I'm currently 11dpo. Had a two faint positives yesterday followed by a positive clear blue this morning. This will hopefully be my second pregnancy due around 14th May by dates. Just wondered if anybody wanted to share the journey, symptoms and advice 🥰

Congratulations @SophieJ3794 ❤️ we have the same due date I think- and this is my first and I’ve been TTC since coming off the pill in March! It’s so exciting and surreal isn’t it. I’ve had weird pains in my nipples this week on two occasions- as if someone has put a hot needle through them which I have never had before! I’ve also felt slightly sick all day today!

It's so exciting! I just want everyone to know!
Mine just feel so heavy and just a dull ache!
The sick feeling all day is the worst! But I've found that anytime I feel bad I just nibble a ginger nut and it passes for a bit!
Congratulations to you too @LondonGirl1992

Hi @SophieJ3794 👋Multiple napping is the pregnancy dream! I'm genuinely happy for you! I can't pull it off with my work/life right now but I definitely feel this is what our pregnant bodies were made to do in tri 1

It is, it makes me feel bad mentally though cause I'm just no good to anyone! But I keep reminding myself I'm growing a human and its hard work!

Hi everyone, I’m new here. I had a read though some of the pervious comments. Congratulations to you all!

I found out that I’m pregnant yesterday and due on the 24th of May.

I'm 33 and I’ve already had 4 c sections. My eldest son had a rare genetic condition and died aged 7 so I actually have 3 living children and 1 in the sky now.

I had my first at 21 and my youngest at 28 so this is feeling a bit different for me. They all have the same father but the relationship was abusive and I finally left him after our eldest son died.

Sorry that’s lots of information for a first post!

This is my first and last baby with my current partner and we are very happy! I’m feeling slightly sick already and extremely tired which is making me a bit nervous as I went to bed after work last week at 6pm.

Has anyone else on here had multiple c sections and expecting to have another?

Honestly, there doesn't look to be much progress but its still early days, im sure they will start getting darker soon. Some people have light tests all the way through and are fine and some end up turning to be chemicals, theres no way to know unfortunately. Hopefully this will be a sticky bean for you, wishing you all the best. xx

Twdfn123 · 16/09/2023 12:31

Is anyone else having cravings this early on? I'm only 4.5 weeks and normally I'm more of a sweet person, but I'm just craving salty things, especially Mcdonalds fries or chips and gravy. 😳

LBNM19 · 16/09/2023 13:28

Not particularly but I’m absolutely starving 😂

Yes also this - ravenous most of the day !!

Meggan123 · 16/09/2023 15:29

@ash98 it’s really hard to judge progression on different brands of test. I would try and use same brand to see the difference! Could be the second test has different sensitivity levels. Try again tomorrow and everything crossed for you! Heres mine for reference xx

@ash98 just looking back at my lines, there isnt much difference between and 11 and 13dpo, I bet you see some progress tomorrow! And just for example, both my tests below were taken the same day with v different results. Both 18dpo! The frer was alot lighter then my cheapie!

@Meggan123 Thank you so much! I'm only 10/11 dpo had a positive early detection one on Thursday and a positive digital which said 1-2 weeks yesterday. Still early days so trying not to think too much into it. I've been taking cheap ones recently and none have been positive yet ( they say accurate from when your period is due, technically mines isn't due until tomorrow or Monday) although todays one had a very faint line so I will stick to these ones and see if I can see any progress. Thanks again for your help! X

Meggan123 · 16/09/2023 16:20

@ash98 ohhh you’re only 11dpo. I misread, thought you were 13dpo, well in that case your lines look totally fine. Tentative congrats xx

Laura96 · 16/09/2023 17:38

I'm craving salt a lot more! Peanuts, crisps all sorts! I'm 6 weeks on Wednesday and it started this week I've also been really thirsty!!

Laura96 · 16/09/2023 17:40

Still having not so much cramps but like twinges in my left and right side low down just a very minor sharp twinge then goes and is more so when like moving or sitting a certain way? Back pain has pretty much gone now and the nausea has kicked in this week I am 5 weeks and 3 days today
Anyone else having this is it normal is it just uterus etc shifting x

Sa11yCinnamon · 16/09/2023 18:57

My period was due today and I got this - photo taken in my bag as I did the test on the sly at my sister’s house 😂

Wishedfor2021 · 16/09/2023 21:43

@Laura96 sounds normal to me, I’m having the same and had it when pregnant with my son up until around 6/7 weeks from memory. It’s everything stretching out down there ready to make room! 🥰

what are these tests for? I just used 4 regular pregnancy tests- including one that said 2-3. Am I supposed to be doing more tests? I assumed if it was 2-3 it’d stuck already but is that not the case? I think I’m 5 weeks 5 days

Laura96 · 16/09/2023 21:52

@Wishedfor2021 thanks so much that's reassuring!!! I have an early scan Friday when I'll be 6 and a half weeks so looking forward to that!

TheBirdintheCave · 16/09/2023 23:04

@LondonGirl1992 You don't have to. Some people find that watching the tests darken gives them extra reassurance, especially if they've had miscarriages in the past.

Meggan123 · 17/09/2023 00:14

@LondonGirl1992 oh just me being crazy, had a chemical 8 months ago so just making sure it progressed. I have stopped testing now!

GratefulMum10 · 17/09/2023 07:57

Hi all congrats to everyone. I have just found out I'm 4 weeks 3 days
Had a silent miscarriage (measuring 9 weeks) in June this year so hoping for everything to go well this time.

LBNM19 · 17/09/2023 08:17

This made me laugh, something I would do. Congratulations!

MrsG2907 · 17/09/2023 09:22

Hi everyone I hope you don’t mind me joining, im 12dpo and got my bfp yesterday. Lines are light but starting to get symptoms.
I had a mc in June at 8weeks and didn’t have any symptoms of pregnancy so it’s reassuring that I’m already feeling a little nauseous ( my son is 2 and I was really nauseous in first trimester)
congrats to everyone !
Im due end of may xx

Meggan123 · 17/09/2023 14:46

Has anybody here had shooting pains in there bum?? Slightly concerned!!

Sa11yCinnamon · 17/09/2023 18:04

Congratulations @MrsG2907 and @GratefulMum10, sending lots of positive sticky vibes your way x
