Yes they are talking about labour being very soon, I have had no symptoms at all!

Well best of luck and hopefully baby will be here soon, you are in good hands. Hope they allow DP in and that your fur baby will cope without you for a little while (I'm sure she will be fine 🙂)

Has anyone else lost their plug yet? I had a show yesterday morning (confirmed by midwife, I took a pic for her 🤣) and just now lost a huge blob of mucus which I'm assuming is the rest of the plug 😬🤞

@Muriel84 still nothing since last night, just a few braxton hicks and cramps here and there, he seems to have gotten comfy again 😩❤️

@Char41zam oh bless you! Good luck, I am sure you will be absolutely fine they will take good care of you 💕 try to think positive, it may mean you get to meet little one sooner than expected, exciting! 😊❤️

So I am getting kept in, they have got my bp down with medications and my bloods have come back ok but they are going to induce me anyway so I am getting taken to a ward and getting a balloon catheter for 24 hours and they will see if they can break my waters tomorrow, my oh can stay till 6 then he has to go home and he can come back Tomorrow once I am in labour he can stay

@Char41zam oh gosh, you are in the best hands though!

The cannula in the hand is just awful isn't it? They tried to put one in both my hands the morning and it was the absolute worse part of my c section. They failed in both hands and went in the crook in my arm in the end (painless!).

I had my baby girl at 945am - and I'm so in love already! 7.8lbs. We've named her Norah.

Feel surprisingly good, getting feeling back but not enough to be up and about yet.

@Char41zam sorry to hear you are being kept in, that's my worse fear as DP wouldn't be able to stay. My BP was high yesterday 159/95 but they put me on a constant monitor and it came down to about 127/77 which isn't great but shows what anxiety can do. I hope everything goes smoothly for you xx

Absolutely nothing.

Contractions are stop, start. Tend to go on for a few hours then just ease off to period aches and backache. Contractions got to 4-6 minutes apart last time, and were under a 1 minute tho.

Feeling lots of pressure down there but don't feel like anything has changed.

Very tired. Emotional. And completely ready to be done with it.

@OnNaturesCourse oh bless you, it sounds tough going. I'd like to offer some words of wisdom but being a ftm I've no experience to go off. I guess try and just rest or sleep as best you can when it's not so bad and fingers crossed things get into more of a rhythm soon x

@OnNaturesCourse don't worry it will happen when the time is right, you've come this far all you need to do is wait alittle longer and let nature take its course. (Easier said then done but try) 😗
