Hello everyone!

I have just had my BFP this morning, and based on dates I am due on the 1st September! I’m only just late on my period so hopefully there will be a few more of us over the next few weeks. Last pregnancy my date was pushed back a few days and DS ended up being a full 12 days late after that so I’m not too wedded to the 1st September!

Have you done any tests inbetween the miscarriage and now that we're negative?
Belle2210 · 06/01/2022 10:07

@Tor88

Nausea really hitting today! I'm only 4+6 so this worries me for the next few months 😅
Thank you!

4 weeks today and the past 2 mornings I've felt sicky when I've got up.....better be a fluke 😂

KatBee121 · 06/01/2022 10:28

@Belle2210 - ahhh huge congrats!! 💞
@annlee3817 Haha, I'm glad it's not just me! I've had both of those so far! Initially was constipation and...dare I say it...lots of gas 😳🙈 then it did a complete 180. Luckily it seems to have calmed down abit now 😂

@HopefulMummy44
I wouldn't worry too much about some cramping ☺️ Done probably too much research on it 😅 and everything seems to agree that if it's mild to moderate then it's likely either implantation or stretching of the uterus as it starts growing in preparation for the rest of the pregnancy. I've had them on and off for a good 4 days now...only mild though and has a different sensation to period pains. What are yours like?

CLC22 · 06/01/2022 10:55

Congratulations all 🥰 5 weeks 1 day today, due 7th September. No morning sickness yet tho, is it normal for this stage? X

MOLWI · 06/01/2022 11:04

@CLC22 I'm 5 weeks today and still no morning sickness either x

HopefulMummy44 · 06/01/2022 11:06

@KatBee121

They are like a pulling sensation. I have been having them since the moment implantation started. About two weeks now. Yesterday they became more of a stitch like. They seem to have calmed down a little bit today and gone back to the dull cramping I've been having.
I think I I'm just panicking because it's More to the right than the centre. And yesterday there was a change in pain. Hopefully the emergency early scan on Monday will tell me what I need to know so I can breathe againConfused.
I have done some reading myself and felt fine at first because I just assumed the baby is just finding it's home. Is it just me that stressing over every little thing? This is the most nerve wracking experience.

HopefulMummy44 · 06/01/2022 11:08

@CLC22
I have had morning sickness doesn't usually start until 6 to 8 weeks. I think I am exactly the same point as you. Technically I am 5+4 but I ovulate late in the month. I'm due sept 7th Grin

annlee3817 · 06/01/2022 11:12

If it helps anyone, I didn't have nausea at all in my last pregnancy, sore boobs didn't start until 8 weeks and I had no other symptoms apart from some tiredness from 8 weeks, she's now a mischievous 6 year old. This time I've got it, which was a surprise

KatBee121 · 06/01/2022 11:20

@HopefulMummy44
Aww bless ya, I'm sure it will be fine for you but hopefully the early scan will put your mind at ease ☺️ you'll have to let us know how you get on! ☺️
I'm honestly stressing over everything too! So you're definitely not alone with that one! 🙈
Had a little breakdown last night about anything and everything...but then after a few tears didn't even know why I got so upset to begin with 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 hoping it's just heightened emotions or something 😅 the hubby thought I'd lost it 😂

MrsR87 · 06/01/2022 11:30

Hi all

Please can I join. I got a positive yesterday. I think I’m due on September 11th according to the online calculators! My cycle was so irregular after coming off the pill it’s hard to pinpoint but definitely between 9th-13th. This is my second child as I already have a 13 month old DS. We conceived this baby on cycle three which was the same for our first!

petitlapin1 · 06/01/2022 11:38

Hello!
Stepping gingerly into the September group. 5+3 today. Super cautious after a couple of losses last year but this one feels much more sticky! 8 weeks is my next milestone- if I get that far I'll be booking a private scan.

Nausea started yesterday (HG with lots.of admissions last time round 8 years ago which was grim).
First craving for garlic cheese yesterday night at half 10 which gave the game away to DH! 😂 Last time round I remember wanting lemon scented shower gel and swimming pool chlorine.

Looking forward to spending the next few weeks/months with you lovely ladies :)

2mumlife · 06/01/2022 11:40

@cantbelieveit2022 I've had some coming and going with symptoms. I had a couple of days without feeling sicky, but then this morning I've felt like barfing since I got out of bed. Oddly, the only thing I've found that helps is to eat something and that seems to help settle my stomach. I love Nairns cheese oatcakes and I've been finding them really good to just have a nibble on

Glitterygreen · 06/01/2022 11:42

Tentatively joining this one...had a faint bfp on NYE, which is now a very strong one at 16dpo. Due date is mid-September but would be nice if it was a little earlier as that's right on top of my own birthday Hmm

Had an early MC in November at just over 5 weeks, although actually I was only 18dpo when it started so actually a similar gestation as now. Fingers crossed it goes better this time!

I am with you @HopefulMummy44, I am stressing with every twinge. My MC went down as 'pregnancy of unknown location' because nothing could be seen on the internal scan (had been bleeding for days by then so had likely already passed everything), but I had an area of tenderness in the upper left when the dr was poking around with the scanner thing so I am mega paranoid about ectopics now. Even though there was no reason to think that 🙈 Every little twinge in that area induces a small panic.

I've sent a query to the drs to see if they'd recommend an early scan following a PUL to rule out ectopic, so will see what they say.

I'm sure I'm overthinking but it's so stressful isn't it, and 12 weeks seems such a long time to wait for any confirmation/proper interaction with anyone.

Glitterygreen · 06/01/2022 11:44

Ps. Still waiting for symptoms here - the only thing I've had is a bit of breathlessness and some indigestion/pains in my chest for a few days, which are all gone now. Apparently this is common from increase in progesterone.

I might be a bit tired Confused but that also might just be from a few early mornings. No nausea or sore boobs as yet...maybe they won't come Grin....living in hope lol.

🙋‍♀️ Me. I work from home and struggling so bad to concentrate on anything... Hence why I'm back on here 🤣.
Isonthecase · 06/01/2022 12:30

Hiya, thought I'd join as due 29th August but my other 2 were late. Hoping the due date gets moved forward a bit as I can't face another full year childcare fees!! Currently feeling a bit sick but surprisingly ok and bloating seems to have gone down a bit which is nice! Just can't brush my teeth without heaving Confused

CLC22 · 06/01/2022 12:46

@HopefulMummy44

Thank you for putting my mind at ease 🥰 when I was pregnant with my son it started a few days after a positive on a pregnancy test so really anxious this time round after suffering a loss in November 🥺 fingers crossed & touch wood for a sticky baby this time x

HopefulMummy44 · 06/01/2022 12:57

@KatBee121 @Glitterygreen @CLC22

We are in this together ladies.
Every little twinge I am sent into a panic too. But I'm trusting that my baby is just got my big bum and is trying to squeeze it in that womb.

I'll get a picture of what I see on Monday to show you all. I am super intrigued.
Praying for us all ladiesGrin

MrsR87 · 06/01/2022 13:31

Hi all, me again. Just reading back through a few pages. If it helps to put any of your minds at ease, I had my DS in 2020. The only symptom I had for the whole pregnancy was tiredness. No sickness, tenderness or anything.

annlee3817 · 06/01/2022 13:36

Just had my first midwife appointment through for Sunday, I'll only be 6.3 by then, seems a bit early 🤔 wondering if it's due to the dramas in my previous Pregnancy

Thats fast so maybe it is. I've not to even phone and register with a midwife until I'm 8 to 9 weeks.
