@scoutcat it was never your attitude that made you bleed!
Go to the caravan, if you want to go to the caravan! We have a 'van too and I love it there! Our site is closed for the winter though.
I think, if something is going to happen, you will know by tomorrow morning. Keep an eye on things. Look after yourself! And enjoy the caravan, if you go!xxx

TTCjourney2021 · 25/10/2021 18:12

I've got a dull bellyache today! I'm worrying a little bit! Tomorrow is the furthest my unsuccessful pregnancies have gotten so it's a bit of a milestone to get passed it!
What's everyone else's aches/cramps/etc felt like? This is very period like! The pinching and pulling I haven't worried about but this is freaking me out a little bit x

rathernotshare · 25/10/2021 18:17

Those who have had scans... you have to go with a full bladder right? But if they can't get a good view through the stomach and need to go in.... do they let you pee first?! My bladder is terrible and I'm genuinely worried about it 😂😳

Chloeb04 · 25/10/2021 18:20

@rathernotshare I went straight for an internal scan and your bladder had to be empty for that one so they'll make you pee just before 😂

RoseValleyRambles · 25/10/2021 18:32

Yep, depends on how far along you are. They should tell you at reception.

Wellthiswasunexpected · 25/10/2021 18:34

@TTCjourney2021 Mine feel like period cramps or occasionally stabbing pains on one side near my ovary. I think they came on around week 4 and still get them now in week 7. Usually a few moments a day. My midwife’s told me it’s all normal (well, that it doesn’t necessarily mean bad, nor does it necessarily mean good). First scan on Thursday so guess that will reveal the truth!

Wellthiswasunexpected · 25/10/2021 18:36

@TTCjourney2021 Oh and the pain is never really bad, always mild to moderate (except for the shooting ovary thing but that’s once every 4-5 days for literally a couple of seconds). And no blood other than some light spotting once after intercourse.

TTCjourney2021 · 25/10/2021 18:42

Thanks for your reply!! It's reassuring to hear other people's experiences!!

Unarosaes · 25/10/2021 18:49

@TTCjourney2021 i am not sure hke to explain mine. They're like dull cramps in my groin area. A bit like twitching nerves. I don't have them every day, but on days i do have them they come and go throughout the day. Usually my period pains are a bit higher up, on my lower belly. Similar type of pain but stronger with AF. How are yours?
Even when I know what symptoms to expect, I never know if I am having them the 'right' way and can get really in my head.

@PeeAche thank you for your positive words today. It's so easy to go down the rabbit hole of negative thoughts and fear. It's important to keep rinding ourselves that it isn't over until it's over.

@scoutcat I think going to the caravan and doing things you enjoy is the best you can do. I hope you have a great time!

Unarosaes · 25/10/2021 18:50

Excuse my sausage fingers

TTCjourney2021 · 25/10/2021 19:16

@Unarosaes mine were originally in my groin area across my pelvic bone but this is higher up in my abdomen? Only 2 days till my scan! So positive thinking only! X

Unarosaes · 25/10/2021 19:18

@TTCjourney2021 so exciting!! I am looking forward to hearing how well it went

blueberryy · 25/10/2021 19:40

@rathernotshare just came from an early scan. Went with full bladder, but they could only see the sack in the uterus, so they let me pee, and went internal and could see more! Saw a flicker of a heartbeat which is great, considering I'm measuring 5w5d. I thought I was 6w1d so shows what I know lol

lily154 · 25/10/2021 21:36

Hi everyone, I hope I can join here! I think I'm 6+4 and due mid June. I have hardly any symptoms which isn't reassuring: boobs were a bit sore before my period was due but that has faded and now I just have sore nipples. I seem to have gone off food a bit, just not getting hungry as much, but no nausea. I'd like some reassuring symptoms!

I've done loads of tests and the CB dates are still coming back 3+ but I have endometriosis and was due to start IVF this month so not getting my hopes up. I have booked a scan for 7+3 anyway in the hope that there might be something there!

RoseValleyRambles · 25/10/2021 22:36

Welcome @lily154! Sounds like everyone here has slightly different symptoms so I wouldn't worry - hope it's a smooth few weeks for you!

Chloesen90 · 26/10/2021 06:48

Had my scan yesterday!! Healthy little blob with its heart beating away. Sooo happy :)

RoseValleyRambles · 26/10/2021 07:43

Great news @chloesen90!

CurryandSnuggle · 26/10/2021 07:51

Yay congratulations @Chloesen90 Grin

Hi. I’m 7+3 today and so far the nausea and tiredness is difficult. I can’t remember feeling this sick with my first. I haven’t been sick yet but there’s been plenty near misses.
My second and we’re thinking of an early scan. It still hasn’t hit me we’re pregnant yet because I can’t believe how fast we fell pregnant !

Jammymare · 26/10/2021 08:27

Same here @Letsbekindplease 7+2 and nausea all day long it’s so wearing. I’m falling asleep on the sofa 8pm on the dot despite having a lunchtime lie down (working from home).

Unarosaes · 26/10/2021 08:45

@Chloesen90 congratulations!!

@Letsbekindplease @Jammymare sorry to hear you're struggling with all day nausea. I am about 7 weeks today and for me it comes and goes throughout the day. I find it hard as it is, i can't imagine having it all day long. Some people here swear by mints and I found ginger quite helpful.

Wellthiswasunexpected · 26/10/2021 09:21

@Chloesen90 Congrats on your successful scan! So happy for you. Praying for the same outcome for everyone here Smile

scoutcat · 26/10/2021 09:50

Congratulations @Chloesen90!

We have come to the caravan and definitely the right decision for us. I just want to know what's going on inside my body though. So I had very light pink then light brown spotting on Sunday evening and Monday morning. Then I went to the toilet and when I wiped there was bright red blood. I've had no blood since and then this morning I had a small amount of brown blood.. what is going on?!

Going to ring my GP when I'm 6 weeks and ask for an EPAU referral if nature hasn't done its job first!

rathernotshare · 26/10/2021 10:28

Got my booking appointment for 9+6 !

PeeAche · 26/10/2021 10:51

Congrats @Chloesen90

@Letsbekindplease and @Jammymare I am suffering with all day sickness too. It's hard to even keep water down. I have to pick up yet another anti-emetic prescription today. If this one doesn't work either, I'll have to go into hospital for a drip.

@scoutcat how are you feeling?
