I'm currently 11dpo. Had a two faint positives yesterday followed by a positive clear blue this morning. This will hopefully be my second pregnancy due around 14th May by dates. Just wondered if anybody wanted to share the journey, symptoms and advice 🥰

Im very well thanks, just extremely exhausted, hungry and nauseous 😅 im 6+1 weeks I have an early scan at EPU on Wednesday due to previous losses, so fingers crossed it sticks this time 🥰

Is anyone else finding this heat hard to deal with?
I usually love summer days but I am feeling SO hot and clammy and irritated! I can’t wait for it to be over I feel like I’m burning up.

@HashB im hating it too. I keep getting hot flushes through the day and feel all bloated and yucky. Can't wait for winter now lol. Giving birth in May when it's been really hot is not the most appealing thing 😅 !!! Xx

Yes! I'm glad it's not just me, I'm constantly melting. I felt quite sick with it earlier. Finally taking a cool soak in the bath with a face mask 🥰

I’m also sat in the bath trying to cool
down and feel clean and non sticky! Got Selling The Oc on Netflix, I might still be here at midnight.

Last time I’m sure by now I had more cramps and big swollen boobs and I don’t seem to have that this time yet. This is the kind of thing I overthink.

Hey everyone! I'm 5.5 weeks with my first, not many symptoms except the sore nipples and the odd cramping.
Anyway, today I've felt really rough and my lower stomach hurts when I wee, when I push out or when I touch it... is this part of the movements of the uterus or should I call the Dr tomorrow? Feel like it might be a bladder infection?

@HashB I compare every day to my diary from my first pregnancy as it was the only one that produced a living child. I overthink everything as well 😅

Is anyone else suffering terrible from insomnia 😩 as soon as I get up for a wee of a morning even if it's 6am I am awake then, I cannot for the life of me get back to sleep!! It's becoming really frustrating😅

Yes @TTCbaby2x it took me much longer to get to sleep last night even tho I was soo tired. I think I read it’s the high progestrogen.

Does anyone else have a scan this week? Mine is Friday and I'm so excited but anxious!! Hope we can see something, according to my app I'll be 7 weeks but have it in the back of my mind I may be earlier so fingers crossed it's not too early!😭

I have a scan on Wednesday morning at EPU due to previous losses and they will also start me on progesterone. I'm nervous about that as I've heard it makes pregnancy symptoms worse 😱

@TTCbaby2x I have a scan tomorrow, and im soo nervous, I will only be 6 weeks I would of preferred my EPAU app to be in a week I think,

@ttcthoughts nothing to worry about! It will always be transvaginal they will usually ask you to empty your bladder before.

They will take measurements and make sure baby is in the right place. Sometimes at 6 weeks you can see the heart beat aswell 🥰

I rang our local early assessment unit and they said I wouldn’t be entitled to a scan even tho that’s what the midwife who scanned me back in January said. Sigh! Will just have to wait until my booking appointment and 12w scan.

on a plus note I did another digital and it says 2-3 weeks, not even first morning wee so hopefully that’s a good sign

@ttcthoughts I had a 6 week scan at the EPU with my son, you will have a internal scan so you need an empty bladder for that, if you are too early they usually ask you to come back in 1/2 weeks for a rescan, there is not much else to it (as far as I can remember as this was nearly 6 years ago!) good luck and keep us updated on your scans!! @theodora2146 Thank you. Im pretty nervous actually now, I cant believe I asked for it to be in the afternoon and not morning what was i thinking, I think I will be 6 weeks but 7 weeks from LMP

Yes! Been up between 4-6 willing myself back to sleep for a week or so now ..like clockwork ..very frustrating!

I can fall asleep but for the last 5 days or so I’ve woken up at 1.30 and that’s it. No more sleep for me.

@theodora2146 good look! My EPU wanted to start with a blood test first but said I had to wait til 6 weeks and the wait is killing me. Especially because I don’t feel like I have many symptoms, although I do have the insomnia which of course makes everything already worrisome feel worse.

This morning I booked my EPU scan for exactly seven weeks which will be on the 28th (two days after my birthday).
