I'm getting some tomorrow. Crunchy mash potatoes. Spot on!
I've been thinking nonstop about fresh squeezed orange juice. Warm from the sun. Not sure it even exists.

TrulyMiss · 15/11/2022 05:36

Follow up scan in 3 hours so of course I'm awake now 😂 I guess at least we'll know either way...

justbelieve · 15/11/2022 07:22

Any ladies not had lots of symptoms? Looking for some reassurance.

I had a full feeling every time I ate and would feel sick after meals until I was 7 weeks, then it stopped like clockwork.

I’m 8+2 now. I do still have sore nipples, I wake up once/sometimes twice in the night for a wee which is definitely a symptom for me as I normally sleep all the way through, and I feel more tired in the evenings, but nothing huge… and thats it!

I had a scan last Thursday and baby was fine, but I see everyone keeps saying that they’d be worried if their symptoms lessened or they’d stopped being sick - and that makes me worry!

PrincessLeia22 · 15/11/2022 08:42

Has anyone else been finding it difficult to sleep? I’ve been waking up at 3am, 4am completely unable to get back to sleep - and not even waking up for a reason, like needing to go to the bathroom. It’s leaving me so sluggish during the day.

I’m currently 10+3, haven’t had much in the way of sickness or loss of appetite, mostly sore breasts and poor sleep. Had an early scan at 7+2 and everything was fine - the symptoms come and go (which is apparently normal!) but have felt slightly worse for me over the last week. Lack of sleep is what’s bothering me most.

TrulyMiss · 15/11/2022 09:43

Unfortunately things haven't worked out this time around so I will love you and leave you ladies. I wish you all the absolute best!!

Quokka7 · 15/11/2022 10:15

I'm also out 😔 I ended up having a scan yesterday after a tiny bit of spotting. Because of my history (tfmr) they got me in straight away and discovered I've had a mmc. Just feel so defeated today. Wishing you all the best with your June babies.
@TrulyMiss I'm so sorry you're out too. My private messages are open if you or anyone else wants to talk x

MWT · 15/11/2022 11:16

I haven't been through the thread yet but I've gone from May to June due date, are there any little FB groups?!

Hlc86 · 15/11/2022 11:38

I'm so sorry for both of your losses, thinking of you both and hope you both get your rainbow soon 🌈❤️

@BobbySD345 @DrinkingAllTheGin I feel you! I am currently eating potato waffles about 5x a week 😂Had one today as a snack to keep me going until dinner.

Love that we are all on the waffles lol

@Quokka7 @TrulyMiss so sorry 😞 xxx

Ally1992 · 15/11/2022 14:02

@PrincessLeia22 same I wake up about 2/3am every morning and struggle to get back to sleep, I can’t remember the last time I slept a full night 😅

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 15/11/2022 14:27

@Quokka7 @TrulyMiss Sorry for your losses xx Take care of yourselves x

Littlebear14 · 15/11/2022 15:49

@Quokka7 @TrulyMiss I am so sorry for both of your losses 😢❤️ sending lots of love xx

@justbelieve I'm 9 weeks ish and I have barely had symptoms the whole way through. The worst my 'nausea' gets is just gagging a few times before breakfast. Other than that I just have mildly sore boobs and that's it. No fatigue or anything. Unfortunately though I have also had red spotting for almost two weeks which I'm trying to stay positive about after two scans showed everything is OK 🤞🏻

ireneadler101 · 15/11/2022 16:57

@Quokka7 @TrulyMiss - I'm really sorry to hear about your losses. I had a MC in April and was pregnant again by September, fingers crossed you will be joining us again soon!

ireneadler101 · 15/11/2022 17:01

I finally had my booking appointment (over the phone) on Friday at 8+2, and am just waiting to get my midwife appointment where they do my bloods etc. Apparently it's only then that the 12 week scan gets booked. I'm so impatient, am now 8+6 and just want to know when my scan will be! I had a private scan on Saturday which went well. I've not had one in my other two pregnancies but after my last pregnancy ended in MC at 11 weeks, I wanted some reassurance that things were going ok and if they weren't, I wanted to know sooner rather than later as the disappointment at 11 weeks (a few days before my 12 week scan) was hard as I thought I was nearly out of the danger zone. My symptoms are pretty mild - some nausea but not vomiting, sore nipples, and exhaustion - but I have a 2yr old so exhaustion is not usual!

B1993 · 15/11/2022 18:43

@TrulyMiss and @Quokka7 I'm so sorry to hear hear this 💔 As the other ladies have said, I too will keep my fingers crossed for 2023 rainbow babies for you both! 🌈 Be kind to yourself. 💐

Hopeful1992 · 15/11/2022 18:57

So sorry to hear this @Quokka7 @TrulyMiss wishing you all the best for the future

Algor1thm · 15/11/2022 19:24

So sorry to hear this @Quokka7 and @TrulyMiss ❤️ Wishing you the best of luck on your journey forward.

BellaTheDarkOverlord · 15/11/2022 19:29

DH birthday and we got a dominoes since haven't had one in ages. I was starving and managed 1 slice, couple of wedges and slice of garlic bread. My appetite has gone entirely. I've only had 5 crackers today otherwise. I hope this gets better after 12 weeks.

LT103 · 15/11/2022 20:24

So glad I’m not alone. My symptoms sound same as so many. Not sick but I get hunger pains then soon as I eat I feel so full like my food is just lying there and this lasts hours. I’m always fine at lunch but straight after have that sicky/full feeling and dinner is a struggle. Currently craving everything beige. Worried I’m going to provide zero nutrients to this baby 🙈. Having smoothies in the morning to fit in some fruit and veg

firsttimelondonmummy · 15/11/2022 20:30

@Quokka7 , @TrulyMiss I’m so sorry to read this 💔 sending you all the baby dust should you be trying again ✨ 🌈 x

@Quokka7 @TrulyMiss so sorry to hear your news

firsttimelondonmummy · 15/11/2022 20:37

@justbelieve I’ve been so worried as the only symptoms I’ve had are needing to get up for a wee at night, feeling a bit more tired than usual and heavy boobs in the morning.
Had scan at 6+5 and everything looked fine then having another one Thursday (I’ll be 8+5).
Like you having lots of anxiety about lack of symptoms as people say it’s a bad sign.

firsttimelondonmummy · 15/11/2022 20:39

@LT103 I’m exactly the same as you a smoothie and then beige all day.
Feeling reassured by stories of people who’ve had HG and been told Pregnacare give you everything you need.
I’ve moved on to the max tablets for the Omega as can’t stand fish.
