 2025!

@Boymum1995 don't give up hope, it might just be not as concentrated. Try in the morning and see how it goes. My spotting still continued today.... everytime I go to the loo I'm scared I will see bright red. So far it's brown but losing hope a little bit.

I feel like this too, I keep comparing them to others I see online and I'm like 😬I think I need to stop, I'm driving myself crazy. Just so afraid of another loss.

Hi ladies, quietly stepping into the group with an EDD of 1st April. Nice to meet you all. Had a miscarriage a few months ago so I'm feeling quite apprehensive. The days are going by so slowly 🙈 My 19 month old boy/monster has started to become extremely clingy over the past week. It's like he knows something is up. Is anyone else feeling nauseous yet? X

I am convinced I'm going to miscarry,no idea why as nothing to indicate that, just feel like I've had enough good luck? I have fertility issues and with my age I didn't think I'd ever get pregnant, now I have my 14 month old, this pregnancy was unexpected to say the least, I'm 39 with one ovary and one fallopian tube, I think it's cause it's such a long time till the 12 week scan to confirm everything is ok, doesn't feel real

@Boymum1995 I did a test this morning which looks lighter so it's not looking good this end either, have you done anymore? X

These are mine, I think it’s getting a bit darker today. Feel so crap, headache and kinda dizzy.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear, but it may just be the time of day or the type of test! I haven’t done anymore, can’t bring myself to. Will just be waiting to bleed now unfortunately or I’ll have to contact GP xx

I nearly threw up last night at a restaurant. Very much hoping that's a good sign. Still on holiday so no access to tests but home later today so feel like I'll cave and test again

Just got my booking appt, 5th September so I'll be 10 weeks,it's really annoyed me,seems really late to be doing first tests etc and heavens know how far along I'll be when I finally get a 12 week scan

In NI we only get our 1st booking appointment or any contact with a midwife at 12-13 weeks. With my last pregnancy I booked a private scan at 8 weeks there's no way I could wait until 12 weeks to get a scan or appointment

@IVFlife I threw up last night during dinner. We're currently on holiday with my parents and I'm sure they suspect something. The fact I'm not drinking alcohol is confusing them slightly...

Have they said anything?we've already told ours but that's cos it's an ivf pregnancy and they knew we had a transfer and so we wanted to share good news.

We got home this afternoon and I've tested and got a good line on a non early one. So hopefully that settles me until clinics official test day. Clinic won't accept a result before then and so won't arrange our 1st scan until then.

This is my first pregnancy and I am 6 weeks today. I had some bad pain a fortnight ago and had an early scan yesterday at the hospital and whilst you could see the yolk, they confirmed it was too early to see the heartbeat and it was put down as unconfirmed viability.

Has anyone else has this and its turned out to be okay?

Got a call from my EPU today offering me a scan at 6 weeks cause I've had a previous ectopic pregnancy. So 12th august I'm booked in.
I've been having lots of sharp cramps today.. not overly bad. Anyone else having these this week?

Got my BFP this week with a 1-2week clear blue digital. Due date 9th April.This is my first pregnancy and first BFP after ttc for 7-8 months so I'm a bit anxious but very happy and excited.

I had my BFP this morning on a clear blue. 1-2 weeks - my EDD is 9th April.

I have a little boy he is 6 so there’ll be nearly 7 years between them 🙏🏽 I had a miscarriage in January so I’m really apprehensive about this one sticking. I’m praying every day!

my symptoms are different (I think) to my first pregnancy. My boobs aren’t that sore at all this time.. but I had the metallic taste in my mouth and I’m just soooo tired.

@IVFlife Congrats on your IVF 🥳 I bet it was so lovely to share the news. Not telling mine for a bit but I'm sure they're suspicious. I would never usually turn down a piña colada on holiday 😁

Congratulations to everyone for their positive tests. Anyone else taking progesterone? Not sure if it's making me feel nauseous or it's just regular morning sickness.

@kaybubs I'm on progesterone and have to stay on until at least 12 weeks.

@Kaybubs i’m on progesterone too and have had no nausea thankfully, so for me it doesn’t.

I have also had a read through of the thread and would love to join 💕 had my BFP a couple of days back and estimated due date 6th April.

I am also tentatively joining due to having a miscarriage at 11 weeks in February. I feel really anxious and on edge this time around. But have everything crossed 🤞🏼🌈

We’re also not telling anyone just yet, so will be lovely to have others to chat to!
