I got my bfp yesterday and although it's super early days (I'm only 12dpo), from looking at the NHS pregnancy calculator, I'd be due 2nd November...
Just thought I'd make this thread for anyone who has recently got their bfps and are due in November-time!

I thought we could use it to discuss how we are feeling, any symptoms/lack of symptoms we have etc. and just a safe place for a chat with people in the same boat!

@Sb86 @Mldn @SnookyPook @NatGee thank you all! @Fox01 not IVF, so even more of a shock! I realised today we do have a history of twins in the family though, my grandad's two brothers were twins but one passed before I was born so I completely forget we have this in the family!

@EBeans they say it skips a generation. we too have a history of twins, like you, at my grandparents level. None of my siblings have had twins so far so it does make me wonder if itll be down to me to carry the torch. Hope you have a lovely healthy pregnancy x

@SnookyPook thanks! Hoping they carry on getting darker! Picked up a clear blue on the way home too and kept fmu from this morning and it's come up as 1-2weeks so feeling happier. Hope you start to feel better soon! 🤞🏻🤞🏻xx

I got a BFP yesterday (10DPO) and I believe my due date is around 25th Nov.

I’m 32 and this will be my first baby (though not my first pregnancy as I had a miscarriage at around 6 weeks in December).

Fingers crossed for the journey ahead for us all 🤞🏻

Hellooo can I join here too? Got my BFP two weeks ago, my partner and I have booked a private scan for next Friday as I’m so anxious (and impatient 😂). I’m 6+3 today. First time trying!

Hi @marateach how are you feeling? I'm 6+2 today and feeling pretty rotten. I did some painting this morning and paid for it with a very nauseous afternoon. Was supposed to go out for dinner for dp's birthday last night and had to cancel because I felt too rough. Just wondering if you've started with symptoms yet as we're around the same dates?

I hadn’t really had any symptoms until Wednesday evening when I started to feel a bit rough. Was sick yesterday morning and this morning as well. Hoping this isn’t the case for the next 12 weeks 😳🤢 when did yours start?

Hoping to join the gang. Due date on 28th November so very early days and don’t usually have luck with these things. However feeling surprisingly calm and positive. Already feeling tired and getting some nausea so hopefully that’s a good sign. If i’m still getting a bfp next week will book in for a 6 week scan. Have a ds who is 3 and really hoping this time will work out for us.

Congratulations to everyone who has recently joined! It's getting hard to keep up on here! I did my first CB with weeks indicator tonight and got my 3+ 😯but I thought I was only 4+4 today. Is it likely I conceived earlier than I thought or does anyone have experience of how accurate these actually are?

@Mummytobe2023 I got a 3+ very early on too. All depends on your hcg levels but I heard these tests aren't very accurate anyway... I think they bring some reassurance but at the end of the day they are just off the shelf tests.
I am very sure of when I conceived as I was tracking like a hawk :)

@Mummytobe2023 yes, do! they just feed our anxiety. My first too and very accepting of what will be, will be. No amount of tests or scans will change outcomes at this stage

@marateach sorry to hear that, fingers crossed that it doesn't become a daily habit 🤢 I've been feeling really exhausted since 4 weeks but the nausea has only properly kicked in over the last couple of days. I'm praying it doesn't get too much worse over the next couple of weeks...

Have you got your booking in appointment date yet? Mine's on the 29th when I should be exactly 8 weeks. I'm thinking of booking an early scan before then though.

Hey everyone! Got my BFP 2 days ago. Apparently 4+1 today according to an app / calculator and due date 22nd November 😁 just wondering if there is a private Facebook group?

Have some nausea and metallic taste already (before I tested) as well as horrendous backache but otherwise feeling so happy! Have some anxiety and also struggling to keep it a secret 🤣

@luckwhy i have metallic taste! No nausea but lost taste for food and have to force myself to eat. Walked up and down the supermarket for 30 mins and left with some crisps for dh 😂. Is this your first? I am due Nov 20 according to ivf due date calc but these things are never accurate these days!
