@BobbySD345 any loss of consciousness should be looked at by a Dr. Perhaps call 111?

DrinkingAllTheGin · 26/10/2022 20:10

@firsttimelondonmummy if you cooked it for 45 mins it will be absolutely fine.

firsttimelondonmummy · 26/10/2022 20:13

@DrinkingAllTheGin I think I’m just going to stick to quorn next time 🤦🏻‍♀️
I was paranoid about meat cooking before pregnancy, pregnancy has made it 1000% worse 😭

@CaliGirl47 even reading about 'bigger than the whole sky' made me well up - I'm not sure I'm ready to listen yet!! 🥺🥺

CaliGirl47 · 26/10/2022 20:43

Right?! It really caught me off guard. I felt like it came out of no where, and I wasn’t expecting it @Tor88 it is a beautiful song, but so emotional.

@BobbySD345 oh my goodness that sounds really scary and upsetting. Perhaps a call to 111 or maybe seek GP advice tomorrow? I’m sure baby is probably snug in there and we’ll cushioned. But the fainting is worrying.

CaliGirl47 · 26/10/2022 20:43

*well

Tor88 · 26/10/2022 21:04

@CaliGirl47 I saw people talking about it being really resonant for people who'd experienced miscarriage and I read some of the lyrics and 🥺😥 - I might listen to it if/when I make it to second trimester!!

BobbySD345 · 26/10/2022 21:10

I think the fainting was the panic of realising I'd fallen in early stages of pregnancy. I thought I was going to throw up ! I think I will ring the Hospital tomorrow for guidance.

firsttimelondonmummy · 26/10/2022 22:25

@BobbySD345 how you feeling now? Sending you well wishes.

also this group is nearly full again so I’ll start a new one :)

Am I being stupid guys? The other thread shut at page 9 but I’m seeing some other threads with 900 odd posts (hence me creating a new thread) was it the op shutting the old one down or something ?

OP posts:
NalaNana · 26/10/2022 22:42

@firsttimelondonmummy I think the old thread was closed because it reached 1000 posts x

firsttimelondonmummy · 26/10/2022 22:43

@NalaNana i’m clearly not functioning at 100% today 🤦🏻‍♀️
sorry for the unnecessary third thread everyone 😭

@DrinkingAllTheGin @BobbySD345 100% most of my cramping was from my gut. It was so bad but by about 6-7weeks that had all stopped

i also have the nausea that feels like motion sickness. Like I know I’m not going to be sick but I just feel horrible.

woke up with sore boobs again too. Guess I’m happy I have symptoms again after nothing over the weekend

LT103 · 27/10/2022 04:28

@firsttimelondonmummy usually you get 40 pages in a post I think?

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 27/10/2022 06:21

I finally got a decent night's sleep last night. Used the ear drops and it's helped the ear ache a lot. I'm hoping it gets rid of any excess wax and relieves infection that may be building. Looking forward to being on lates at work tomorrow so I can sleep in! These early shifts are killing me. Not feeling many symptoms currently except boobs are massive still and have a bit of sickness on an evening when going to bed.

TrulyMiss · 27/10/2022 06:32

I'm 4+6 today and still getting 1-2 weeks on a clear blue test. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? It wasn't super concentrated wee but I didn't think it would matter at this stage. I just didn't anticipate being so nervous this time around!

Hi @TrulyMiss I didn't 3+ until I was 5 weeks so it may still be a little early. I'm now 9 weeks from LMP but from my scan at EPU I'm 7 weeks I guess my dating scan will no more!

TrulyMiss · 27/10/2022 07:50

@theodora2146 but I haven't even got 2-3 yet! I know my dates are right as I was doing fertility drugs and follicle tracking but I do remember having something similar on my son so I reckon I must just have lower hcg than some other women. Still not good for the stress levels!!!

BobbySD345 · 27/10/2022 08:06

Morning @firsttimelondonmummy thank you for asking. Bad night. My foot is basically a balloon. I'll have to go for an x Ray but obviously would rather avoid x rays in early pregnancy. Can't take ibuprofen either can I. Such crap timing. I'm crawling around everywhere as I can't put any weight on it. Hopefully theyll give me a crutch !

aprilshowers2015 · 27/10/2022 08:57

Hello, can I tentatively join you please?
Found out 2 weeks ago, 5+3 today.
I have a Dd 2.5 and this one will hopefully arrive around my 40th birthday 💜
Feeling awful, much worse than I ever did with DD, have had to take two sick days this week but luckily I have a very flexible and understanding employer.
Hoping the feeling terrible will mean this one is sticking after CP in June.

firsttimelondonmummy · 27/10/2022 09:03

Oh no sorry to hear that @BobbySD345 let us know how you get on! Sending you quick healing vibes!

@TrulyMiss I only got 3+ on CB at 5+4 remember CB is conception so 1-2 is 4

LouLa7 · 27/10/2022 09:23

@TrulyMiss it's so stressful when you're not progressing on the clear blue digital weeks tests isn't it? I'm sure it's nothing to worry about though, they're not an exact science and if you remember having a similar experience when you had your other child then it probably is just the case that your hcg is naturally lower :) Maybe try another one in a few days and see how you get on?

TrulyMiss · 27/10/2022 10:06

@LouLa7 it is stressful! I've had a good Google (of course) and it seems to be really common. I have no reason to think that something is wrong but I just can't shake the feeling. I have a scan booked for 6+4 so 12 days to go and hopefully that will be reassuring...

firsttimelondonmummy · 27/10/2022 11:01

@TrulyMiss I have a 6+4 scan Sunday 😊
I’ve been so so worried too.
Keep panicking because I’ve not had a whiff of sickness.
Think the worry is pretty normal!
