Due October 2022

Hi all,

I've just had my BFP and am due early October 2022, for my first baby I joined a group on here for people all due the same month so thought I'd start one this time round - early days I know but nice to speak to people in the same boat! 🙂

I'm 31 and have a DD who is 16 months.

Is anyone else due in October? How are you feeling?

Where are you @scottishsunshine96 ? I'm Glasgow. Not called yet as going to do another CB tomo (did my first last Tue) according to NHS I'll be 6 weeks tomo so wanted to see a 3+ before I call .... Is this your first or second? Wondering if booking in shorter for second in our neck of woods

Thanks for the info about your experiences! I'll wait a few weeks and contact them if I don't hear. I'm abroad when I'll be 10-12 weeks so hopefully they'll give me an earlier booking appointment.

I rang the Dr's and they booked me in for 8wks straight away.

@KirstyJayne82 it’s my first but I’m actually living in Leicestershire with my partner now, so not really much help with the Scottish side of things sorry

EPU called today I'm booked for a scan on 23rd feb at 6+2weeks due to previous losses very nervous 😬

@Yellowdott I self referred online and also got told I would hear by 10 weeks which does feel late!

I'm exactly 6 weeks tomorrow and the nausea has definitely ramped up today!

Hey ladies!!

So I was due to start donor IVF next month and yesterday did a little test as I was suffering badly with boob pain. 3 clear blues later I am starting to believe it. I am 3 weeks 4 days.

I cannot believe it, it's been a rough couple of months and being 38 and my first pregnancy I am petrified.

Reading this thread has made me smile so much. Thanks ladies!

Got my BFP this afternoon, 33, first pregnancy, have been "not being careful" since we got married in October. Excited and nervous!

Hi everyone and congratulations 🥳🥳. I got my BFP a week ago, was totally shocked as thought AF was on the way. So happy!!

I have a question I wondered if anyone knows the answer to. I took a CB weeks indicator pregnancy test today, and it said 3+. According to the leaflet it means I’m 5+ weeks pregnant but my last period was on 6th Jan, so according to that I’m 4+4. Does the 3+ just mean I have high levels of HCG? On my conception thread people joked I may be having twins last Monday (when I posted my fairly dark FRER), is that a possibility with the 3+ result?

Hey @DancinOnTheCeiling I also had LMP on 6th jan! I ovulated late CD20 though so only 4weeks today 4+4 on nhs dating. I remember you posting your FRER pic and it was very dark and with the clearblue result aswell it might very well be twins 😂 I have no actual facts or anything of that though but you never know

5w3d today and started bleeding this afternoon, would think it was a period if I didn't know I was pregnant.
I now have the agonising wait til Monday 14th for a scan to tell me what's going on.
Fingers crossed for me, but I'm not feeling hopeful!

Had my first midwife appointment today… I have a UTI which i didn’t know about. I am 6 weeks today and she was shocked I was booked in so early with her so feel a bit silly now. Does anyone else feel ‘un them’ at the minute?
So happy to have this chat to see how everyone else is getting on.

Hi everyone. Got my first faint positive 2 days ago and did my first clear blue ultra early this morning which was again positive. I'm on 10DPO so in shock!!! Haven't told anyone yet, not even my partner. I've ordered a baby grow which says Baby 'Lastname' and a little save the date card which says due Oct 22. Don't know how I'm going to keep it a secret till then. I've been awake since 5 this morning with heartburn and also feeling really hungry!

@Mals2022 hi. It is my first… just married so thought it would take longer. Maybe feel like this as us it is so early on???

Hi @arianasky 👋🏻👋🏻, I remember you from the other thread too. Oh dear, not meaning to sound ungrateful but twins would send us over the edge 😳. I guess I’ll have to wait and see.. so how do you actually calculate how many weeks you are then, I thought it was always based on LMP but from your post it looks like it’s from ovulation? Xx
