Think I've taken too much lactulose for pregnancy constipation - FML!

@destiEos I am totally the same!!!! In the car on the way there I'm full of confidence of all the things I'm going to ask doctors and midwives, then I get there and feel like they think I'm just some daft wee girl - I'm 30!!!!!! But I do look young, for now 😂 xx

@Roxystar23 18+2 here and I had a break from the nausea last week, but now it’s back. It’s only ever been nausea for me though, no vomiting.

@Prema112 same here, lots of girls names (and we both would like a girl) but I've felt like he's a boy for weeks now, no idea why! Fingers crossed and as long as it's healthy we'll be happy 😊

@pregnancydiaries ah, you're still young to me, I'm 47 😂 First pregnancy though.

@Prema112 good luck for your 20 week scan, mine's not til Friday and I've promised myself I'm buying no baby things before then! I've ordered the Kally sleep pillow though, as that's technically for me 😬

@Prema112 I have no advice - but bringing solidarity! My husband is deployed for my whole pregnancy (hopefully back for the birth 😬) so I know doing stuff alone can be a bit crap. Also - my ‘20 week’ scan isn’t until 22+5 so that’s put me on edge…

Also yes to toilet roll consumption, I can’t stop needing a wee. Little one kicks me in bladder sometimes and I have to dash to loo 😂

@JAR1981 hope your scan went well ❤️ I’m also drinking lots.. pints of well diluted squash plus 2 cups of tea a day. Midwife said it’s important to stay hydrated as pregnant more prone to urine infection

@CurryandSnuggle Amazing!! Congratulations on your baby girl. Its all getting so real seeing these 20 week scans.

I’m 100% going to have to book a private one at a later date the thought of not seeing my baby after 20wk until we meet them just seems like a lifetime to wait !!

So this morning I bit the bullet and went back to my exercise class, given everything seems to have calmed down and the midwife gave me the ok. Feels so good, and much less hard work than I expected: given I'm out of breath after walking up stairs...

Now just need to find some leggings that don't fall down every ten seconds. And a sports bra I can actually fasten...
