I'm probably one of the first to find out, as there are no other chats! Based off of last period I'm due December 2nd! Got my first positive early at 9dpo.
Anyone else with me yet???

@Tabbycat92 The lines are so light they probably wouldn't show up at all on pictures. I'm 6 days late and on cycle day 49. I think i ovulated around the 13th March. I'm just really confused now.

@babyguacamole hmm I agree I'd feel they should be darker by now. It may be worth contacting your gp to have bloods done? What tests are you using?

@babyguacamole really sorry to hear about your worries. Are you using a decent test? It makes a massive difference x

@babyguacamole oh no, hope all is ok. I would echo what the other girls have said and check with your GP, but also the brand of test will definitely make a difference. My cheap tests have taken ages to get dark, it's only be the last couple of days they have darkened. I ovulated on 9th March xx

Hi all. I've just found out I'm due December 4th so am around 3 weeks at the moment. Luckily I haven't had many awful symptoms yet apart from a bit of nausea in the evenings after dinner but that could be because I've eaten too much

@Tabbycat92 @CCG92 @lucea87 I've been using cheap test strips from eBay and I picked up a home bargains first response yesterday. Not sure how good either of these tests are to be honest. I never usually buy a clearblue until I get a decent line on a cheapie first.

I'll test again over the weekend. I'm feeling quite crampy at the moment. Not sure if that's a good sign or a bad sign

@babyguacamole I'd echo what the others have said about getting different tests, maybe try a CB and see how that is? I also test first thing in the morning still, may be worth trying that aswell? if it's still faint then may be worth speaking to your gp xx

@babyguacamole might be worth trying a FRER? Sounds like you're only about 2 weeks post ov but maybe you ovulated late? You should get a stronger line on a FRER than a strip test I'd have thought. Sending positive vibes ❤

I would definitely get a FRER if you can. They are a lot better than any other brand, including clear blue. Most chemists etc sell them. Thinking about you x

I did a cheapie strip test today from a pack I got on Amazon and it’s not a whole life darker than the FRER I did on Tuesday. I’ve had two CB digi positives since then but still, it’s worrying...

Girls, i'm so worried that this pregnancy is not going to progress. My lines haven't got any darker since I first took a test on Wednesday. I was going to wait until tomorrow to test again but just did one this afternoon and it's still barely visible. I'm feeling a bit lost now and now I don't want to get excited. Is anyone else had the same experience?

@babyguacamole what time did you test on Wednesday and what time did you test today? Did you use first morning urine for both?

My back is aching. I hate the fact Pregnancy symptoms are similar to PMS ...it's such a blooming worry.

Does anyone suffer from IBS? I get it really really badly and had to call in sick today- I'm currently in bed in absolute agony, my stomachs so bloated I look around 6 months already. I can't cope with this pain! I have a hot water bottle but I would normally take buscopan but I've read you shouldn't take it in early pregnancy. I don't know what to do does anyone have any tips at all please 😭

@babyguacamole my lines on the cheapie ones are very faint compared to my FRER ones so try get one of those if you can xx

@Horehound I've already googled " cramping at 5 weeks pregnant " I've had very on off twinges/cramps when I'm sat down for long times... every twinge I worry! Roll on scan day xx

IBS wise I get it but it's not painful. What foods irritate, mines gluten xx

@Arrierttyclock try peppermint tea and fart stretches... on your front on your knees and elbows, you want to get you shoulders nice and low to your ground and your bum nice and high, and then rock backwards and forwards to get the air moving in the right direction. Failing that, deflatine is pretty good.

@babyguacamole I’m in the exact same position, 4+3. I’m gonna got some more FRERs tomorrow as I’ve switched brands a few times and I think you have to be consistent. Bear in mind different pregnancy tests look for different HCG levels to be positive- the one step strips are 10mlU/ml whereas FRER is only 6.5mlU/ml. Get a few FRER twin packs and have a try with those.

🙋🏼‍♀️ I've had loads of cramps, it's starting to ease a bit now though I think, I was worried on Wednesday. AF was due on Wednesday and I had loads of cramps. I'm 4+2 now and officially feel like I've been hit by a bus....! I already fell asleep on the sofa tonight 🤦🏼‍♀️

I get so bloated in the evenings too. I said to my OH tonight that I feel like ordering maternity jeans already so that I can wear something other than joggers 😂

@arriettyclock I also have IBS, and by the end of the day can look 6 months pregnant I bloat so bad!! I usually have IBS-D but strangely over this last week i have been quite constipated, which I believe can happen I pregnancy. I second @angelomysterioso on the peppermint tea! I'm addicted to it!

@lucea87 I'm getting tired and falling asleep when I'm trying to watch something at night! 😴

I know the feeling @lucea87 😂 currently living in leggings and joggers. I did force myself to wear 'tight' leggings today, as I thought i need to stop slobbing😂 definitely considered getting the maternity leggings out of the loft!
