Sorry to ask again but has anyone else had experience of brown CM? Im
5 and a half weeks and for the past 4 days now ive had light brown CM all day 😔 it looks like brown mixed in with yellow CM (TMI sorry!), it’s really worrying me. I phoned EPU but they won’t touch me with a barge pole til next week at the earliest

I had brown spotting before my pregnancy test, so very early on. But i've read it happens to a lot of women, and can be totally normal, even at this stage. The waiting is awful!! Wishing you all the luck 🤞🏼

Thanks so much. I did have bleeding around that time too, but it was different, it was a little bit of pink cm which I took to be implantation bleeding. I feel like now it’s too late to be implantation bleeding? I agree, the wait is a nightmare! Thank you x

This is all very new to me, but I've read about late implantation bleeding/CM. I'm not sure exactly how late that can happen though. It also seems like there can be various reasons for bleeding or weird CM, and not all are bad reasons. What was their reason for not being able to see you?

After my 4:30 appt that's me just home. Had to go to hospital because I was so dehydrated. Got given an antisickness jag which is absolutely working but oh my god it was so sore. If you need one they're great but brace for impact!! Got a very bland diet to follow and hopefully tomorrow is a new day xx

@Daisychain27 I've heard brown CM means old blood...so my guess would be it's been up there for a while and only just coming out now. Hopefully nothing to worry about 🤞🏼

Hopefully you're on the mend soon, that does not sound fun 😩

I always have brown CM when I'm pregnant. This pregnancy I had a few days in a row around 4 weeks and then just one small streak at 6 weeks. It's worrying but it doesn't seem to affect the pregnancy.

I'm 8 weeks today and to celebrate this morning I've just got the closest to throwing up- retching and heaving into the toilet for about 10 minutes but couldn't get any sick out. It's my own fault for not eating in bed when I woke up nauseous- lesson learned!

Thanks @piechipsgravy. The nausea is real for me too!! Though because I lost soooo much fluid yesterday my boobs aren't sore anymore and that's freaking me out. (I'm putting it down to literally everything left my body, including whatever was swelling those melons!!) Really hoping it's not a sign that the pregnancy is over (no bleeding or anything) but T minus 5 hours til the scan xxx

@shohopeful my boobs are still fluctuating loads and are always way less sore when I wake up- they get more sore as the day goes on but they aren't unbearable like some people say!

@piechipsgravy that's made me feel reassured! I suppose the hormones will just be a bit all over the place. Have you tried ginger nut biscuits for the nausea? I keep them next to my bed now and have one when I wake up (starting today. No expert 🤣) and it's helping! Not something I'd usually eat but I'm here for it making me feel better xxx

I’ve been sick for the first time this morning after 3 days of feeling really nauseous. I felt better straight away but hope it doesn’t end up being all day sickness like last time!

@shohopeful no I haven't but I might get some! I have digestives next to my bed and ritz crackers stashed around the house! I've also been LOVING dairylea dunkers (tubes obviously) xx

Thank you. It’s a bit more concerning because I’ve got a 2 year old this time round but hopefully it’ll be ok. My boobs are also different every day - they were really bad yesterday but not so bad today 🤷🏼‍♀️

I keep waking up at around 4:30 and needing to change position - unfortunately the position I need to return to sleep is on my tummy, and my breasts are just too tender to allow that! So I've been having some early mornings lately. Nausea comes and goes, which is odd because last time I absolutely felt like death at 8 weeks. Hope that's not a bad sign. Cramps are pretty intense though - I feel like my uterus has done about 6 hours weight training 😅

How is everyone doing today?

My boobs absolutely kill in the night when I get up for a wee they have gotten big fast. Trying not to think about how sore they'll be in the early days of feeding. I think I need to start wearing a nursing bra at night to support them

Does anyone have breast implants? I had mine done 4 years ago after breastfeeding DS (he ruined them and they resembled saggy little let down balloons!) and this will my first baby with them. Boobs are feeling tender and swollen, can’t decide if they’re even more uncomfortable because of the implants or just because of pregnancy. Either way, they’re very veiny all of a sudden!

Oh no, bless you. Not a good start to bank holiday! Is it Easter already where you are or is this your first day of the holidays? The dry heaving is lousy isn’t it? Happens to me whenever I think of anything to eat that I don’t want. The latest one is butter/spread 🤢

I can’t remember back, but was it you who lost the nausea for a couple of days around 6 weeks? I still have the food aversions but I am definitely not feeling as sick today so a bit worried xx

I can’t have cheese but I’ve also been craving specifically the tubes, not the plain breadsticks but the ones with the seasoning 😍

My boobs were so sore from BFP 8dpo right up until probably 5 weeks exactly, then not so sore after that. Still a bit tender but nothing like how it was before. I googled it in a panic and it’s normal for them to have a first growth spurt, then stop for a few weeks, then get sore again towards the end of the first trimester. Don’t worry!

Morning ladies, I've woken up today with the WORST bloating. I look like I'm 6 months, rather than 8 weeks. I think it must be a side effect of the progesterone. I've had to cave and put maternity jeans on today. My wedding is just over a week away, I hope I still fit into my dress 🤦‍♀️
I've booked a private scan today, just to check everything is ticking along as it should after the bleed. I've not had any bleeding for 2 days now (hooray!)
