I spent last night in maternity triage. Got up for a wee at 1am and had bleed through my underwear quite a lot, bright red. They found a large patch of cervical ectropion which they think was the cause and it may happen again. Baby's heartbeat was strong though.
I'm still terrified though and frightened to move. We haven't had sex since November so it's not that either.

I'm so sorry @Nic2908 😭💙 I hope you're as okay as you can be and that you look after yourself with all the selfcompassion in the world 💙

Thanks all. My anxiety had started to reduce and now this. I'm going to panic every time I go to the loo now 😔 I said to my husband I wish I could be put in a coma and woken up when the baby is here! I had been doing some yoga stretches for my back and played with the dog yesterday so wondering if that triggered it. Nothing strenuous though!

@Narwhal88 its highly likely it is absolutely nothing you’ve done, and just one of those things. Hopefully doesn’t happen again but at least you have a reason for it and not left with unknowns! Take care of yourself xx
