Right catching up as best as I can since I last posted 😂

@Vimto1991 @JAR1981 @Prema112 movements are irregular for me too. Very active bubba yesterday, today I’ve felt some movement but not as much as yesterday. But I think that’s normal at this stage.

@JAR1981 your cervix won’t fail for having a bath. There will be a significant number of pregnant women throughout history who have only ever had baths. I don’t have a shower in my house so have no choice. It’ll be fine, enjoy one! Smile

@GrowBabyGrow I don’t know what the advice is these days on sleepyheads and the like but I know that it’s recommended not to use pre-owned bedding and mattresses for example so I’d personally buy it new if I were you.

@PleaseSendNoodles I feel better generally but I am more tired now, I think it’s because I am carrying a heavy load already!!! 😂 it’s making me feel so unfit haha.

CurryandSnuggle · 11/01/2022 19:58

@Kittycat2022 sorry to read you anxious, I had anxiety like this in my first pregnancy and I know how difficult it can be. Sonething that helps me is when I get a thought abd naturally jump to worst conclusion, I think about all the other possibilities and how much more likely they are than the initial conclusion I came to (a bit of a cognitive behavioural therapy technique). I would definitely recommend speaking to your midwife as they may be able to offer you additional support

mrkb · 11/01/2022 20:00

@InvisibleDragon @MrsTrue thanks both! Definitely going to try those stretches and hopefully I get a physio referral when I go to the walk in tomorrow!

A new stress is I've just found out that someone I sit near at work has tested positive for covid! Luckily they weren't in the last 2 days so fingers crossed I've not got it but my 20 week scan is on Monday and we finally get to find out the sex so I'll be really sad if this gets postponed!

CurryandSnuggle · 11/01/2022 20:04

@ChildOfFriday wow congratulations!!! 😁

Congratulations to everyone having their 20 weeks scan, so exciting. I can’t stop smiling at the thought of mine on Friday. Dying to know if I’m having a boy or a girl! ❤️

ChildOfFriday · 11/01/2022 20:20

Thank you @CurryandSnuggle Smile Best of luck with your 20 week scan, and to everyone else who has theirs coming up soon.

Clueless22 · 11/01/2022 20:34

Welcome @ChildOfFriday, I am due 3 days before you on the 10th.

The wait until the 20 week scan will be nice and quick for you 😀

ChildOfFriday · 11/01/2022 20:43

Thank you @Clueless22 Smile Yes, a nice quick wait!

Prema112 · 11/01/2022 20:51

@CurryandSnuggle What do you think you're having?? Mines on Tuesday and I can't wait, I'm predicting a girl! 💗

Prema112 · 11/01/2022 20:51

@ChildOfFriday I'm so jealous that you skipped 6 weeks of worry, must be so nice to suddenly be 18 weeks! Congrats!

Coffeepants · 11/01/2022 21:01

@PleaseSendNoodles just here to say all I’ve wanted to eat for 18 weeks is noodles!

ChildOfFriday · 11/01/2022 21:01

@Prema112 Thank you! Yes, I only found out I was pregnant just over 4 weeks ago, so it is strange to think that I got to 14 weeks without even knowing!

Prema112 · 11/01/2022 21:04

@pregnancydiaries Yes! I'm so happy we are all approaching 20 weeks now!

Rolledthedice · 11/01/2022 21:49

Welcome @ChildOfFriday and congrats on your little boy! :) Another due date twin! How has your pregnancy been since you found out?

This happened to me too. I didn't know I was pregnant until two weeks ago and thought it was only 5 weeks but it's 15.

ChildOfFriday · 11/01/2022 22:10

Thank you @Rolledthedice- wow lots of us due on 13th June! My pregnancy has been ok since I found out thanks- just feeling more tired than usual and needing to wee lots!

@RubyRoss Very similar situations then- congratulations on your pregnancy too!

PleaseSendNoodles · 12/01/2022 04:07

*they’re the best

fpeg · 12/01/2022 07:12

Just found out I've been working closely yesterday (like less than a metre face to face) with someone who tested positive on a lateral flow last night! 20 week scan on Friday, I really hope it doesn't end up stopping it 😭 fingers crossed that the fact that we're we're both wearing masks and my triple vaccines do their job 🤞

In other news, happy 20 weekiversary to me and all others due on the 1st 💚 eeeek half way there!!

Prema112 · 12/01/2022 07:22

@fpeg Yes! We're 20 weeks!! So delighted to be here! Feels like a big milestone Grin I hope you didn't catch covid!!! X

MrsNT · 12/01/2022 09:38
