Wow an amazing 30th birthday present. I’m worried too, to tell people just our parents and someone at work at the minute. Are you taking folic acid yet? I spoke to my GP last week and have a midwifes appointment at the start of September.

Hey, just joining on! Have requested to join the fb group too. Lots of crampy type feelings today, very anxious after 3 weeks of bleeding. I think they're normal? Somehow can't remember from my other 2 pregnancies!

@Rlacpb I know would be an amazing present! Yeah Ive just started taking it and also another pregnancy multi vitamin tablet. So exciting your first midwife consultation. I can’t wait to see when mine will be. I’m really excited but get sudden waves of being scared but I guess that’s normal. I have told one friend, I’m going to tell my mum soon though so I can stop googling things and ask her 😂

@Rosefirsttimemum Thank You! I agree I get waves of nervousness I guess once we’ve been to the midwife and had a scan things will settle down.

@Rosefirsttimemum think I’m due on the 13th April. I’m not sure if it will show up or not so I haven’t yet just in case. I just feel not quiet with it, a little bit queasy sometimes.

@Rlacpb same, my brain isn’t working right today and kinda cranky. Hope I don’t get spotting think it would worry me x

Hey everyone 👋 some of you may know me from some of the other April thread on here and from the Facebook page that has been started for mumsnet April 2021 mummas. I've recently just had contact with another op from another thread and she has joined on the Facebook page with her thread as a moderator and I thought that I'd invite @Kliz92 to become another moderator as well if she would like and for everyone to join the same Facebook group. We are keeping the group private so only members can see who's in and who post. And only allows mumsnet members to join. We will eventually change the group from viable for you to see and join to hidden.

Hi all, I'm due 12th April and am very excited/nervous (it's my first). I've just requested to join the FB group. How do you keep calm when we don't get an ultrasound until 12 weeks or are you all going private for an earlier scan?
