Nausea woke me up at 3:30am, made it to 4:30am without retching.
I’m not actually being sick, just feel so so ill. Have filled out e-consult form and hoping GP will be able to prescribe something.

Been able to stay on top of my HG until now, it kicks in today when I have a day of on site meetings for the first time in months.

I'm home @RoseValleyRambles I was waiting around forever yesterday, eventually got discharged around 4ish. I'll be back in again though if I can't get on top of my dehydration. 😫

I've phoned in sick today but this can't continue so I might need to confess my situation to them sooner rather than later.

@DaimDillyDoo @PeeAche can't you get signed off work by your GP? I already struggle to work just through feeling nauseous, I can't imagine how hard it must be for you.

@rathernotshare I am appaled by your doctor's behaviour. Nevermind their job, that is completely unprofessional behaviour in any context.

@Prema112 no problem! Still light brown discharge/CM once a day. 6 days in a row now!! Cramps come and go but only mild and what I've had since the start so don't know if that's bad or not. Anyone's thoughts? I'm 6 weeks today. X

Has anyone been able to exercise? I feel like a terrible mother already. I used to frequent the gym before covid but this year I got married and put a lot of effort into planning that and let exercise slack. These days I am soooo tired from this pregnancy and nauseaus that I don’t want to leave the house (plus it’s been raining and dark after I finish work!)
I have an exercise bike that I’m hoping fifteen minutes a day on is okay. I have a sit down job which doesn’t help. :(

@Vimto1991 aww, you’re not a terrible mother and I think we need to be kind to ourselves. I am hardly exercising either which I know isn’t good, but talking to myself as I would if I was talking to a good friend: you wouldn’t expect someone with a sickness bug to be forcing themselves to go to the gym or run, so why are you berating yourself for not doing it when you have pregnancy sickness/nausea. Same thing just a different cause.

Take it easy during these months and then gradually increase your exercise when you’re feeling better; that’s what I plan to do. Maybe start with some reasonably long walks before anything more strenuous.

Hey @beansprout55 thanks for asking, no good news here, I’ve been bleeding since yesterday, with a few small clots yesterday and cramping pains now. It’s like a light period now really. Went to A&E but they couldn’t do a scan so sent me home to wait for my scan tomorrow. Not feeling in a good place at all, and not expecting a miracle

I’ll update again tomorrow but going to spend the rest of the day trying to take my mind off it!
