That's right @LBoz39 I drink water and eat a sweet or a chocolate to get baby moving. Always works! I have a sleepy baby. :)

@Safxxx I’d echo the others. Hopefully with all the symptoms baby is preparing for labour as a lot of women notice baby quietens in readiness but obviously needs checking regardless. Fingers crossed all ok for you!

I'm feeling really stressed today, how do you guys unwind? I want to know your ultimate destress routines

@TeaPiglet I am still working and Friday is my last day before maternity. So that keeps me distracted for major part of the day. For unwinding in the evening, I lie down in bed, put soft music on or play some candy crush type game with a cup of tea or hot chocolate and/ or also watch some netflix - I have only been watching comedy shows as I cant bear to watch anything that increases my anxiety when I am already stressed about other things. Pretty much cliche :)

@TeaPiglet for me it’s in the bath with lots of bubbles and some candles. I feel most comfortable there, I’ve been spending ages in the bath. I either listen to something or watch something on my phone. I love reading in the bath but struggling to focus at the mo. X x

They couldn't find a heartbeat they did a scan too, my precious has passed away. They will induce me and i'll go into labour to give birth to my lifeless baby 😭😭😭

I just don't understand how can it be...but i need to stay strong for my other kids.
