@DesertSnow aww that will be nice you’ll have someone close by to meet for walks etc. I’m so sure my friend along the road is pregnant and we were only two months apart last time. She’ll tell me at 12 weeks and the fact she still hasn’t makes me think we’re potentially really close together 😂 ridiculous that I am so sure but we’re both very clearly ignoring each other and not arranging anything with our toddlers when we usually would every few weeks

The list is taking shape already. @BCxx I’ve put you as the 15th for now but can change it once you have more info. Same goes for everyone else too.

3rd august for me 😊 I was measuring ahead but my trust don’t change it unless it’s a massive difference.

AnnieApple123 · 22/01/2023 15:04

@BCxx It must be really tempting to just say something!

We had a playdate the other day with a mum I don’t know very well. She kept asking when I’m planning to go back to work, since DS would be due to start nursery in September, and what on earth am I going to do once he’s gone all morning? Then she asked about holiday plans for the summer. I found myself tempted to tell her as none of my answers really made a lot of sense.

@PumpkinEverything It’s interesting how different places differ so. I’m so certain of my dates that I’ll likely insist in keeping mine again, whatever the scan shows.

@AnnieApple123 what a great idea. All things being well I’m due 19th August, subject to my dating scan on 8th feb :) xx

nadsc · 22/01/2023 15:55

@AnnieApple123 Great idea - mines 15th aug off of LMP but was measuring ahead at private scan. I’ll update again after my scan on 3rd Feb.

Narwhal88 · 22/01/2023 16:07

Thanks for setting up @AnnieApple123 I'm 17th August based on ivf but measuring ahead so may change!

VickiGo · 22/01/2023 16:07

Decided to take myself up the hospital after not hearing back from the out of hours doctor, all is well, doctor I saw was amazingly helpful and they've taken a swab to see what's causing the bleeding even though they aren't concerned. They allowed me to hear the baby's heartbeat to see if it'll lower my blood pressure 😂 thanks for all the support today xx

AnnieApple123 · 22/01/2023 16:09

So relieved to hear this @VickiGo xx

@AnnieApple123 they measured me ahead at my dating scan and now my due date has changed to 29th July 2023, but as @DesertSnow said, it will likely be an August baby ☺️

Mulner88 · 22/01/2023 16:16

@VickiGo that's great news!! You'll sleep well tonight ☺️

ChloeN · 22/01/2023 16:31

@VickiGo amazing news I’m so pleased to hear that xxx

Firsttimemomma1 · 22/01/2023 16:56

@VickiGo amazing!!!

Sjw30 · 22/01/2023 17:10

@VickiGo great news!

Fab idea with the due dates. I’m 8th August based on a previous scan but will update again after my scan. Which I finally now have a date for which is Thursday!

I can relate to this. I keep being asked questions and then giving very vague answers and it's feeling really deceitful and just disjointed 🤣 There's been a few friends it's just been easier to tell!

Createcomet · 22/01/2023 17:17

@VickiGo that's such good news! What a relief!

At the min according to my LMP it's the 4th of August, I think it'll get moved back a few days though but will see at my 12 week scan tomorrow! ☝

Createcomet · 22/01/2023 17:51

Ahhh bloody hell! Just had a bath and thought it wasn't too hot, but when I got out I experienced a massive drop in blood pressure, went very dizzy, nearly fainted and am now sitting on the end of the bed trying to recover. What an idiot 🤦‍♀️

AnnieApple123 · 22/01/2023 17:56

@Chl0o I’ll wait for you to update. I’m tomorrow too. Best of luck.

@Createcomet I often get dizzy and lightheaded on standing up. I discussed it with the obstetrician and she said it’s just an early pregnancy thing and to get up slowly. My blood pressure has always been on the low side anyway so it will be even lower right now. Much sympathy as I know it’s horrible.

@AnnieApple123 thank you, good luck for tomorrow! 🤞

LS888 · 22/01/2023 18:42

I’m the 3rd of August based on my 12 week scan xx

VickiGo · 22/01/2023 18:45

My EDD at the moment is 10th August, happy that I can say that a bit more confidently now 😊

It's nasty isn't it? My BP seems okay when measured but I have had incidences of it being low in last 3 years. I remember this with my first and usually recover quite fast to be fair, but this was a fairly nasty episode tonight! My heart was racing and everything was spinning for 45 mins after and I've now ended up going to bed. Hopefully it'll resolve soon but it's horrible isn't it? I hope yours hasn't played you up too much?
