Hi! Just had a BFP after a MC at 8 weeks last year, and am looking for folks to breathe through the next few weeks with. I am in an age bracket where MC risk is high and I’m trying not to get ahead of myself!

Ok if I join too? This is my first post so hoping I don’t screw it up!

Sounds like I am in a similar position to others. Had an early MC in July and now really anxiously trying to get through these first few weeks.

I already have a 2 year old and dates are saying I will be due around 13 June. 😊

Was wondering if this group of Mummas would like to take this to Facebook in a couple of weeks- have a private group where we can really get to know each other properly?

I find on a linear thread like this it's harder to follow and get to know everyone?

I met a lovely bunch of women on Mumsnet like this when I was expecting my first and the group is still going- our babies have all just started year 2!

I'm happy to set up a page if people are keen!

Awww @drjodiyogi sorry to hear you and hubby aren't in a great place!

Immune turned 40 around the time we conceived no 1- he's pushing 50 now (well, that's a bit harsh he's 47
😂😂) and I turned 40 this year! I think he was more keen to get me knocked up this time than I was haha!

My few symptoms are very all over the place! Trying to keep my mind on track. Feel completely normal today, where as yesterday my melons were so sore 🙈.

Thanks for setting up a Facebook group, that's a great idea! I was in one for my son born May 2021 and we all still keep in contact!

Has anyone else got any strong symptoms yet? I've had horrendous nausea, dizziness and upset stomach all day today (sorry for TMI). Not sure if it's pregnancy symptoms or a bug.. due to fly to Crete in the morning and I feel dreadful! 😩🤢

I feel you @G7X I really am trying to remain positive 🤞🏻

The EPU told me I would get a scan at 6 weeks when I fellpregnant again, however they told me on the phone yesterday it wouldn't be until 8 weeks so I'm a bit like 😥😥 xx

I don’t feel bad at all yet but my boobs!!! Absolutely huge already, and so sore. Feels a bit like they do after birth and your milks coming in - anyone else?!

Hope you're feeling better soon @EMJL! We're going on holiday at the weekend, I'm feeling ok so far but have visions of exhaustion and nausea kicking in just as I have long haul flights and jet lag to deal with!

Jealous of everyone heading on holiday! We aren't long back from Gran Canaria and missing the sunshine so much already! My tan is fading too fast 😢

@EMJL I am feeling super queasy this evening after eating dinner 🤢
I'm also feeling sooo out of breath and dizzy- noticing myself panting after walking up a flight of stairs. I'm going to have to take it easy at my exercise class tomorrow morning!

@BrwnX that’s good they have offered you a scan though. I was told the same although they didn’t specify a week. I wasn’t sure if they actually would so that’s reassuring.

Delighted for all of you going on holiday!!! I have endless days of school runs to look forward to. Going by past pregnancies nothing will kick in until about 6 weeks. Right now all I've got is sore boobs and a slightly higher resting heart rate!!!!

Oh god I feel so I’ll and run down today, despite eating really well, no booze, multivitamins and lots of sleep. Feel like I’ve been living on a diet of McDonalds and beer, and no sleep! I remember this feeling from last time. The feeling of burning the candle at both ends, despite doing very little. I guess my body is working overtime, which I hope is a good sign.

I am feeling a little like this @EMJL been feeling really nauseated but starving but can't think of what I want to eat 😥 then anytime I do eat I need to go to the toilet after it 😅 I'm taking everything as a good sign and just pushing through with it. I can be as ill as whatever as long as my rainbow baby sticks 🤞🏻🌈 hopefully your holidays takes your mind off of things! X

I checked that out before I joined, and then after I'd joined DH searched my profile to make sure he couldn't see it I'm 99.9% sure it's totally secret.
