Hi all!

Just got my BFP! Approximately 3 weeks and 6 days. Due date calculator has put me to give birth around 8th January. Feeling so nervous, have had two MCs and then thankfully a much loved DC. Symptoms currently are extremely sore boobs, mild cramping, and upper hip / thigh pain on my right leg! Would love to chat to others who've just found out and want somewhere to refer back to!

@Missingcoffee22 @weathervane123 thanks 😊

Hi ladies I'm going to join you! Got a faint positive at 13 dpo and then did a CBD at 15dpo and got a BFP! Due Jan 13th! Super excited but still nervous! Had some tummy cramps over the weekend but they seem to have subsided I'm at 4 weeks and 4 days, ready to get that scan!

Timeandtidal · 10/05/2021 18:38

@Puppymamababymama 👋

RHODXB · 10/05/2021 18:39

@Newbie202012 I am 6 weeks tomorrow I think. Due around Jan 4th!

primrosechill · 10/05/2021 19:30

Hi ladies, feeling a bit anxious at the moment so I thought I would join this thread to voice my thoughts!

I'm exactly 5 weeks today, due Jan 10th and this is my second pregnancy (first one sadly ended in MC) and first one resulting from ivf (which worked on the first cycle - yay!)

Given my previous loss, I'm feeling anxious. Last time, I lost my pregnancy at exactly six weeks (so a week away from today) and it started with persistent one sided cramps. Today I started cramping again. I know these can be normal "growing pains" and it also doesnt help that I suffer from ibs so get an "iffy" stomach at the best of days which makes it harder to pinpoint which pain is what.

Not expecting any great tips really, just wanted to voice my worries. I know that this early in pregnancy there is nothing that can be done either way and all I can do is stay positive and hope for the best ❤️

Congrats to all of you on your bfp's and big hugs to those who are currently going through bleeding/cramping and worrying about losses x

Missingcoffee22 · 10/05/2021 19:46

@primrosechill sorry to hear about your anxiety.. totally understandable so I won't waste time telling you not to worry! It sounds like you are being really rational about it. It is so hard in the early days when you have so little information and no control. Sending you loads of positive vibes for this little bean!

Newbie202012 · 10/05/2021 21:45

@weathervane123 I know its hard but try n stay calm and I hope you have a darker line in the next day or 2 x

I'm 5 weeks today and afer 5-6 days of brown spotting it's now turned in to light pink spotting so I think I'm having another cp I'm going to ring epu in the morning I'm absolutely devastated hopefully my next one sticks

Morning ladies.. How are yous today
Sending lots of love to everyone bleeding, cramping, stressing and us all worrying 💐

Missmonkeypenny · 11/05/2021 10:26

Can I join please? Got a positive test Sunday night, only took one because I'd been feeling a bit funny!

No idea of due date because I haven't had a period in over two years ( still BF DS who I'd 16 months ). He was an IVF baby after 3.5 years of trying Confused so I'm very surprised but also over the moon! If it's the last time we DTD, I think I'm due around the 13th January but will be having a scan in a few weeks to confirm.

Totally forgot how nerve-wracking early pregnancy is!

weathervane123 · 11/05/2021 10:27

@Puppymamababymama congratulations! I got my bfps at the same time in the same way! Though I think I'm two days behind you.

@primrosechill Congratulations on your bfp! I'm in a similar boat to you. Pregnant after a loss, intermittent cramps, and anxious as hell. I agree with @Missingcoffee22 - it sounds like you're doing really well! I had a proper meltdown yesterday but am now trying to take it one day at a time. Sending hugs and luck. Flowers

@Newbie202012 thanks so much for your kind words, especially when you're really going through it yourself. I'm so sorry to hear about the spotting, though I'm sure you know there can be many reasons for it. I wish you the very best of luck and hope you get some answers soon. xx

weathervane123 · 11/05/2021 10:28

@Missmonkeypenny congratulations! What a lovely surprise!

bages1977 · 11/05/2021 10:34

I dunno if there's already a Facebook page for all due on jan 22 but I find it difficult to keep up with what's going on here.

Is there already a Facebook group for this? If not I've created a back up one. Let me know if anyone has a link to a current one or if you'd like me to share the one I've just created

Missingcoffee22 · 11/05/2021 10:44

@bages1977 we have one! Just pm me

Missingcoffee22 · 11/05/2021 10:49

@bages1977 just realised I think the fb group is actually from a different thread... some of the same people comment on all the threads, but also some people on here don't comment elsewhere.

bages1977 · 11/05/2021 11:04

@Missingcoffee22 I think I've commented on multiple treads and I thought I'd seen a group mentioned somewhere.

I can't find the option to pm people on here. How do we do that?

ELW85 · 11/05/2021 13:57

@Newbie202012 @weathervane123 @primrosechill - I’m sorry that you’re all having anxious times.
You’re in my thoughts, and sending all the positivity and hopefulness your way that you get good outcomes ❤️🤞🏻

Blueeyedgirl21 · 11/05/2021 15:10

How is everyone today? I’m still worrying that I’m feeling fine and not having many symptoms ! I did have a fab lie in today and about 10 hours sleep. The waiting is so hard isn’t it.

FinnsMammy · 11/05/2021 15:52

Hi ladies can I join. I’m 5 weeks pregnant today based on my opk and due around Jan 11 2022. I have a 19month old little boy already so looking forward to giving him a sibling! How’s everyone feeling? I feel like I don’t have much symptoms yet aside from feeling exhausted but then again at 5 weeks it might still be too early to be feeling the nausea etc.? X

Completenovice1 · 11/05/2021 16:00

Hi ladies,
Please can I join 🙏
Congratulations to you all xx
Got my bfp yesterday and went and bought a clearblue digital today, just got pregnant 1 - 2 Smile Tentatively excited but conscious it's very early days!

Katiekattty · 11/05/2021 16:17

@FinnsMammy nice to see you here

LilmissCa · 11/05/2021 16:41

@Blueeyedgirl21 I'm due round same as you.. 13/14th jan. I'm taking the 13th for now until I'm told otherwise lol
Symptoms wise I've just sore boobs, but feel good today! Planning a clear blue digital over the weekend to see if I get 3+ know I prob shouldn't but cant help it super paranoid after a CP in January!

Blueeyedgirl21 · 11/05/2021 16:47

@LilmissCa yes I am getting 2-3 as of Sunday, but that seems right as it should be saying that until end of this week by my calculations. I might do another on the weekend, and hope it says 3+??

LilmissCa · 11/05/2021 16:52

@Blueeyedgirl21 yes I got 2-3 on Saturday.. it's settled me a good bit, as the same date marker in Jan I was getting 1-2. Trying to wait till this Saturday before testing again

bages1977 · 11/05/2021 16:52

@LilmissCa @Blueeyedgirl21 according to my calculations i am 6w and 2d and I didn't get my 3+ until 5w and 6d. When I didn't get my 3+ just after 5w I was paranoid and testing all the time and probably wasted about £20 on extra tests. So just try not to get too worried like me if they don't come back 3+ straight away 😂

Apparently the 3+ is a really high threshold. Just something to think about if you want to hold off testing at exactly 5 weeks. Although you both might have really high hcg!
