Aghhh no sorry I wasn’t clear, I meant I first noticed nausea at 5+6, in the past. lol. Also 7 weeks today and nauseous in the evenings. Hoping I’m not full blown sick!

@Sparksi ahh I see! We're both going into the unknown 🙈 hoping it doesn't get too much worse. 5 weeks until til trimester two! 🤞

@Sparksi and @strawberrycake12 that makes me feel a bit better!

One of my friends is 13 weeks and she's not had any weird food stuff or nausea at all, so I guess it can go both ways! Makes for an anxious time though, especially when I have a bit of spotting. Sigh.

Another question for everyone... When you go for a pee, and you need to sort of relax for it to come out (lol), is anyone else getting a sort of tightening/slight cramping feeling around the womb/ovaries? I've been getting it on and off but a bit more so today.

Yeah that will stop eventually too, although I looked it up and it told me to lean forward or back because baby is the way a bit now 😂 but the cramp pain will get better, I think it's from implanting and then getting used to a new thing growing inside you. Causes some discomfort for a while 🙃

Joining in for a bit of solidarity! Am about 8w4d with second baby. Symptoms very similar but also a bit different from first time round - nausea that comes and goes especially when hungry, retching at all sorts (the fridge, brushing teeth etc) and exhausted but not sleeping well at night.
First one a lockdown baby- one of the very very few perks of a 2020 pregnancy was working from home and being able to nap for a couple of hours at the end of the working day!
Thank you to this thread for making me feel less alone in dropping off in front of the tv at 7pm…

@strawberrycake12 good to know!! I'm starting to convince myself it's because something is wrong so this is good to hear. It's a sort of half-shut-one-eye-and-slightly-grit-your-teeth situation each time I go for a pee 😂

I went to the event today. I’m knackered! I thought I was ok while I was there but I’ve got home and really crashed.

Not sure I’ll be up to much tomorrow other than working from home. I feel so guilty about this though. My manager always has a get on with it attitude towards work (she is so lovely, just never takes time off herself and I’m sure she’d privately wonder why I was if I needed to).

I have no idea why it won't work I've tried 2 different browsers. I have tried sending myself the link ..nothing works 😢 and I'm pretty phone/computer savy usually x

Has anyone got an upset tummy? I feel really sick and instead of being sick I am having those issues at the other end 😂

Hey guys, we have just gone away for 2 nights and I've started bleeding. Really not feeling good about it. The blood is red. Called EPU but they said there's not much I can do as I had a scan on Friday and need to wait at least a week until a rescan to check progress. But I'm not feeling good about this at all 🥺

@CadoAvo I'm so sorry. Keep an eye and hopefully it doesn't get any heavier. The waiting to find out is so hard and I really empathise and feel for you xxx

Sorry to hear this! This is what I would do but of course totally up to you however if the bleeding gets heavier/ doesn’t stop maybe take a trip to nearest A&E, you’ll get seen and won’t need to wait until friday. Fingers crossed it stops <3

Sorry pressed post too soon! She said I looked more than bloated and like i have popped which isnt good as a friend of hers had this and turns out she had excess amniotic fluid and baby couldnt grow. I have a scan on Friday but flying a week today. Not sure if I should go sooner. I am only six weeks and didnt expect to show this quick, I am also very petite size 6/8 for reference and 5’2. Have any of you heard anything like this?

@Daydreamer94 yes EPU have said to attend the nearest A&E if bleeding is very heavy. However so far there's been nothing reaching the pad but definitely enough when I wipe. My latest wipe is definitely lighter than my first wipe so really hoping it doesn't get heavy and even better if it stops completely.

@CadoAvo really sorry to hear this,, hoping it’s just a scare and all will be ok.

@Daydreamer94 I’ve not heard of this before but I’ve not much experience and knowledge of all this. I doubt you’d have much fluid at this point given you’re only 6 weeks… if it was me I’d ring EPAU and ask to be scanned sooner if possible or present at a&e gyne if you have one in your hospital?

@Sparksi i had this last week, the sausage and chips I got from the chippy did NOT agree with me.

I’ve moved my private scan to early next week, just after some reassurance after the 360 on my symptoms, cramping and spotting. Will keep you posted x
