Thanks! Quite helpful read :) Although I have not been told about induction but this has prepared me on what to expect in case situation arises.

@Newmumfeb2021 unfortunately not, have a lot of heaviness and pressure down below at the moment, it hurts to roll over in bed, and had bad period like cramps most the night but no contractions or anything 😩☹️ xx

She's all healthy in there. Head right down and back to belly position which is good. She's fallen off her growth from the last scan - but they think that growth scan was an anomaly, going from the 10th percentile up to average was a really big leap! So she's back just above 10th percentile but if you look at the overall trend she's following a nice curve. No need for induction & theyve said I can have her on the birthing centre too 😇😇 got another booked in 2 weeks as a final check providing she doesn't come before then 😂 xx

@jbx10 I'm so pleased for you! What amazing news 🥰 I plan to have my baby in the birthing centre at my hospital too, it looks so relaxed xx

Good morning mamas!! Congrats to all who have already came!! Does anyone else wake up every morning with a headache?? I do but blood pressure is always normal.. I thought I lost a sliver of my mucus plug last night but now I’m beginning to doubt myself bc nothing since then and it was the tiniest bit so not sure!! Just another day of the waiting game!! Might get out and walk the mall some today after dh goes to work!!!

Thank you! I'm really glad, that was what my instinct was telling me anyway as everything else has been showing fine but glad they agree now. Just waiting patiently now...

@jbx10 oh that’s lovely news! Glad it went well. One of my growth scans looks like it overestimated and so threw the curve off a bit. The last few midwife appointments have ended with them saying “we’ll still be optimistic and aim for the birth centre...” 😬🤞🤞🤞

I had my clary sage bath! Think I put a lot in, smell was a bit overwhelming... still waiting for the surge of nesting energy. Currently on the sofa eating mini eggs. Though bracing myself for a trip to b&q this eve. X x x

I was lurking on the previous thread a bit but thought I'd get involved here :) DC3 (baby boy) is due on 10th Feb. Midwife visited today to check blood pressure and he's 2/5 engaged. Hoping he will come v.soon!

Yes @Lnbarne i wake up most days with a headache, normally resolves quickly after a pint of juice/water so i think mine is dehydration more than anything lol.
Anyone else avoiding packing the hospital bag? Ive stuff threw into a case but I just dont have the energy to go threw it all properly but i know im running out of time lol. At least the baby bag is sorted, shes priority 🤣

@Lnbarne i been getting morning headaches last 3 days, nothing too bad which i put down to lack of sleep. Feel like i got insomnia, so mornings are a drag and i'm so tired.

For the hospital bag, clothes for you going home, are you packing maternity clothes or non-maternity clothes? I bought an outfit from
Boohoo in the next size up but I'm now doubting whether I should pack that or maternity clothes?

@Muriel84 i hope you get your wish of birthing centre 🤞 that nesting energy varies lol, when you get it you get it then its over 🤣 (well mine is although i didn't do much)
I believe my hubby has taken over the nesting urges, he can't keep still lol (rather him then me i say)

@Stef92 i would pack maternity clothes as will take some time getting that tummy down. Xx

@Safxxx aww maybe mine has too... he’s currently drilling away doing something useful. Unlike me! I hope I get the birthing centre too. I just feel like I’m obsessing at the mo. There’s nothing else to think about or do what with the lockdown.

@Kittens97 I’m due feb 10th too but anticipating running over. Just put a sainsbury order in for Monday morning tho, that might tempt fate... your midwife visited you at home at 39 weeks? That’s very impressive... x x x

@nursey1993 same with the bag her stuff is all washed sorted and neatly in her bag my bag hasn’t even been touched actually just dug it out of the closet last night! 😂😂😂

@Stef92 ive been wearing leggings in size up throughout as long as high waisted so im just going for that & an oversized hoody i think! My only fear would be ending up with emergency section and clothes sitting tight against scar! Could you try on the outfit size up & see how roomy it is now considering belly will only be down slightly post birth?
