Hi all,

I've just had my BFP and am due early October 2022, for my first baby I joined a group on here for people all due the same month so thought I'd start one this time round - early days I know but nice to speak to people in the same boat! 🙂

I'm 31 and have a DD who is 16 months.

Is anyone else due in October? How are you feeling?

Hey everyone 👋 I got my BFP at 10 dpo with a FRER but wouldn't believe it until I got 1-2 weeks on the CB digi this morning at 13 dpo. EDD 18th October, I'm 33 and this will be our first!

I can't tell you how reassured I've been just reading through this thread already ❤️ I didn't anticipate how anxious I'd feel. I've been cramping and was totally thrown by that but can see it's quite normal. I'm trying to be positive and cautiously optimistic as I have no reason not to be!

Morning ladies, joing if that's okay. Had my bfp yesterday at what I thought was 11dpo and my cheapies and frer were all really dark dye stealers already so did a CB digital this morning and it said 2-3 so must have ovulated sooner than I thought! Based on lmp I'm 4w4d.

Wondering if I should call my doctors this morning?

So happy for us all!

Hi everyone! Tentatively parking my butt here on this thread if that's okay? Been watching for a few days, got my positive last week at 10dpo and have been testing since to see line progression. Previously had 2 miscarriages and have been trying since September 2020. The tests I have now are the most positive I've ever got which makes me hopeful. EDD atm of 17th October based on LMP. Wishing all of you mamas a healthy 9 months 💜

@DancinOnTheCeiling I know what you mean twins would be extremely hard work! Yeah it does go from LMP but I just know I ovulated late so it wasn't a 28 day cycle for me it was a 32 day one so I just took four days off the LMP date 😂 not sure if that's right to do but the midwife at EPU told me yesterday I'd be measuring a few days behind LMP date because of it so must be? 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Bluets hello! Glad you're still getting positives. I also did a clear blue this morning. I'm saving the digital till the day after AF was due. I havent had cramping but have had heartburn since 5am this morning!

@jadew88 when are you going to tell him? I feel weird like I'm keeping a massive secret but I don't believe it myself yet anyway ha ha! I keep imagining October and think that's so far away but then on the app when it says 36weeks to go I find it really hard to get my head around that on Friday I'll be 4 weeks pregnant... WTF?!?!

Hi everyone,

Had my BFP on Saturday, 11DPO. I had convinced myself it was going to be negative so was really shocked but so happy. Still feels very surreal, not sure it will actually feel real until the first scan. Expected due date is 19th October, anyone else the same date? Smile

Got my 3+ on CB today which for some reason has made me happy. Think cos was 2-3 last week when I first tested so hopefully that means things are progressing well. This is my second and I couldn't relax until 12 week scan last time and think going to be the same now. 6 weeks today so 6 to go

I will do my CB tomorrow when I am 5w and it will be exactly a week since i got 2-3.
Hope to finally see this 3+.

It is my second too and also can't relax!!!

@LE68 I think in October 19th. My period was Jan 12th so did you just do 40 weeks from there?

My little boy came on his due date!

The only change I have noticed is that they are getting a bit tender, but also my LO has started asking for boob a lot more so could also be down to that. Oh also, they're maybe just a bit bigger? But nothing too noticeable

@Diamondbabe I used the Femometer app to track ovulation so I just went on the date it worked out for me on there but my last period was actually 13th Jan so 40 weeks would be 20th October so I'm not sure now Hmm

Got my 3+ today too, also taking it as a good sign things as going as they should. Got a 7 week scan in 2 weeks, it feels like forever away!!!

@Ivfmummy2be yes I have a midwife appt in 2 weeks and scan in 1w2 days. Literally been counting down. A week feels like a year so by going day by day it's not like time has stood still. Yay for getting 3+. I got mine this morning too. Definitely breathed a sigh of relief. Almost halfway through the 1st trimester now.

At my MIL today and feel nauseous and having to hide it because they don't know yet 😂

@leibee87 luckily I haven't had any sickness yet but am only 5+2 so there is still time!! We told our mums about an hour after finding out as they knew we were having ivf, and have had to support me when that made me really ill!! I never thought this day would actually happen so it still feels so weird!!!

Couldn't help myself 😂 didn't quite believe the cheapie, but there it is in black and white!

According to my LMP I'm 3+6 today, so the dating on the CB seems about right for that. I got a 2 pack so I'll take the second one next week and see if it's moved into the 3+ range.

Quick question - at what point do you call the docs to make an appointment? Like I know it's too early for an appointment right now, but should I call and make the appointment for a later date?

Morning sickness has hit me hard, struggling with strong smells and started to throw up frequently

Any tips from people who have had this before?

My mum had severe morning sickness when having me, so really hoping I don’t get like that

@jadew88 I would call straight away, mine said they are behind so are working through them so you don't want to be late calling and miss any important dates
