I’ve carried on taking mine, mainly because my diet is so bad because of the HG. Decided the added vitamin must be good for me, but yes normally stop around 12 weeks.

Hopesandsunshines · 05/07/2021 22:09

Thank you x

Horehound · 05/07/2021 22:18

I'm still taking the vitamins my midwife gave me and I have a whole other bottle of 56 tablets to take too.
I'm 19 weeks today. 20 weeks scan next Wednesday!

Moo37 · 06/07/2021 11:19

This week is going so slow.. I have the midwife Monday, but I'm mostly feeling something has gone wrong with the occasional nah everything is fine 🤯🤯🤯

Horehound · 06/07/2021 16:53

I feel the same @Moo37.

Also, trying in dresses for a wedding and omg I am a fat bloody pig. I look bloody 9 months pregnant :( I feel shit today

Firstbornunicorn · 06/07/2021 17:35

@Moo37 same here 😭
I have a consultant appointment tomorrow

Lobu38 · 06/07/2021 20:04

Had a midwife appointment today, 16+1 and got to hear the baby's heartbeat! Was so reassuring as I think we all let those doubts creep in between appointments.

Elm98 · 06/07/2021 20:17

I really feel the doubts creeping in, I have a private scan next week and I can see my stomach changing but still feel so paranoid.

I can’t wait to find out the sex of baby now too because I am absolutely fed up with people guessing what they think it is. Every single person has said boy and all I can think is “I have no idea how can you?”

Hope all your appointments have gone well and pregnancy isn’t kicking your butts too hard. Flowers

AnonymousXXIX · 06/07/2021 20:42

My midwife called today to say she'll phone me next week. It sounds like my 16 week appointment is over the phone then?

Trying so hard to work out the difference between movement caused by my stomach and potential baby movements. Driving me crazy!

1ce1cebaby · 06/07/2021 20:51

I’ve my 20 week scan tomorrow - a little before 20 weeks. I’ve been so busy with work and preoccupied that I haven’t even had a chance to worry about it. Hope everyone keeping well. I had to wear maternity trousers today for the first time - was really hoping to last a little longer in my normal clothes (no idea why) but was so comfy!

cloud2021 · 07/07/2021 08:17

My 20 weeks scan is end of next week... I am also struggling this week, thinking something is wrong... I have been sick until 15 weeks, now it has been 3 weeks that I feel much better, which is great but at the same time I cannot wait until I feel some movements!

burtle4 · 07/07/2021 09:15

I'm definitely feeling anxious here too. I wake up in the morning and forget I'm pregnant, if it wasn't for the scans and my pot belly I wouldn't believe anything was in there! Just desperately want to get past the 20 week scan and start to feel some movements so I can start to feel like everything will be ok!

cheesepizza22 · 07/07/2021 11:12

Hi everyone, 16+6w at the moment and looking for any fellow plus size pregnant ladies?
I have a B/apron belly so I feel really conscious I won't 'look' pregnant and I always worry about scans as obviously I'm a fat lady. I don't know anyone who is the same so feel a bit meh about it. I haven't felt movements yet which also adds do the stress of it all!
Sorry to ramble, hope you are all keeping safe and well x

Pineapple87 · 07/07/2021 12:06

Hi @cheesepizza22
I read that a belly band can help, not to get rid but to even you out so that wearing clothes makes it look more a D belly, also they say larger people often wear trousers to low which don’t help the shape so maybe some that fits well over your bump, I have a bit of a hang at the bottom I wouldn’t say I’m over weight but it came with my last pregnancy,so in clothes I look pregnant but when I’m naked it hangs at the bottom and look rank! There’s quite a bit of I for online, sorry I couldn’t help more, and I hope your feeling less stressed v soon Xxx

Moo37 · 07/07/2021 12:21

I couldn't take the stress anymore and went for a private scan. Unfortunately my gut instinct was correct and we lost the baby. I wish you all a happy and healthy pregnancy 😽

cloud2021 · 07/07/2021 12:25

@Moo37 I am so sorry to hear that..I hope you have good support around you! How many weeks were you? Can I ask you if you had any symptoms? I also just booked a private scan as I cannot relax after a bad night 2 days ago being sick and having stomach ache … will be Saturday

AnonymousXXIX · 07/07/2021 12:26

@Moo37 wow I am so sorry : o please take care : (

Moo37 · 07/07/2021 12:32

@cloud2021 I am nearly 16 weeks. I've had absolutely no symptoms at all apart from I couldn't find the heartbeat on a Doppler anymore. When I phoned them up about it they just brushed me off saying Doppler's were not accurate 🙄.

Pineapple87 · 07/07/2021 12:36

@Moo37 I’m so so sorry ❤️ Xx

Mayneedanextraroom · 07/07/2021 12:39

@Moo37 I’m so so sorry, I’m thinking of you and sending huge hugs your way. I feel awful for you that you felt you had no choice but to book a private scan, and I’m sorry you found out bad news that way, it’s just too sad . Look after yourself xx

1ce1cebaby · 07/07/2021 17:01

@Moo37 I’m so so sorry for your loss. There are no words. I’m sorry you’re going through this x

Sparklestars86 · 07/07/2021 17:13

I'm so sorry @moo37. Nothing any of us can say to make it even remotely better. Appalling that you were just brushed off. Thinking of you. 💔 Xx

Em39ma · 07/07/2021 17:22

@Moo37 I’m so sorry. There’s nothing i can say to make it better, but I know from experience it does with time. Look after yourself.

burtle4 · 07/07/2021 17:22

Oh gosh @Moo37 I can't believe it, I'm so so sorry. I was thinking of you and hoping all was ok after you said you couldn't find the heartbeat on the doppler. I can't imagine how you must be feeling, look after yourself Flowers

Elm98 · 07/07/2021 19:16

@Moo37 I am so sorry! I hope you have someone looking after you and am sending you so much love and hugs. FlowersFlowers
