@RoseValleyRambles I think the grey is so you aren't forced to choose between pink and blue. I'm actually pretty surprised at how gender specific baby clothes are, thought that was all very old school! (I also like grey though
)
@PleaseSendNoodles mum texted and is coming over today, so all fine with family - just feeling a bit like no-one really cares at the moment. And I'm usually not one to require people to attend to me.. Glad your air is also clear too
@DaimDillyDoo I ordered the full snuzpod set in rose-white on Saturday - I know he's a boy, but I don't care, it's prettier than the other colours! And it's pretty subtle pink anyway... Also ordered some stickers from Etsy, they were half price! Most of the room can't be decorated - mirrored wardrobes on one wall, bookshelves and desks take up another and the 3rd one's a door to outside - so just a one wall job.
And I also getting embarassingly out of breath on very, very short walks, although I probably am quite unfit too :D
@Flowerbug1994 - not much of a pattern here either (at 25 weeks tomorrow), night-time in bed is a safe-ish bet, but not always. But I've been told that it's still too early to be looking for a pattern.
Ugh - I have docs appointment tomorrow and was looking forward to seeing the doctor, getting a little scan-check maybe but I got a text yesterday that it was going to be a phone call instead - gutted. I called and asked if I could have in-person and they said no - doc's already decided. I mentioned I had some blood the other day and they said I should call the maternity helpline then. It was horrible, like they felt I was trying to get more than I deserved and I feel shit.
Also I like the doctor and my midwife is rubbish. I met some local mums yesterday and one goes to the same place and said she'd met my midwife and was very glad she didn't have her. Was going to just mooch along as I have the doctor as well, but a phone call is not the same :'(
