Hi @CowBrow and everyone, thought I would start a new thread since the old one has filled up and I can't find another! If there is one and I've missed it, let me know how's everyone doing?

My partner wants to find out but I really don't. I have a little boy already.

Is anyone else having no symptoms? I'm getting really paranoid about the lack of them. Took another test last night and it said positive +3 which is reassuring but still very worried.

I'm so tired. Feel reassured that some of you are in same boat with waking up at silly o'clock. I feel and look 6 months pregnant, can't hide it! I'm 6wkd today and I'm shattered come this time in the evening!

@SadieSue29 I have no symptoms either, well apart from tiredness, bloating and feeling hungry all the time, but that's it! I'm not complaining though I suffered horrendously with my last two pregnancies 🙈

@SadieSue29, my symptoms are quite mild at the moment (6 weeks) - mild cramps, waking up at the middle of the night, and more hungry than usual.

I have had a couple of hints of nausea here and there and keep thinking "here it comes" but definitely no significant sickness. So try not to worry - it could be it will sneak up on us any moment, or you could be one of the lucky ones who has it easy!

@Baba11 I'm up like clockwork at 3:15 - every time I think it's morning!
If I haven't had too much liquid in the evening and don't have to pee I can usually fall back asleep but if I do get up to pee I sometimes lie in bed for up to two hours before I can fall back!

Somehow coping despite the sleep deprivation!

I probably am more hungry than usual, ate my lunch at work at 10:30 yesterday. Trying to stay positive and hope I'm just lucky and don't have any sickness.

I’ve not had that many symptoms except exhaustion and more hungry & I’ve had a few days if terrible anxiety as I had a missed miscarriage last year with few symptoms so decided to book a private scan for tonight & thankfully all is well. I thought I was 7+4 but baby measured 7+6 with a nice heartbeat so now just to try and relax a little if that’s possible x

Ah brilliant Lisa, must be a relief. I have ended up booking one for Sunday.

Thought I'd add myself to the list. Due on the 2nd of Oct. Having a miserable time with morning sickness and worrying about everything that could go wrong. I've got my booking appointment next week and a 12wks scan on the 26th.

Can tell that the hormones have kicked in. I'm currently balling my eyes out at the local North West news. I cry at a lot of things (have been more emotional since dd) but currently unable to stop the tears.

Must say I'm tempted to get another scan, I'm 7 wks and already had 3 at epau, 2 inconclusive as too early, 2 mcs last year so the anxiety is the worst. Does anyone else feel reassured for more than a day after your scans?!!

@sal1987 you are so so lovely. Thank you. I'm really sorry you're feeling so shit. I've been googling like mad (obviously very clever) and google tells me that we'll almost certainly feel better by week 14.
Not sure if that's a comfort or not as it currently feels like a billion years away.
Regardless, there is light at the end of the tunnel.

@Random2468 shit. Everything could be absolutely be completely fine (even on this thread- if you look back, the amount of people reporting spotting early on have went on to learn all is perfect) but my heart still breaks for you because the anxiety and concern that comes with any spotting is awful. How are things this morning?

This morning still some very light discharge when I wiped but less than yesterday I'd say. I went to EPU and they said embryo measuring 6 weeks (correct for dates within 7 days) and fetal heartbeat of 117. She said no blood on ultrasound probe and just come back at 12 weeks. She said she can't say bleeding is "normal" but if it's going to miscarry there's nothing we can do and only need to repeat scan if unwell or bright red haemorrhage. She noticed a very small subserosal fibroid but doesn't think it's a problem (I've always heard fibroids are).
I know I should be happy but this hasn't really offered much reassurance as I know it's not normal and I feel like I'm just waiting for another miscarriage. Last time I had bleeding between 4-6 weeks then nothing, but diagnosed miscarriage at 12 week scan even though had heart beat at 7 weeks when bleeding had stopped 😢 I'm sorry I know I sound ungrateful for that scan result couldn't have asked for more really but it's just my own anxieties because of last time..

Please can I be added. Due 10th October. Second baby. Already have a two year old daughter who is good at ensuring that I never get a second's rest!

I've had loads of support and made good friends through my Nov 2016 group so it's nice to join and be part of another one.

Hope everyone is keeping well, and those going through hard times/worries around scans and bleeds get positive news in the end. I think the early stage is just such mental overload because you can't feel the baby and basically spend much of your life obsessively guessing!

@Random2468 I don't think you sound ungrateful at all. From someone who has also had a previous MC, I understand the horrendous anxiety and the requirement to have absolutely completely certainty and validation that everything is 100% fine. It's not possible for any of us but the need for that reassurance is unbearable.
I totally get it.

It is really good news from where I'm standing but that's all well and good for me to say and I know it doesn't help you. All I can do is cross everything and hope that everything is ok for you.

Do remember the trauma of what happened during your last MC will stay with you - this pregnancy may not go the same way at all but any spotting will understandably trigger that fear.

Anyone else feeling the flutters? It started on Tuesday and I thought it was just wind or something like that. Felt it again Wednesday,Thursday and again just now, and just realised what it is lol.

@flowersaremyfave no flutters yet. Am 9 weeks today though according to midwife booking this morning. Bit too early to feel them for me. I only felt them at 21 weeks last time and know current feeling is def gas and nothing else.
12 week scan is now officially booked for Friday 22nd March. Feels like an age away.

@random2468 I know it doesn't make you feel better at all because of previous experience but what happened to you last time was probably quite a small possibility and it sucks that you were the one it happened to, but fingers crossed that this time its a different outcome.

@Frizzy1986 I'm not sure how far along I am. Midwife thinks 9+3 and i think 8+2 baby number 6 for me and I felt them around the same time with my last pregnancy.

I got my scan date yesterday, 19th March so not long. Only problem is I'll either be 12 weeks exactly or 10+6 so not sure they'll be able to do the checks.
