I'm currently 11dpo. Had a two faint positives yesterday followed by a positive clear blue this morning. This will hopefully be my second pregnancy due around 14th May by dates. Just wondered if anybody wanted to share the journey, symptoms and advice 🥰

Congratulations all!!

Hey can i join?

I am not 100% sure if due date and cant even think about it.

This is my 11th pregnancy 🙈.. my first baby was stillborn in 2018, then a late miscarriage in 2019, I went on to have two chemicals before my rainbow 🌈 arrived safely in 2020.

After my DS I had a ruptured ectopic in 2021, 2 miscarriages at 6 weeks , and a MMC at 9 weeks in 2022. Then in Feb this year i had a other late miscarriage .. breath... don't ask me why i keep trying but i do.

I am under Tommys and consultant care lots of medication and prayers, but I WILL TAKE THIS BABY HOME.

I got a positive just over two weeks ago ... symptom keep coming and going and i know this means nothing at all but man its anxiety provoking .. really looking to form a support network

Hi lovely, everything crossed for you. This will be our rainbow baby after losing by Oliver at 20 weeks last August.
I'm under the rainbow clinic at our hospital and will be consultant led care too. I'm 41 so another reason to be consultant led.
I love the ''I WILL BRING THIS BABY HOME"
That's exactly how I feel. 💗 xx

Hi everyone can I join? Going by my last period I'm due on the 6th May 2024. I'm so excited.

I've already got a 2 year old so I'm going to be busy. We've not told anyone yet as we're waiting for my 12 week scan.

Got to say today my boobs have been so sore and I'm exhausted. I'm a waitress and I've only worked 6 hours today but I never stopped.

Hi Danielle 💞👋

wishuponastar2018 · 03/09/2023 11:19

@neverenoughwine sorry to hear about the loss of Oliver, what a lovey name.

I hope you are getting all the support and care ❤️.

I have a great team behind me and i know we are doing all we can.

Hows everyone feeling today?

Am tired 😴, i normally do a long run 🏃‍♂️ n a Sunday but only managed 2.5 miles today and even that was walk running intervals ... its was my DS birthday yesterday so its been a busy weekend.

Am also starving 😂😂

Thank you. We actually named him after the amazing registrar that stepped in for delivery. I don't think I'd have chosen such a popular name ordinarily! But, we loved it. It felt special.

Aww hope DS had a lovely day!

We've just had a wander to enjoy a drink down by the river/canal/castle (sadly alcohol free for me of course!)

I'm starving too. 😂 DP is just rustling up Roast Pork and Ratatouille for dinner later! DS is getting ready for back to school tomorrow (he's 14).

I'm just about to relax with a book!

Well done on your run!

How is everyone else? 💞

wishuponastar2018 · 03/09/2023 16:44

@neverenoughwine Lovely sentiment with naming him after someone in your journey.

Its roasting here and DH is grumpy as hes cooking meat loaf... think he forgets how hormonal i am when pregnant 😂

I have been hiding inside all afternoon... two ice poles down

Haha! I was so emotional this morning. Not in tears just a bit 'off' and my DP got a bit grumpy. I simply said welcome to the next few years of your life 😂😂

wishuponastar2018 · 03/09/2023 17:30

@neverenoughwine 😂😂.. my DH called me a raging bull this afternoon...

You think he would know better 🙈

I'm sorry to read that so many have had previous losses but I guess it just emphasizes how common it is. Sending hope to everyone this time round.

I balled my eyes out at Titanic just now. Otherwise not so many symptoms today - just very lethargic. Not so much tired as just can't really be bothered to do anything...

I think I'm still a bit in shock at being pregnant again actually. Going to try and get back into running this week as I think I need an outlet for my anxiety. I normally do run but haven't really felt up to it over the past 10 days.

Also just realized I have a John Lewis order of loads of clothes arriving tomorrow which I ordered prior to knowing I was pregnant. Mostly sale stuff but I can't decide whether to keep the bits that I like that currently fit in the optimistic hope they might still fit in 18 months time if this pregnancy works out and I end up being the same size/shape after, or whether to just return the whole lot without opening the box 🤣

wishuponastar2018 · 03/09/2023 21:31

@Knewlife i here you i am struggling to have the energy to run, am just trying to be kind to myself and listening to my body.

I am anxious at symptom spotting but I know that nothing will mean anything 😂.. i dont even know if that makes sense

Kerry93 · 03/09/2023 21:37

Great to hear everyone's stories, hopefully May will be the month of rainbow babies. 🌈 I'm a nurse, currently on a run of 12hr shifts, so trying to have early nights to keep energy up while hoping no one picks up on the bloat under my uniform 🤣Already feeling quite nauseated and I didn't suffer with that with my little boy!

Knewlife · 03/09/2023 21:38

@wishuponastar2018 totally makes sense. I've been worried about how strong my symptoms have been then today they weren't as strong so I was worried about that. I drive myself mad.

I joke that I'd love to be one of those magazine story pregnancies where the mum doesn't even know she's pregnant then just goes to the toilet and gives birth to a healthy full term baby. I know in reality this would be utterly traumatic and absolutely not what I would really want but at least it would stop the over thinking 🤣🙄

Kerry93 · 03/09/2023 21:41

@Knewlife @wishuponastar2018 I had almost no symptoms with my first so they mean nothing! X

Hoping it's okay to join.

Potentially around 9DPO today. Negative test yesterday and a dark positive on an early result test with evening wee today after I woke up from a 4 hour nap and thought that was suspicious. Went out to buy a Clearblue Digital as DH wouldn't believe it without it being literally spelled out and it's come up 'Pregnant 1-2'. Due date will be around 17th March 2024.

Cautiously optimistic. I have two DC's 15 and 12 and we lost our gorgeous toddler to a sudden illness at 2 and a half in 2020 so my fourth pregnancy. Hoping and praying it goes smoothly because I don't think my heart can take heartbreak ❤️‍🩹

DearTheodosiaa · 04/09/2023 02:08

I'm looking for a bit of reassurance please ladies 😩 I've just been woken up by bad cramps but went to the toilet and had an upset stomach. So I don't think it's baby related and I kept expecting to see blood but didn't see any. I tried to go back to sleep and the cramps started again and more upset stomach. I'm worried it's food poisoning and that it'll harm the baby. If it all settles down in the morning would it be worth going to the GP at all? I don't really know what to do!

ttcthoughts · 04/09/2023 07:23

Good Morning Ladies, I hope you are all ok, Im soo sorry to hear so0me of you having multiple losses :(

Would you mind me joining, Currently 18DPO With many BFP and a 2-3 weeks on a clear blue, Due 4th May 2024. I am trying to not get overly excited as we have had two miscarriages since January, the tests we have this time though are darker than any of the other twos so fingers crossed this is a very sticky baby.

wishuponastar2018 · 04/09/2023 08:22

Gentle congratulations to you @ttcthoughts

@DearTheodosiaa I often get sore tummies when pregnant and trapped gas which can go from constipation to diarrhoea... its can be scary when you get cramps but its likely your digestive system.

I am anxious again today, i think i just don't feel particularly pregnant my last miscarriage ended at 14 weeks and i was so sick that my brain feels thats how ill i should be.. however i know every pregnancy is different..

Trying to remain positive... sooo hard!

mrktmummy · 04/09/2023 09:18

Hello all hope it's ok to cautiously join? I'm about 11DPO today and got a pregnant 1-2 on clearblue due around 15th May? I'm so sorry for all the previous losses on this thread I've had a MMC and 2 miscarriages aswell so I know how scary it all is. I have a 9 month old son and this baby wasn't planned at all! I'm still breastfeeding and I'm not ready for another at all so all a bit of a shock. I'm already suffering with some nausea and heartburn and this never happened this early with my son or the miscarriages so I'm praying that it's not twins 😬 how is everyone feeling? X

DearTheodosiaa · 04/09/2023 10:36

@wishuponastar2018 thank you, that's reassuring. I just popped to the pharmacy and they said there's not much I can do but I need to stay hydrated. Thankfully feeling a bit better now x

TheBirdintheCave · 04/09/2023 10:36

Amazingly I got a positive yesterday at 10dpo. Due around May 16th. Unfortunately this is my fifth pregnancy with only one living child (two natural MMCs last year and an IVF chemical last month). My son is 2.5 so I really hope this is the one that sticks and we can finally complete our family.

Congrats to everyone else so far! :)

neverenoughwine · 04/09/2023 10:44

Hi everyone, congratulations to you all and everything crossed for us all. So many of us have had such upsetting experiences. Sending positive vibes to you all.

I've got some anxiety today too. I keep panicking albeit calmly that something's not right. But, I've got so much gas and indigestion/heartburn.

I work from home, but wish I had people around me to distract me.

Hope you're all feeling ok! Xx

clasmummy20 · 04/09/2023 10:49

How are you all feeling today? I am intensely hungry and my nipples are sooo sensitive.

I called to make my booking in appt so all going well I'll be seeing the midwife for the first time on 5th October after we return from Turkey!

Nothing else to report for me x

DearTheodosiaa · 04/09/2023 10:55

Is anyone having an early scan? I'm trying to hold out as long as possible so that the baby will be bigger! I went for one at 9 weeks last time so might try to hold out until then!
