Hey guys, haven't been active on here for a few days. I'm 10+1 now, last scan 8+5 with beautiful baby and strong heartbeat.

On 9+5 I had two wipes of red and pink spotting again which hasn't happened for 4 weeks. They said last bleeds were top of cervix likely implantation taking ages and I had a nabothian cyst. So anyways..went to GP out of hours at 9+6 and they took a urine sample which had a fainter test line that I've had before. Doctor and I said this isn't exactly reliable as im 10 weeks gone but obviously this has panicked me. I've had no spotting since those two wipes and no cramping at all. I haven't suffered many symptoms in this pregnancy anyway but I think all in all this has totally panicked me. I have a scan with NHS tomorrow to check me over. Praying baby is okay 👌

I will keep my fingers crossed for you!

This wait is torture isn't it. I have a scan in a couple of weeks but have had Abit of spotting this morning so they said to ring, so guess they will scan me again. Which is good, but all this time off work is killing me 🙃

Jenfrogg · 16/07/2024 11:19

Hope your scans show everything is going perfectly, how stressful in the meantime 😔

LilacSnail · 16/07/2024 11:41

@apple67cherry I hope you are doing ok.
I’m in a similar boat. I had some bleeding last week, been referred to the EPU but my scan isn’t until tomorrow morning. Feeling nervous.

Lulahoop · 16/07/2024 11:42

Hey all. This is my first time posting but I've been reading the thread for a few weeks, since I found out. I was heartbroken to read about some of your losses, and I've been thinking about you.

I've been super anxious since I found out about something going wrong - but on Sunday I had my first early scan and was so relieved that everything is fine so far!! I measured 8+2 which is pretty much what I thought and would take me to a due date of 21st Feb.
We could see the baby's heartbeat. It was fascinating/amazing!

So I just wanted to join the thread really and say hi 👋 😊 my worst / pretty much only symptom is very very sore boobs!

Had some bleeding this morning. It's brown which I'm hoping is okay. Waiting on EPU phoning back.

Hoping everyone is doing okay.

EastLondonCoffeeFiend · 16/07/2024 12:55

@apple67cherry sounds like such a painful wait for the scan. Really hope everything’s ok x

Just a separate brief note to welcome all the new thread members who've popped up today and yesterday - and also congrats to @Lulahoop on what must be the clearest scan I've seen so far. As you can see, we see some very sad news here in our little group, but there is also good news, and hopefully you'll feel welcome and supported whatever route your journey ends up taking 🤗 x

@Lemonbell I can't believe it, I'm so sad 😭 I remember we both didn't have symptoms, but we both had good scans earlier on, so I was cheering on you. What a horrible waste, I'm so sorry.

So very sorry to hear of your loss @Lemonbell .
I haven't had any scans yet (nor indeed much if any symptoms) but my first scan is next week. I'm terrified of this very scenario. Love and peace

EastLondonCoffeeFiend · 15/07/2024 10:11

Welcome to the party! Our due date is currently 3rd Feb (although I think it will get moved back at our 12 week scan next week, assuming everything else is ok).

First time for me though!

Mine is also February 3rd!

Feeling paranoid these past couple of days. Apart from slight nausea from week 7ish to week 8ish I have had zero symptoms. Like absolutely nothing (posted earlier saying that I was getting a little bump, but I think that was just delusion). I'm 11w3d and I feel great. Which is obviously making me anxious. 😅 I keep reminding myself that there's nothing doing either way. Scan in two weeks, and the time is dragging a bit (even though I'm on holiday!)

This is a constant battle of mine. Although I don't feel great....but the sickness comes and goes. So as soon as I don't feel sick I panic.

Roll on 2 weeks time 🤞🏽😍
