@Purplerain1144 that is great news, congrats on the scan! My ausea comes and goes, but i'm snacking so much. I'm going to be the size of a house. I am also sleeping so much. I swear that my compression top workout leggings are making it worse by compressing the mini bump, but there isn't much else I can wear!

@EverydayIsPJday I am freezing 24/7. I've been carrying around hot water bottles since conception pretty much. Eating helps. It definitely started to ease a bit recently, but i'm still pretty cold. I am so jealous of people who suddenly feel hot when pregnant!

Omg I'm cold too! I thought something was wrong cos you only hear of pregnant people struggling with heat 😹

Hope everyone got some rest last night. I managed to sleep abit but the nausea is still ramping up. I am now sat in front of my laptop in my oodie (godsend) very grateful to still working from home.

I'm also cold and I normally run hot - I'm normally in a t-shirt while DH is wearing two fleeces!

Also I switch between nauseous and starving all the time.

What are you all eating and drinking ATM to get through the nausea? I'm hungry/feel sick but need to eat, about 30mins after I eat 🙄 last pregnancy I was like a whale by the time I had my baby, I can't do that again...I have had two c sections (1 emergency 1 elective) so I already have a belly hang 😬
In the evenings I'm just drinking sparkling water but that's already wearing thin. I don't like squash so am seriously lacking flavor.

Would love to know what you are all surviving on

I'm not coping with the nausea and I'm not even 7 weeks yet 🥺

@EverydayIsPJday try waterdrop, they are water flavorings. Quite pricey but very nice and make you drink more water.
My every day is a struggle. I finally had enough sleep but my nausea today is unbelievable, plus work is so annoying. I can't stand everyone, just want to be left alone and hide under the duvet.
I seriously contemplate telling my work earlier about my pregnancy hoping they will introduce some sort of flexible schedule for me.

Omg worst nights sleep!! Tossing and turning and sweating and needing a wee again and again. Struggling through work today. Moved my exercise class on because there's nooooo way I could do that today.

I was adamant I'd carry on and exercise every day like I was but omg I just do not have the energy! I'm still doing the school runs so that's at least some walking every day but it's not weights like I have been. Must try and do 10 mins later.

I do feel really disappointed in myself because I am not small already and i can see myself getting bigger with all the eating and no exercise. It's not good :(

Im also worried they'll comment on my weight at my booking appointment

I had a mini freak out this morning as have already put on 5lbs 😭 I'm desperate to get back to running, have felt too crap to exercise and eating through the nausea, need to start forcing myself out on some walks. I put on four stone last time and whilst it came off pretty quick, I can't rely on that happening again now that I'm older

Does anyone else keep running to be sick but only dry heaving and not actually being sick? Bc I've been doing this for the last few days 😂🤢

I've got a heavy feeling like period coming in my uterus. I'm really worried things aren't right. Anyone else? I have practically no symptoms either

I'm too scared to weigh myself but I know I've gained already (8w) not very active currently due to fatigue and eating every 2 hrs!! But I know it will be short lived and just have to make it through!!

@Whatelsecouldibecalled my midwife mentioned this as being a common feeling when I had my booking in, how many weeks are you now?

@MOLWI me! I've been heaving all day everyday for the last couple of weeks. I'm 8+2 today. It's been hard to pretend everything is fine around my colleagues.

@Whatelsecouldibecalled I had my app yesterday and was told that unless the pain is really bad and constant, there is nothing to worry about. I have a cramping here and there but it only happens once a day maybe and he said not to worry, unless my boobs suddenly stop being sensitive or there's some bleeding.

@Purplerain1144 @annlee3817 @girafferafferaffe I am overweight/obese, was before falling pregnant, and I Am really trying to stay as healthy as possible to avoid weight gain but the cravings are real 😅 so far I haven't gained anything, I'm 7 weeks tomorrow.

@Peauela my boobs arent sore

@Whatelsecouldibecalled I didn't get sore boobs until 9 weeks last time and no other symptoms until then
