Good thank you for asking! Measuring 12+5. Baby was asleep and lying on it’s stomach for the first bit of the scan, so I had to move up and down and march on the spot to wake it up and get it in the right position. The sonographer did seem to get a bit short with me towards the end I think she was annoyed the baby was wriggling about and not cooperating and I have bad coordination so I didn’t know what she was asking me to do 😂

Aww bless! I’m glad everything went well though.

My scan isn’t until the 21st of December. Fingers cross everything goes well until then.

@BobbySD345 I definitely feel emotional and I'm not usually like this at all! If I see anyone cry (even on the TV/social media) I immediately start crying it's so strange 😂

Please someone reassure me 😭
All blood counts fine apart from White Blood Count 4.1 (range is 4.2-11.2) and Lymphocytes 0.9 (range is 1.1-3.6) having a bit of a panic attack and could do with someone with experience helping me calm down 🤦🏻‍♀️

@tempname124 this was me I somehow convinced myself that I might have something and that’s it’s infected the bun inside me.

I am bursting to tell my parents and siblings but until I have my scan which is next week I’m to scared that I will jinx it.

@DrinkingAllTheGin omg this is me - …. I am so glad I’m signed off my vomiting is insane and I don’t think I cope being at work and having trapped wind 😂

Yes, at almost 12 weeks I'm very obviously pregnant! People at work clearly know but are being polite and haven't said anything. I'll tell them next week after the scan and watch them pretend to be surprised 😂

So different to my first pregnancy where I didn't show obviously until about 20 weeks!

Those bloods are absolutely fine, barely outside of the normal range 😊

@firsttimelondonmummy, I agree with @Algor1thm - tests are barely outside normal range so don't seem concerning. Might be worth reaching out to your midwife for a bit of reassurance though, if you are worried.

Just nearly had a meltdown getting dressed. I'm going out for lunch with some friends and the dresses I thought I would wear don't fit me or make me look very pregnant 😭 I'm only 10 weeks and my scan isn't until 13 weeks, at which point I'm gonna be huge. I just feel horrible and all I can wear is leggings and baggy jumpers. All my old maternity clothes are in the loft, can't believe I need to get them down already (although I can't even wear them at this point cos I'll look very obviously pregnant) I feel like a whale.

@thedust this is my 2nd and at just over 9 weeks i'm completely showing too! Im thinking how big will I be at 20/30/40 weeks!?
I did get my old maternity jeans out to try on and was disappointed that they're way too loose round the middle still 🙄 so back in the leggings and jumpers I go.

Anyone else feeling like hopefully the sickness should be out of the way hopefully by Christmas Day?

Also I have a scan one week today where I'll be 10 weeks. I'm sooo nervous there will be bad news at the scan but I'm hoping my growing bump is a good sign.. is that a fair judgement to make?

It’s my first and I don’t feel any different with clothes fitting and look totally like normal. I have put on weight as I’ve been eating more which is depressing but it’s the only way I don’t vomit!
It makes me wonder if I can just stay like this the whole time wearing my normal clothes and hiding it 😂 I’m in complete denial that I’ll get any bigger I think!

I should add I’m 12+2 now and had the first scan plus an NIPT.

@thedust I totally empathise! Anything I wear seems to exaggerate my bump. I'll be honest, I have started wearing some maternity bits even though it's so early (I'm 11-ish weeks).

I took my son to a party today and genuinely found it impossible to find something that didn't emphasise my -very visible- (bloat?!) bump. I settled on a floaty dress and leggings.

I found a pair of fat jeans in the back of my wardrobe. Perfect fit. This week at least!
11 weeks today. First day in a while I've not been sick.

Having a bit of a wobble today. My 3 year old has given me laryngitis which is just awful when you can't take anything and I haven't felt that queasy today which is making me panic. We lost a baby at 9 weeks before and im 9 + 3 so I am super anxious.

@BobbySD345 thinking of you and your little bean. I definitely had days about 9/10 weeks where I didn’t feel sick and then had a scan at 9+4 and the baby was fine. Hoping you feel better soon x

We were supposed to have a scan yesterday and then ended up getting tied up and couldn't go so I'm probably just overthinking everything !

@BobbySD345 I had 4/5 days with no sickness earlier this week & was convinced it was over - I had come down with an awful cold too. Had a scan on Friday & everything was fine. Maybe there is a link with being ill & dropping symptoms. I’m sure your little one is doing okay in there! ✨

@HalWin2221 thank you ! My Husband said perhaps the cold symptoms and generally feeling unwell mask the pregnancy symptoms. You're probably right! X

@BobbySD345 yes definitely! Our bodies can only do so much 🥰 although I know it’s so much more reassuring when symptoms are strong, especially after a loss! X

Anyone else still throwing up at 11 weeks or in previous pregnancies? I hoped it would ease off by now but it has ramped up even more.

I've had a really rough pregnancy but woke up this morning after a deep 10hr sleep (usually I'm up with lots of gas, needing to wee, and then being woken by hunger pains at 4am) I'm so worried today. I'm 10w and I had a scan last week at 9w measuring on time and baby wriggling with a heartbeat. I'm so nervous, my only symptom is sore boobs today. I'm not nauseous or hungry this morning. I'm trying not to panic but I can't help it...
