@babbit87 I hear you on the lazy front. When I do some exercise post baby my body will wonder whats going on!

@Safxxx I've definitely had a growth spurt this passed couple of weeks. When comparing my bump pics I feel huge now. Going to try get out for a short walk today as I've done nothing for weeks 😂🙈

@Safxxx Thankyou! That gives me hope 🥰 my mum went into labour with my sister having had no signs beforehand, it just happened, so very much hoping I'm the same and over the next few days it'll just happen xx

@Char41zam Ah thats great your back home. Atleast others will help you while you get your rest. Try tumeric milk (golden milk) mug of hot milk with a teaspoon of tumeric and a tspn of honey for the pain and healing, if taken once a day or night it will help you recover soon 🤞 you too @IamC
I will also take it after birth.

@jbx10 glad i'm not the only one lol, when i had my other 2 boys i did'nt go thru this growth spurt, i had a nice neat bump, this one was fine too till now, someone must have jinxed me lol as all i ever would hear is "oh you don't look like your in late stages"
Now i've been told "you look very pregnant" 😂

It is strange how we all think we’ll be late!

I’ve been unpacking, hoovering, doing washing etc all morning and I am absolutely shattered. Going to have a bath and then try for a gentle walk too as not left the flat since we moved in Saturday.

I got my raspberry tea leaf capsules today so had a couple. Sniffed some clary sage, could put some in the bath? Has anyone used it to being labour on or just in the early stages? X x x

@Muriel84 earlier on in my pregnancy I was convinced I’d be early/on time but due dates in 6 days so not looking too likely 🙈 think it’s just wishful thinking! Off to drag the dog out for another walk to try get things started 🤞🏻

@Safxxx defo not the only one. I'm the same, had a small bump all throughout people couldn't probably notice I was pregnant in a normal T-shirt then all of a sudden just ballooned! Makes sense since at my last growth scan she'd shown to have grown 1.9lbs in 2 weeks!! 😱

@Muriel84 I've just had some raspberry leaf tea delivered. Which capsules are you using? First day of mat leave been for a lovely walk going to try do one each day now if I can, then I don't feel as guilty for being totally lazy the rest of the day 😂

Today I've been having lots of cramping and I think I've just had a tiny bit of my mucus plug come away, was only a very small amount when I wiped. But still a good sign 🤞🏼💙

Thanks everyone - I called triage and they said to go in if I feel concerned, baby then started moving like normal whilst I was on the phone (typical!). I'm keeping an eye on movements, I can't wait for baby to be here and things like this will be a thing of the past ❤️

@Safxxx @jbx10 still a tight bump but definitely bigger. I've got the pregnancy waddle when I walk now! Is anyone else's bump really tender especially around the belly button? Wondering if its my anterior placenta?

I had tenderness around my belly button, not sure if it's the same for you but my skin literally felt like it was tearing - and it must have been as I've now got thin scabbing around my belly button. I always doubt myself but the scabbing reassured me that I wasn't making up the tenderness 😅😅

I assume it's just the skin stretching - my belly button is no longer an innie and completely flat. What does the tenderness feel like? Is it your skin or your abdomen?

I hope you ladies enjoyed your walks! I managed 3km waddle. Just woke up from a 2 hour coma on the sofa! Must’ve been exhausted.

@jbx10 I got Lindens raspberry leaf tea capsules. I went to Holland and Barrett to buy some but they didn’t have any. I bought these ones from Lindens on eBay. They arrived in 48 hours! Apparently you have to drink mountains of the tea so figured the capsules are easier. Congrats on first day of mat leave! So nice to not have the stress of work!

@babydust2412 that’s so exciting about your plug! Pregnancy makes us get excited about the weirdest things... I think he’ll be with you soon!

@babbit87 aw your bump is very neat and high! Mine is so low but I’ve been engaged for weeks now. I also have a small bump (hence I was measured as 30 weeks at my 38 week check).

@babbit87 yep mine has gone bit bigger then yours and wider, feel like my backside is sticking out more now 🤣🤣
My lower belly can feel quite tender at times. Xx

@Muriel84 how does it feel when baby is engaged? My baby's been head down an quite low on last few scans but I don't know if she's engaged. I was going to ask them at my scan on Thursday! I do get some shooting pain in my pelvis but not much xx

@BL89 it does feel like skin stretching but no marks so far, it is also where babys bum is so maybe he/she just has a big bum!!! Haha.

@Muriel84 2 hour nap how lovely! Just a little jealous 😁 I don't feel like I'm ready to go but at my 37 week mw check she said she was amazed I couldn't feel the head as it was really quite low??!!

Thankyou guys, just having really small amounts of mucus when I wipe, has anyone else ever had their mucus plug come away gradually before? Xx
