Sorry for being so quiet last while, just been feeling super exhausted and not doing much! How are we all?

Everyone’s over here with cute scans and heres my scan with my baby facing away from us so you can see their bum. To be fair, I love this scan, it’s so cute, I love their lil butt and ear!! but 😂😂

Hi guys, i had my booking appointment a while ago now and ive already had an early scan when i was 9 weeks. I was told to download badger notes for my appointments etc but my midwife never gave me an activation code.
But ive had a letter about going to the pregnancy unit next week so i have just assumed this was for my 12 week scan because ill be 13+2.
Any clue what to do?? Will that be my screening or will it be something else ??

How far along was everyone when you had '12 weeks scan' I'm 12 weeks Wednesday and haven't had an appointment yet.

I had mine at 13+1, but the appointment was in the diary from my booking appointment with the midwife.

Ladies, I am in love with my over bump leggings. I don't think I will ever take them off. My tummy is so warm! No gap when I bend over! All leggings should be designed like this...

@amicrazy36 don't worry - I'm sure you'll be fine. Very few mothers have a totally chilled pregnancy! Sorry you've had a row, though.

Leggings are a brand called avenue - prob nothing fancy, but I picked them up on vinted. They have no elastic band, just a wide waist that hugs your whole torso. So snug.

Be kind to yourself today. Hope you guys resolve things once the heat of the moment has passed. X

There was mention of post-scan soreness a few posts back, well its my turn now! There was some hard pressing yesterday at my scan, but nothing that caused concern (my scan person was amazing) - but today... WOW it hurts!
I'm guessing everyone recovered quite quickly???

@PurpleMoon12 yh mine was on Thursday and yesterday I was very sore. Much milder today

Hello all. Feeling low today after some stressful exchanges with sibling and parents yesyerday. Ended up crying and now I'm avoiding them. I wish I could be wrapped in bubble wrap lately I can't handle it! I like to think if it were the other way around and they were pregnant I'd be a lot nicer to them than they were to me yesterday.

Had my dating scan last monday,not gonna see my baby now till end of january :(!
Im a nervous person,as im sure every pregnant woman is.. hope speaking to different woman’s will help me through! Im 29 years of age and from the north wales in the uk :)! Xx

Welcome @Seraanne123! :) How have you found the first 10 weeks? This is a lovely community and many will share your nervousness - as a FTM I haven’t a clue about any of it 😂

Aaah thats great,it hasn’t been that bad.. nausea and im off my fave food 🤦🏻‍♀️! Had my 12weeks scan last week,but im 10 weeks,3 days! Not seeing baby now till january,is thats normal?

Has anyone told everyone the news after 12 weeks scan? We wanted to keep it to close friends and family at least until Chridtmas, but my inlaws couldnt get themselves of sharing with a couple of people. We live in a smallish town and news had started to leak and reach DP's friends. Long story short we ended up telling all our friends from town today to make sure they hear it from us. Friends from elsewhere will find out later but I feel so much pressure for everything to go well now!!!

Does anyone know when the sickness is supposed to stop. I can't take it no more. I'm not being dramatic but I feel like I'm one heave away from a full on hissy fit.

I'm feeling a little down as still feeling really sick at 14.5 weeks and wondering if it will every get better... but very thankful to be here so not complaining.

@Unarosaes We only really wanted to tell close family and close friends until after 20 weeks, but it just leaks out doesn't it. My friends have told their kids so I don't expect it to be very secret, so we quickly told everyone we'd want to tell personally. I'm not sure I'd be able to hide it anyway my belly is certainly protruding...
