I had a scan on epau yesterday at about 5 weeks but they could only seen sac and yolk, they want to rescan in 2 weeks! I'm terrified something will go wrong!
I think having a scan this early has made my anxiety worse

I have some dates for my diary! Early scan on 14th November. Booking in appointment on 23rd of November and my NHS 12 week scan on 9th December! Milestones, milestones, milestones. I'm so hoping I can hit them all!

Well I went to my husbands family get together and my sister in law took one look at me and guessed!! Said I looked 'different' Is it really that obvious!? Mother in law also had suspicions so I must just be rubbish at hiding it!

Ohh @Imhereforthecake how frustrating, I’d be exactly the same anxiety wise! Fingers crossed for your next scan.

My mum asked me at the weekend why I’ve put on weight “you’re not having a baby are you?” I laughed it off and said I’ve just been a bit indulgent. DH said it was brilliant acting. Threw my mum off the scent lol.

Yesterday a woman at work said my hair looked "luscious" and asked me if I'm "upduffed"

I sang the praises of Aussie 5 minute Miracle and scurried off to my desk.

Tbf, my once dry and brittle hair is feeling amazing all of a sudden. Girl had a point.

@PeeAche oh gosh, lucky you! I was glowing in my first pregnancy. Greasy skin and dull hair this time round!!

@CurryandSnuggle I'm definitely bloated but I dressed to disguise it. I told my friend who does know I'm pregnant that they had guessed and she said 'yeah you do look different' How?!? I can't do anything to hide 'looking different' lol. I suppose the more observant of my friends & family will just guess then?! I'm a rubbish lier so won't be able to wriggle out of awkward questions!

@PeeAche Hmm yes maybe it is something to do with hair, a couple of people have said my hair looks shiny recently...

@Imhereforthecake don't worry, I had a scan at 5 weeks 2 days and you could only see yolk and sac. I went back 2 weeks later and saw baby and heart beat it's normal to not see anything that early on x

No! A weird mysterious pregnancy vibe...!

The only vibe I'm giving off is ruined. I keep having nose bleeds and I've got a whopping stye

Eurgh I hate the random cramping makes me so nervous. Early scan tomorrow afternoon I’m excited but also worried after a MC last year. Full on severe sickness so I’m hoping that’s a good sign. Hope everyone’s doing ok on this crazy journey x

Just got my booking appointment through - at what is probably the end of week 9, given my dates! Feels weirdly late, but thankfully I've got you lot for company until then, and a good EPU to call if anything feels off.

Should find out if it's looking like a go or no-go tomorrow eve off the back of a second set of bloods, though we'll see how much clarity is possible...

I am absolutely starving but have zero energy to make any food. Is anyone else the same at dinner time?
My husband is working away so home alone. Can't even get him to cook for me! 😢

@unknownscot I know the feeling!! Always hungry but the thought of eating anything makes me feel sick!

Ugh I just don’t fancy any food. It’s so hard to know what to eat.

I have a scan at the EPU tomorrow, which I am ridiculously anxious about. I have very few 'symptoms' and have had a small bleed over the past few days (now stopped), so I'm expecting bad news (again!), but I was also wondering if anyone else is suffering with terrible indigestion/ heartburn? I don't really have any nausea, but have had lots of indigestion's over the past couple of weeks, and today, I have heart-burn so badly I have almost been sick twice. It's not like nausea induced vomiting, though, just like my disrobe system hates me. I'm somewhere around 8 weeks I think.

The little optimistic part of me is hoping that maybe this does mean something is okay.

Thanks @prema112, and good luck @equimum! I'm sure I've seen it on symptoms lists so hopefully it's a positive (though unpleasant for you) indication. And here was me thinking the guessing would be over after our BFPas! :D

@Equimum I am exactly the same!! It's stopping me from eating properly, constant burping, burning feeling in my stomach and chest! Awful! I too have a scan tomorrow so I have everything crossed for you 🥰
