Due May 2024?

I'm currently 11dpo. Had a two faint positives yesterday followed by a positive clear blue this morning. This will hopefully be my second pregnancy due around 14th May by dates. Just wondered if anybody wanted to share the journey, symptoms and advice 🥰

Second pregnancy, but first was 14 years ago and I was 21 so hardly remember that!.

4 weeks today according to Flo app, I normally have very short cycles, so I have officially missed a period.

Been suffering with quite bad cramps, or maybe trapped wind. No offer form EPU to come in so have a private scan booked at the end of this month when I will be just over 6 weeks. Think I will fell happier once that is over.

The cramps are worrying me a bit, just feel so helpless, as there really is nothing you can do to make it stick 😕

Hey ladies can I join please? 🥰 my flo apps telling me I’m due around 19th May! Already have a 1.5 DD so I’m looking forward to adding to our family. Had a MC in May so fingers crossed everything goes well this time round!

@Rusticanella I had cramping most of last week, I was so sure AF was coming!! I’m 4 wks and 3 days and as off yesterday they have settled! Must have just been implantation or something? But try not to worry, I googled loads and seems really common to cramp early on!!

I also google lots and have found so many threads/forums where people are saying they are experiencing it or have done and everything is fine. Just still hard to relax.

@Twinkles18 congrats hun! I’m due the 18th 🥰 I am over the moon at the thought of a May baby! I remember being gutted this time last year when we began TTC that we weren’t getting a spring baby, it then quicklh became v apparent you cannot choose when you concieve and then I was just desperate go concieve whatever the month!! But despite a tough year of worrying I got my spring baby 🙏🤞good luck to us all!

@Rusticanella thanks, try and stay calm! Give it a few days and they should settle! Just tell yourself its the little babe making itself snug, don’t freak out like I did 😂

Was a bit hesitant to post this early as I had a mmc at 12 weeks back in Jan, but it’s been really comforting to know I’m not alone after reading through previous posts at the start of this thread 🌈 you all have no idea how much it’s helped with my anxiety!!

I’m 4 weeks 3 days according to my Flo app, so it’s still early days, but feeling hopeful this time around.

Hello ladies! Can I join as well?🥰 Just got my positive this morning, I should be due in mid May. Absolutely over the moon but this feels so unreal! This is my first pregnancy and I am really anxious. I had super tender breast for the past week and my period has been a week late so I have finally decided to take the test this morning. I got very strong lines on both waitrose and clearblue tests. Apart from that, I don’t really have any symptoms. My BBT has actually dropped for the past two days but this could be due to the weather. I am quite tempted to get an early pregnancy scan and perhaps a harmony test, but I feel a bit silly for paying so much given I am in my mid twenties and should be considered low risk. Feels like I am losing my mind. Not sure if I can wait until 12 week for the first NHS scan😭

@CurrentlyCooking @cinnamonclouds congrats ladies! I feel like everybody here is as anxious as each other! Atleast we are not alone! I keep trying to remind myself this is a different pregnancy, different baby, different ending! 🙏🤞 does anybody else find themselves battling with their brain, it’s exhausting! Going from excited to nervous to positive to really pessimistic all day long. I started worrying about ectopic today for absolutely no reason at all….Ahhh wish I could hibernate until 20 weeks.

@Meggan123 Same! I literally just spent an hour googling about ectopic pregnancy because I had a bit of tummy ache and diarrhoea… I am going crazy!

@CurrentlyCooking same, just been googling it some more! apparently they are really rare so that’s reassuring! Why do we do this to ourselves! My husband thinks I’m looking for something to be wrong! He doesn’t get it!

Hello ladies. Please may I join. I should be due in the middle of May if my calculations are right. I got my BFP monday morning but I'm on a run of night shifts so won't be telling DH till tonight after we put our 3 and 1 year old to bed! I am nervous as hell, as I can see everyone else is too. I had a mmc before my first at 12 week scan then had a twin pregnancy with my second where I lost a twin so I dont trust being pregnant at all untill after 20 week scan. We are also going away next week and I'm now second guessing air travel in the first trimester like a crazy person.
Congratulations to everyone here and to thoose that have had sad news since their BFP my heart goes out to you.

@TTCbaby2x It was ok.. They could only see the gestational Sack and Yolk sack no fetal pole or heart beat, she also measured me at 5.5 weeks just over when I thought I was 6 so back in two weeks time for another scan xx

@ttcthoughts Hi, I was wondering, the difference is dates/measuring, is that because you were 6 weeks when using first day of last period date?

I have booked my scan for 6+4 as I think I will be similar and didn't want to be too disappointed if they couldn't see anything.

@Rusticanella I would normally say yes but from my last LMP I would be 6 weeks 6 days, I ovulated late at say 21 So im a week out, Maybe I ovulated a day later who knows, It was very disappointing though. but I'm glad we know baby was in the right place :)

Yes, that must be good to know, and you can go back and see everything else you need.

I am a bit clueless with what my "actual" dates may be, I never really managed to track ovulation, and I have a very short cycle. Flo app always had me down as ovulating 5/6 days after period so who knows. Makes my head hurt. Want to get out of this confusing first trimester where everything is a bit of a question!

@Rusticanella yes hopefully when I go back in two weeks we will see a little baby and a flickering heart beat.

~I feel like the time is really dragging though, I was debating to book a scan in for mid week next week to see

@ttcthoughts same, I think for me as well, we found out so early...if we hadn't had been so focused on conceiving, I maybe have only started to test at this point now 😊 it feels like I've know forever but it's only been a week.

Looking forward to the part of pregnancy where we can relax a bit and speak to family and friends about it.

anyone else been doing line/weeks progression? i think i can stop now 😭🤍

@Rusticanella I did find out yesterday my partner has told all his work friends which annoyed me haha!

@ttcthoughts I'm glad it went well in a sense of everything is in the right place just you are a little early!! I'm abit worried about my scan Friday now as I am due later than you according to my dates and I believe I tested positive later than you too but according to my app I will be close to 7 weeks.

What date did you test positive? Was it an internal scan if you don't mind me asking xx

I'm 4+1 today 😬 private scan at 6+4, so just need to stay sane until then.

@TTCbaby2x I testsed positive at 9DPO on a easy at home soo very early, I dont know exact date. it was a internal scan :)
