Didn't want to join any earlier as it has taken us over 3 years to get to this point but just had 8 week scan at EPU and lil bean is healthy. 8 weeks and 2 days. Husband is in shock it is real.

@1yearplan hi 👋🏼 I saw your post about the initial gush of blood, and wondered what you meant?
I was 4w 4days last week when I have a bit of blood show after I went to the loo, and very light spotting since the next few times I went to the toilet. But it only lasted a few hours. Obviously I used Dr Google and got myself in a panic, but couldn’t really find any personal experiences from people 🤦‍♀️ Any insights or help would be great as this is my first time pregnant at 34yo x

Really? I had no idea. I'm on the ivf hormones until week 12. They probably want to be sure.

Good luck @piechipsgravy, I'm 9+3 and other than tired and hungry I don't have many symptoms but haven't all the way through tbh. Had two scans already and this is the longest I've gone without one...had one at 7+5 and trying to wait until my 12 week one now 😱🙈

Just got out of scan, baby was waving its little T-Rex arms with a good heartbeat and is measuring 9 weeks 4 days 🥰

Had such a busy day so just caught up. Massive congratulations @piechipsgravy! It’s my first scan tomorrow and I’m 9+6 tomorrow so hoping to see something very similar to yours!

@Kinsters thanks for sharing about your symptoms - I had such bad sickness from week 6 yet it’s settled this last week at week 9 and I’ve been worrying as everywhere says it peaks at week 9, I’m glad your symptoms started to ease at week 9 too!

Lovely 🥰 the comparison with my 7+2 scan which is just a little jelly bean is truly amazing

How is everyone sleeping at the moment? I’m 7 weeks and not sleeping well at all, constantly tossing and turning? 🤔 is this a pregnancy thing?!

@daisychain27 oh same, I'm on 7+1 and with the stretching pains in my abdomen I just can't find a comfy spot. And whenever I fidget the discomfort of moving wakes me up even more. This might explain why I'm having 2 sofa naps a day whenever possible 😀

Same here. I’m waking up every hour and have been for over a week. My hips and pelvis and lower back just ache. It forces me out of bed earlier than I’d like too as I just can’t get comfy. Also 7 weeks!

7+4 here. Actually sleeping ok, touch wood! Waking 2-3 times a night though but seem to be able to get back off to sleep relatively quickly

6+4. Waking up a lot due to cramping and also my boobs are agony at night so I roll over and they wake me. Have an annoying cat who likes to get me up at 6am and then if I try to go back to sleep wakes me up again,

@piechipsgravy your scan is beautiful- congratulations.
I am 9+3 going by my last scan and beginning to sleep a little better. Found putting a cushion between my knees really helped!

@Daisychain27 not sleeping well here either, about 6+3. Between the hip pain, nausea, cramping and getting up to pee it’s a miracle I sleep at all…
