I got my bfp yesterday and although it's super early days (I'm only 12dpo), from looking at the NHS pregnancy calculator, I'd be due 2nd November...
Just thought I'd make this thread for anyone who has recently got their bfps and are due in November-time!

I thought we could use it to discuss how we are feeling, any symptoms/lack of symptoms we have etc. and just a safe place for a chat with people in the same boat!

@BarbaraRo aw bet they'll be so pleased! I've not had mega symptoms yet tbh but I'm only 4wks5days so still super early. Just hoping all is progressing ok .. you just have to trust it and be patient don't you! I have a 2 year old boy and he is doing a good job at distracting me from obsessing too much!

@BarbaraRo yes I'm pleased - I've a 2 year gap with my Sis and we're super close. DS will be a couple of months off 3 when this one arrives so fairly similar gap to your older two? For practical reasons I didnt want a massive gap either as I've just turned 37 so time isn't on my side! It'll be hard work but I'm just going to try and embrace the madness and exhaustion. My DS is at that adorable age where his personality and sense of humour is really coming out loads and in terms of becoming a big brother, his language and emotional skills are coming on loads now which I think will be helpful for explaining things etc. He has a big sister too - my stepdaughter who will be 13 in May. They adore each other and I know she'll be delighted with another sibling. Its a big age gap but I think it suits her well in lots of ways. I love seeing their sibling bond strengthen each day.

Yeah the boys are just over 3 year age gap and they are such best friends it’s lovely!

I am 38 (soon to be 39) and wondering how on earth will I have the energy to start with a baby again!!!! Guess they’ll keep me young a little longer 😍

I think I may be having an early miscarriage, fresh red blood this morning and cramping all night, am expecting to get heavier throughout the day, will keep updated but I’m sure I know what’s coming x

@Mummy1502 sorry you're going through this. I hope it's just implantation and nothing more.

My son has just turned 2 so they will have 2y10m age gap. I've woken up with nausea this morning. Also get pain lower abdomen which feels like it's in one place

@MeganC104 i spotted a couple of days ago, nothing more than a light pink once when I wiped them a couple of brown drops in a pad, now it’s turned red, its going to be a long wait to see I think, it’s strange as I’ve been really bad cramping on my left side the whole time since before I found out I was pregnant (wondering if it’s the ovary I ovulated from) then pulling sensations from the right side, maybe a little part of me hopes it could be a cyst or something, will just have to wait it out x

@Mummy1502 I had similar bleeding with my son from 4-7 weeks. I got scanned at 6 weeks and they could see a hematoma, baby was doing fine. It's not uncommon apparently. The only thing I could do was wait and see until I got the scan though which was a bit of a struggle with not knowing what's going on!

@33Carr i will see how it goes then maybe book a scan at 6 weeks which is 2 weeks away, not feeling hopeful but glad you carried on to have a successful pregnancy x

@Mummy1502 I rang my GP about it who booked it in with the local EPU. Keeping everything crossed for you xx

@MeganC104 that's exactly the same gap as mine will have! Is your son January too? ☺️

@SnookyPook im only expecting the worst as never bled with my other pregnancies, after googling apparently it’s common but I just don’t see it, I feel like I know my body and this isn’t normal x

@Mummy1502 I had bleeding at 7weeks and it was put down to old implantation blood. It can happen so I hope that's what it is for you

@MeganC104 how much did you have and was yours bright red like a period? X

@MeganC104 it was light and more brownish red like old blood but if it had come out early around implantation I'm not sure if it would have been more bright.

@MeganC104 thankyou I’ve already missed my period and got positive pregnancy tests so can’t be implantation x

I think we can safely say little one didn’t stick, top to bottom very minimal line progression then can see its now fainter on the bottom one, that alongside a pad full of fresh red blood, I’m gutted and can’t stop crying x

Struggling a bit today. Had a HCG blood test done on Friday which came back as 20 iu/l and they’ve asked me to retest on Monday as it is really low but could be just super early.

low figure with what appears to be slowly fading tests makes me believe this might be it for me this cycle, but they still want me to test just in case.

around The day my period was due I had some brown mucus and light pink blood when I wiped (once). Nothing since.

hi ladies congratulations all on your bfp, just an update from me, I bled for 2 days and now have stopped, my question is does that start my cycle again now or do I wait until next month? Last time I miscarried I was further along (around 7 weeks) and bled for around a week or so, this was back in November, this has been the first time I’ve fell pregnant since so obviously it’s been heartbreaking x
