@Safxxx my friend who is a MW sent me these videos (hoping the links will work for you) as help to express/collect colostrum.

I'm just so uncomfortable no matter what I do. I think if I could get comfy for even a hour I'd feel better. Absolutely no let up. DP is adement I should call maternity again and tell them it's just not letting up.

@OnNaturesCourse bless you 😩 I was so convinced I was in early labour last night and then it all stopped, feeling very disheartened and down about it today as I only have 5 days until I'm due now so very scared of going overdue and needing an induction ☹️

@IamC congratulations on the birth of your baby girl! We were going to go with that name if we had a girl again this time. Fingers crossed she passes her blood sugars and you can get home as soon as possibly safe.

@OnNaturesCourse I’d be inclined to agree with your DP. They might be able to give an update on what to do if things don’t get moving soon and might think it safer to get you in for a bit of monitoring

I'm in a bath now and it's all eased off but as soon as I get up it starts again. Bloody nightmare. Baby movements have kicked back in too so that's a relief. I do think if it doesn't let up by morning I'll give them a call. I wonder if they will just start a induction process to get things moving/take my breaks off? Or atleast give me a sweep?

I hope everyone is doing good.

I had my 36 week scan today, baby is 5lb 8oz and everything else was good.

I had the day from hell, being sick all day. I've only just had something to eat.

Not too long to go now ladies.

@MissKhan1990 good to hear baby is gaining weight, but poor you with feeling sick. Yes counting down the days 👍🏼

I've been completely insatiable today, has anyone else felt hungry no matter how much they eat? I've been really good at eating well throughout pregnancy but I've just had no self control today. I'm absolutely terrified of potentially 4 more weeks of this 😱

@BL89 yep, I feel you. I've been quite nauseated today but still want to eat absolutely everything in sight. I've had breakfast rolls, pot noddles, sandwiches, crisps, chocolate, tonnes of juice, cereal bars... Absolutely anything in the cupboard lol

@BL89 @OnNaturesCourse I’ve been eating a lot since this week as well. I’ve been feeling super hungry every hour or so. Normally my diet is not too much. I’ve been hogging food like a starved person.

It might also be down to anxiety or crappy feeling that I’ve had last couple of days. I stopped to check mumsnet updates as well as I was feeling very anxious and horrible. I was crying unnecessarily on the smallest of things. Poor hubby trying to make me feel better with everything in his power. Ordering me chocolate waffles and all to make me smile. I feel much better today. Perhaps it’s just hormones . 😊❤️

@BL89 I feel you too! I'm trying to get healthy snacks in so at least when I want to eat everything in the cupboard it's not too bad. But it didn't work today and I sent my OH out to buy a box of Krispy Kremes 😂🙈

Hi everyone, I'm the same with the food, just eating and eating but then I eat too much and feel sick.

@Newmumfeb2021 I've been the same last couple of days, nearly started crying whilst out for a walk the other day for no reason.
Only a few more weeks left, just hoping she'll be a bit early.

@Newmumfeb2021 Awe its our hormones, think we've all had them moments, specialy now it will get to us all as days are getting closer, i've said this before this lock down is depressing too, not being able to see family & friends is hard, and anxious feelings about labour and hospital stay. Of course our emotions are all over the place. Just come on here and let off steam, i'm sure most of us will relate. Xxx

Hey - hope I’m not too late to join. I’m 38+5, hoping baby comes any day now - have had a few complications (nothing major thankfully), so very much ready to meet baby! Booked in for an induction on my due dat (07/02) but hoping baby comes sooner than that. Woke up this morning to some pretty strong period like cramps so hoping that means something is happening!

Had my sweep yesterday - 2cm dilated but cervix still quite thick. Set off loads of back pain and some bleeding, was contracting every 2 minutes then everything just stopped! Back to square one this morning.. so disheartening. Really hope this baby arrives before my induction on Monday!

Yep I'm with there with eating everything in sight, its almost impulsive I'm not even hungry. Wednesday i ate so much I vomited 🤢 not good!

Also feeling miserable as for last three days lots of back ache and period pain cramps but no other symptoms so think it's just round ligament pain.

Yet another GTT today so we'll see how that goes.

I am DONE with pregnancy now! Anyone else just want it over with already? Still 3 weeks to go ..... 😭

@babbit87 I too am done! I'm fed up of clothes not fitting and everything aching. I'm 37 weeks today so into the final countdown but my baby is lying breech and so it's looking like I'll be having a c section. At least that will give me a date I suppose...
