@Jesskir89 good idea, we may ask I think I'll probably pay for another private scan halfway between now and week 12. As I think they'll discharge me from fertility on Wednesday which means I'll go back to normal nhs scans! Which means a 5 week wait until the next! Not sure I can wait that long lol x

@Naylor19 I'm the same now it will be exactly 5 weeks until my next at 13 weeks. I might try and book one for before my holiday

@MunchyMunchkin ah congratulations! Did you see baby move?? any last scan was 10 weeks and 2 days and we saw baby's arm shoot up but that was about it! I wish I had seen more! Xx

@Jesskir89 hello! Yes all good thank you! Been feeling really yuck this afternoon so have just been snacking lots really! I really don't want to put lots of weight on! How are you doing ? X

@barnyb not today as between our crap scanner and the fact we had to stealth into a room in clinic to do it that doesn’t get very dark it was hard to see from the couch.
Expecting to see some movement on Thursday!

Great news @Naylor19 managed to miss that earlier.

Told my boss today, she was already on a downer as my colleague told her she’s leaving pretty much when I go on mat leave. She has been waiting for news since my MMC in feb so no real surprise.

@Jesskir89 I think it would be nice to have one in between  to see how much more growth there's been!

I have my 12 weeks next week so I'm hoping I get to see more dancing 😂

@barnyb which day is it? My 12 week is on Tuesday!

@barnyb I hear you but you can afford to snack I can't I need to watch my weight lol. When did you start to show? And I'm good thanks had my booking appointment today :) @Naylor19 been looking at them and I will probably try and book one for next weekend so I'll be 10+ then

@Jesskir89 I think that's a good idea, you definitely won't regret it I'm jealous your nearly 10 weeks while I'm only at 6! I still feel like it's surreal that today was so positive, I was well and truly prepared for the worst! I feel like I need to be super careful as I feel so grateful to get this second chance!

@Jesskir89 yes I know I'm not big but I just don't want to get carried away so soon! I'm not eating because I'm being greedy! I'm eating because I feel like crap! well iv had a belly for a couple weeks now and I'm always big at bed time but I always take it from the morning belly. and iv had a little belly since about 9 and a half weeks. Xxx

@MunchyMunchkin my scan is on Thursday next week. And I should be 12 weeks and 1 day! How far will you be ? Xx

@Naylor19 I'm only and week and half ahead of you and that could change yet. I'm just so pleased for you today I really am. Even though I knew you'd be ok it's nice to know for definite. Relax for the next few weeks and enjoy your pregnancy now x

I've ended up telling all my work colleagues as they were trying to send me home again today for vomiting 🙄. I'm the only chemotherapy giver so it's not possible for me to go, as it hugely impacts my patients. Now I'm freaking out that I've jinxed it all! How mental is that!!? 🤷🏼‍♀️🙈

Anyway I hope your all having a more settled time we are all getting there slowly! 🙌🏻 xx

@barnby I think 11+2 but based on today could be a few more days. Will see what Thursday says.

@Jesskir89 thankyou lovely, who knows I may catch up! I'll just be happy with a safe and progressing pregnancy though ☺️ I'll definitely enjoy it while I can! x

@oksim thankyou! I'm sure you haven't jinxed it, if it makes you feel better I have to tell my work early too! If anything it just means we have more people to support us

@oksim @Naylor19 iv told my bosses about the baby a few weeks ago. Iv been off for the few days and I got a text from a colleague that's knows, who said two people have asked her if I'm pregnant! Nosey !!
I bet they won't ask me to my face lol.!

This insomnia is ruining me :| I have it bad anyway but at least before I could take some nytol. All week iv woke up at about 4 and that's been me. I'm gonna get up and clean the fridge now. I accidentally bought myself 2 boxes of hotel Chocolat this morning at 4.30am because that's what I wanted 🙈 got some Horlicks coming on the shopping.
I feel so bad cos I'll be dead by tea time

I never have trouble sleeping quite the opposite but this morning I got up at half 4 to go to the toilet and couldn't get back to sleep argh. Have a 4 hour meeting from 9 too.

I seem to fall asleep every night by about 7 without fail though!

@Naylor19 how much was your private scan? Does 70 sound about right?

@barnyb I'm sure you'll get that a lot, people can't help themselves! I'm pretty sure as soon as I tell work most of the staff will find out as I won't be able to perform holds so it will soon spread I'm sure! x

@Yvonne1988 sorry to hear you can't sleep! It's the one thing I can do, but as soon as I get up sickness kicks in unless I eat straight away! I ran down and ate a weetabix this morning hoping I've caught it before the sickness sets in! I'm supposed to be going for lunch with a work friend today so I need to look semi human for a couple of hours! Lol

@Jesskir89 mine was £59 so sounds about right :) I got 3 pictures too (not that there was much to see!) I also got a picture showing the heartbeat x

So much happy news yesterday 😀😀 so pleased for everyone!

Fortunately I don't seem to have insomnia- I'm just waking up super early which is annoying as I'm still knackered but because I know it's almost time to wake up I don't go back to sleep. This morning was 5:30 🙈

@Naylor19 I don't always feel sick when I wake up. Hungry at the moment but I try not eat too early. I regularly lived off 4 hours sleep it's just what I do but last night I felt so ill with it.
First time round I had no problems sleeping til much later.

With the kids being off school too I let my daughter stay up til half 10/11 but as of next Wednesday she's back in and I can go to bed at 9
